Excellent!! We have used them many times for many years both personally and professionally (sending customers there) and we’ve always had a great experience!! They can get busy so be patient they will give you real lead times and have always come through for us!!

Visited to replace dead, under-the-counter ice maker. Priscilla Sanchez was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, a positive experience. Despite being somewhat more expensive than a big box store, worth it, because they will do the installation.

Complete kitchen remodel...all appliances, plumbing fixture, and lighting was purchase from this showroom. Plumbing and lighting end results were great. Some follow through on the back side of the job was required but everything got buttoned up to my satisfaction.Appliances is a different story. Especially the followup with sales and the installation was a nightmare. The installer made four trips and never completed the panels on the appliances. He also hooked up the RO to wrong appliance. And fridge door is not level.No response from sales person to my emails and calls.I spent exponentially more on the appliance package than lighting and plumbing combined and yet that department’s follow through was very disappointing.If I had purchased appliance elsewhere the two stars would’ve been five!

Good display of products in the showroom and friendly staff. However, our dealings with the sales staff has been mixed. Overall there was poor follow up with items we ordered and salesperson was not very helpful with questions we had about additional items we wanted to order.

I ordered about $10,000.00 worth of kitchen and bath fixtures. Everything was delivered on schedule and was exactly what I ordered. Shelly S. was outstanding to work with...she really knows her stuff. She was willing to do the work to find us great products and alternatives that were just as good as some overpriced items. We will use them again.

Their showroom is beautiful and provides inspiration for projects. We purchased a new professional gas cooktop. We are very pleased. Looks great, works great.

Dont! Just go elsewhere...even Home Depot provides better service warranties. Their sales associates will push their products promisingthe best...until you install and use them and find out They Sold You Junk. And they wont resolve any issues you have with the products they sold...dont do it!!!

Total disappointment! I ordered and paid for items on 10/16/17 and I am still waiting on missing pieces a month and a half later. I call on a weekly basis and they say they will look into it and call me back and no response to emails or phone calls. Several of the missing pieces I paid Expressions Home Gallery for I had to re-purchase at Home Depot and I am waiting to be reimbursed. I have two items that came with no handles. Dont waste your time with this place!

Yes. It was very bright full haha. Just alittle humor they where very polite an it was a great experience and alittle overwhelming try to route in a big circle just to get taco on time.

We purchased approximately $52,000.00 of appliances from this store and paid for them to install the appliances. The icemaker leaked and caused damage to the owners wood flooring. The manager will not respond to our phone calls to discuss the reimbursement of our cost to repair the damage.We have had to ask another store representative in the Houston Store for assistance. Buyer beware when dealing with this store!
