I came here for the first time ever, to buy my very first pair of authentic cowgirl boots. I needed something that was both casual and elegant because they are for a formal occasion. When I first walked in I was greeted kindly by the staff and managers who gave me the scoop on the stores sales. Everything was discounted and they seemed to be willing to help with the price. I liked the selection of boots and hats. There was plenty to choose from in every size. I ended up with ariat silver and brown boots. I would definitely return to get more that I need.

Bought a pair of boots almost half off the regular price! Ariat steel toe boots! For 129.!!! Not sure if the gentleman their Was the owner but hes real friendly and glad Im had the pleasure of meeting!

A really clean nice store, nice employees. They are supposed to have a closeout clearance sale but each time weve gone back to see if merchandise was marked down only a few items were reasonable. Majority of the time most everything is a steep price. They will negotiate prices but some items get a nice markdown but majority is still way to high.

I wish all people in Texas were like Hunter. What a welcoming man. Helping out us small Wyomingite folk find out the best things to do in San Antonio and help us with all of our questions. Thank you Hunter.

Great selection, great staff. Since they’re closing, everything was 50-70% off. I got a pair of $340 boots for around $119, which was 65% off.Staff was friendly, polite, and they didn’t make a big fuss about masks which made the environment more relaxed.Definitely thinking about going again before they close their doors!

Just wasnt impressed. Tried looking the brand up that they advertised as 70% off and couldnt even find it. They had the original prices for that brand as $700+ on most things - I doubt it lol Anything that high end would have a presence online somewhere. Wasnt for me. walked next door to Boot Barn.

They said theyre having a closing sale but they said theyre not closing until May its January come on yall and the sale when I walked in the guy said to the price tags well then this girl she was so rude. Going on I was like ready to be left alone to shop she was not paying attention and on my way out now mind you I told her that my budget was $200 but on the way out I pointed at some boots and said oh those are nice you have what sizes do you have and reply was those start at $500 its closing time serious capital b I wont be back

This is a great place to visit if you are looking for hats, boots, clothes, belt buckles, etc. They have boots made from various leathers made by multiple companies including one from Texas.

Ive been in this store about 5 times, but only had success once. Staff was friendly and helpful each time. Found a pair or $500 boots for my wife and ended up paying just under $150 for them. That was a year and a half ago and theyre still perfectly fine.

The customer service here is unreal. Great deals on boots and clothes for my 2-year-old son and I. But we seriously spent 3 hours here and every employee was SOOOOO helpful and kind - even with our rambunctious toddler on the loose. I will be back for sure.

Limited selection, dont expect a wide variety like Boot Barn for an example. A lot of low quality items and those of a good quality are as expensive are everywhere else.

Great experience at Texas Western Warehouse!I was greeted when I came in, but after saying I didnt need any help, they let me browse at my own pace. They checked on me when I had stopped for a while in one area, but moved on when I said I was fine. I probably spent 45-50 minutes trying on various boots and I never felt rushed or pressured.They had a great selection of brands and styles, including Dan Post, which fit my feet better than most brands. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even when I unintentionally stayed a few minutes past closing; I didnt realize they closed at 7.I am happy with my purchase and had a great experience shopping there!

Horrible service!!!!!!! I bought a pair of Luccheses a month ago and wore them only a few times. The stitching on the side was coming appart and the dye of the trim of sole was faded. I took them back and there so called repair was to glue my stitching. It looks awful and when I spoke to the manager Charles he refused to fix it the right way. What a waste of money!!!!! I am so disappointed in the customer service. I would rather pay more money and know I get good service.

Only a 20% discount.I pointed out that all the Banners say 50-70% offYeah, BUTTTTT the banner outside says 20-70% off. replied the staff.And the discounts START and Remain at 20%, unless you buy an unspecified amount more. If I bought 4 shirts, the discount might go up to 25%. I would not waste my time
