Twice on separate occasions I have gone in there and not been acknowledged. First time there were 3 associates, about 10people in there, 2 associates helping 1 person. No one acknowledged, greeted or bothered to sign me in. I waited 10min. Two separate couples left before I decided to do the same. Came back 3 days later and the same thing again. Waited and no one said anything. They just look and stare at you when you walk in and dont acknowledge. You would think they would at least do that!Worst customer experience! Highly disappointed.

It was an okay experience. The 3 stars is due to the fact the employee put on my $50+ screen protector and had several bubbles and called it good. When asking for them to replace it and do it again it was a problem(peeling/bubbles) once again! The screen protector is a gel style not hard plastic or glass like other screen protectors so it was damaged immediately by the employee. Have to go back tomorrow to get another one or my money back. All that said he also messed up the sim card swap, changed the wrong number that wasnt mine. Even though he had all my information! I would not recommend going to this location due to the negligence and not knowing the products, exp. when spending 2 thousand dollars!

I went to pick up a freebie today at 6pm since I have the Tuesday app and was greeted with rude customer service by a lady. After checking in, I received a text on my phone to come back in and while I was inside waiting some more, the lady avoided me and went to other customers who has just walked in. She proceed to go all around the store talking with her co workers except serving me. The way she addressed me and spoke to me was not well compared to the way I heard her speak to others. I am disappointed in the customer service I received today, considering there is a lot of hate towards Asians at the moment, I don’t want to believe it but that’s the only reasoning I have towards why the lady didn’t treat me fairly. Will not be going to this location again

We had the best transition today from AT&T to T-Mobile thanks to David C. He was able to get us a superb deal on our new iPhones, enrolled us on a money saving magenta plan, and transferred our data to our new phones. We had set up an appointment beforehand, but it really wasn’t needed. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We were very impressed with his professionalism and patience while he helped us.We definitely recommend this store if you are ready to switch to T-Mobile.Diana and Carlos Arizpe

I was having major issues with my phone and I was my usual grumpy self as I had been struggling all day with my phone. Well I went there looking angry like its their fault MY phone wasnt working and this nice young Lady was obviously very knowledgeable about my phone and I obviously was not! No need to get upset just take your phone there, those young ladies can juggle 3 phones, chew gum, run a cash register and fix phones all at the same DAM time!! I was impressed. 5 star service. They deserve a raise for showing me kindness. IJS.

I cancelled my service around January of 2016. They cancelled the phone service BUT continued to charge me for a “hotspot” device (that was NOT used) for 3 months! In 2017 I paid my balance around $500 for accessories. Now collections are calling again for the hotspot? REALLY???

Walked in and didnt get acknowledged at all while 3 employees were working. Walked around the whole store. Waited a while still nothing. Left to go to Target to use the restroom. Then came back to T-Mobile. Second time no greeting. Walk around the whole store 3 or 4 times, then just stood right next to them buy the registers still nothing. Waited close to an hour before they ask me for my name to put it on the list. By then, not even counting the first time Ive been in the store, I was in the the longest and have already saw people come and go already. When I ask if I was next its as if the employee didnt believe I was there long. I told her if you wouldve greeted me when I walked in the first or second time like you did everyone else, i would have given you my name. This is what happens when you dont implement a single line in your store. You ignore, assume, and pick and choose. Dont go to this store if you need help, may be 1 1/2 hr before you get it. And they only apologize once they are almost done helping you. I guess to see if you are going to blow up so they have an excuse to kick you out. Come to think about it, when I first came in, there was a guy that was leaving that was pissed. Arguing with one of they employees that he had be waiting for an hour and she kick him out after helping him because he had a bunch of words for her.

I forgot the ladies name that helped us (wish I didnt) but she was very rude and provided faulty information. She tried telling us we dont have a setting on our phone we KNOW we did. We called customer service immediately after we left that store and confirmed this. Save your energy and go to a different store! Dont always believe what they tell you.

I walk in and three associates are helping two customers. Im greeted and told Ill be helped soon. 15 minutes later after I ran out of patience, I walk out after those three associates are STILL helping those two customers and now there are three more customers behind me. This is the second time Ive had a terrible experience at this store. Last time I waited 30 minutes waiting on about four people. Never going to that store again.

Needed to exchange phones we got because they were horrible. I explained that my mother had passed away between when the phones were purchased and when I called them. I needed one extra day to exchange the phones. She flat refused, and was rude about it. Insisting on a $50 restocking fee each for all 4 lines we have. I get policy, but there are times when you overlook stuff like this, I do in my business, but then again I have compassion for other human beings.

Have been with tmobile for years and normally have no issues, however have a warranty exchange for bad phone and when I went to pick it up received no assistance in transferring my important family pictures and contacts from previous phone. Jarod and Jackie the managers told me to come back next day to speak to specific team member, complete lack of respect for my time or empathy for customers at this location.

The staff are not knowledgeable about promotions and are dishonest about the fine print. They will tell you one thing but you will be saddled with surprise charges on your bill. They are too busy talking to each other and playing with each other to pay attention to customers and their questions.

Absolutely the worst service EVER!!! Stay away from these incompetent people. They laugh and chat instead if helping the customers that have been waiting for over an hour. Why have a waiting list if your going to take people that just walk in? The idiot that was supposed to order my phone over night didnt and lied about it and the so called manager (Geovana) was right next to her and failed to correct her. I still have yet to receive my phone because these idiots dont want to and or dont know how to do their job!!!!

I have had terrible service. I have been with tmobile for over 12 years and every time I go in here I have a bad experience. I too been discriminated against out of this location. I have also been disrespected. After the incident I was suppose to here from the manager and he never called. There are a number of my friends who have had similar experience as the me and other reviewers. I did just call and Abraham was useless. As he had given me the wrong number. I am not at all to see the similar reviews.
