I was really pleased with how easy they were to work with. I needed some limited furniture for only a month and nobody else was even willing to accommodate us. I had to help the guy unload the truck because the second guy never showed up but that wasnt a big deal to me, I had the option to wait for the other guy if I wanted. I would rent from them again in a similar situation.

All these ppl do is harass you about your payment.. My payment is due today and they have called my phone multi times and even text me!! The days not over!!! My payment is not late!! People do have lives and work!! So tired of these ppl!

I love the staff they work with you if need be.. If products arent workong efficiently the will combring you a loner of same size while yours get fixed .. Ive paying my 3rd product off with them n a few days and they gv u a credit to go towards another product which im anxious to us on a laptop and sectional and maybe another tv .. Cnt wait ...

I called them to let hem know I’m late on my payment because they took my car and I had to pay Uber to get to work so I don’t have all he funds . I told the manger there at RAC that I need until Wednesday and he neglected my situation and I tired letting him know that Wednesday will be more convenient for me and he kept try to say that he can come pick up the money but I kept telling him that don’t have till Wednesday and yet he ignored me . They need to be more considerate on who they choose the represent their company cause cleary they chose the wrong person

Very TACKY, BLACK HEARTED, IMMORAL and UNPROFESSIONAL! Not sure why but they called my 80 year old grandmother who lives alone in a rural area to ask about a PlayStation her grandson had rented when she told him “I told you last time you called he’s in jail.” He called her back and told her he called the jail and they said he was dead! She Was so upset she started having chest pains! I would think twice before supporting this business!

Purchased a washer and dryer from them, had it for a year and they both stopped working. The picture went out on the TV I purchased from them after only having for about 24 months. I will never purchase another thing from them again.

This is the SECOND time I take time out of my day for these people to pick up their couches, & they no show. They are so inconsiderate of other peoples time. I straight up called over there after they hadnt showed in the timeframe they gave me & RUTH (who was the girl that told me they were coming a month ago) put me on hold for almost an hour and never came back to the line. I checked the hours and they were closed. What a B! I bet if I missed a payment theyd be at my door in a heartbeat!
