BEWARE!! Harumy Zavala scams people, he doesn’t pay his workers and doesn’t finish what he promises

Terrible experience. Harumy Zavala hasnt finish the job after 3 months, and he would not answer my calls or texts.

Let’s start at the beginning! My wife and I decided to remodel our house. We asked a Realtor friend to recommend someone for the Granite Counter Top and she recommended Mr.Zavala at AGSA Stone LLC. We had several contractors come in to bid on the project and we chose him because he communicated well and gave us a great deal compared to everyone else. Let me say that my wife was very picky when it came to remodeling our home. Mr Zavala invited us to his showroom and my wife picked a great piece of granite. We were not disappointed! Mr. Zavala did a Superb Job on our counter top and we’ve had great compliments when friends and visitors come in for a visit. I’m an experienced food critic on YELP and have rated many restaurants good and bad. I know how to RATE businesses! Mr. Zavala goes above and beyond to treat his customers with dignity and respect. I would use him again and again. We HIGHLY recommend AGSA Stone and Mr. Zavala.

The granite is fine. Any issues we had with it got resolved. However, Im terribly dissatisfied with the backsplash. I realize they contract out this portion, but they didnt even bother to come check the work. There are broken tiles. None of the grout lines match; they vary from thin to thick. If the subcontractor wasnt comfortable installing the honeycomb tiles then we would have picked something else, but instead he just did the job poorly.

It took them over 2 weeks when initially they said it would take 2 to 3 daysThey are still not done and do not answer or return my calls.
