Went out of their way to get me an item they forgot! Everything they have is awesome. Be patient with them they get lots of orders daily. But worth the wait!

Theses guys and gals work hard to create a upbeat, no hassle and friendly environment. I appreciate that they acknowledged me right away and the order was ready. The parking is limited but when you keep the customers coming back that tends to happen. I truly appreciate that the staff is so young and so focused. Keep up the good work yall.

Perfect 👌place to come and have a good time with family and friends, they have a huge menu that you won’t be able to choose from because everything looks so mouth watering. The chamoy apples they have with gummy bears 🐻 and mango 🥭 fruit with chamoy and lucus is so sour and sweet at the same time. They also were named #1 for the Best Mangonada’s in San Antonio!! They have so many different original combinations on how you can have your Italian shave ice. The presentation is original you can’t find this any where else. I really recommend El Chango Loco!

Great product as always but your customer service was below sub-par. Your personnel was bringing my order out, about 1/4 of my lemonade and some of my Elote Loco was spilling all over me, and inside my car when she was handing me my order. Didnt offer to get any napkins or anything too do with customer service, just walked inside with attitude. Product was great, customer service wasnt too welcoming from the purchase too receiving my order. 👎👎

Worst corn in a cup go somewhere that cares about quality over quantity, more mayonnaise added than actual corn, soggy, gross and unflavored. Had to add seasoning at home just to be edible.

I was looking for a mango shake and had been to about 5 other snack shops and no one had them. We were driving diwn S W Military drive when I told my husband to turn to Pleasenton drive . I said lets just drive to see if we find another shop. Well there it was and my husband did a u-turn right there . My husband got off to ask and then he calls me. The man at the counter asked me what does it take to make them. He said well I got all the ingredients to make it. Ill make it for you. Oh my goodness it was the most delicious shake ever. Just like Nuevo Laredo Mexico shakes . You gotta go! You find anything and everything! Thank you Chango Loco. Ill be going back soon!

This place is amazing!!! Whenever I get that craving for something sour, this is the place to be. I love their chamoynadas with watermelon. Kids enjoy it too with their awesome ice cream treats, funnel cake, nachos and more delicious snacks.

Great customer service. Everything they make is delicious.I absolutely love coming here, the owners are so nice and I will forever go out of my way just to come to El Chango Loco. They give you exactly what you ask for. They have pictures posted up on the walls of what you can order and when you get what you wanted it looks like the picture so I guess you can say they dont false advertise.

My first time here; the service was excellent, everyone was polite, and our snacks and drinks were good. Just keep in mind the place is limited in space so theres a chance you might have to take your order to-go due to limited seating. We were lucky tonight and got to eat at the last available table. We will definitely come back.

I love, love, love this place. All thw ingredients were fresh. I ate the strawberries with cream. Every single strawberry was sweet. And the selection was overwhelming. I dont think if I can all year every day and I wouldnt eat the same thing twice. The people were very helpful woth explaining the different items on the menu and even gave suggestions. The corn in a cup blew me away. Felt like I was at fiesta. Will be coming back for more.

I got a mango snow cone and my lady lover got the mangonada. As it turns out, the syrup on the snow cone was basically sugar water with yellow food dye. Zero mango flavor 😪 The mangonada flavor was perfect though

Omg this place.was.soo soooooo good...it really hit.the spot..the dorito locos are so darn good, and their banana splits are made like in the old days ..they are so good, the sandiadilly is also a big hit ..we tried so many things..its definitely a place to take the family for a good snack time..I love it

The product was good I got there right when it opened because my daughter wanted to come here I was kinda hungry so I ordered corn in the cup they said its not ready I said o well let me get a chili cheese dog they said there chili isnt ready yet I said well how long will it be to warm some up they said over and hour so I said then let me get nachos and they said they didnt have any so I got a picadilly which I wasnt in the mood for at the moment because I hadnt eaten it was pretty good sour af tho and had way too many pickle pieced on it the girls at the front was friendly I still want to try other stuff from here and my daughter was very happy with her m&m blast so thats all that really matter to me o and I forgot to mention they offered us no napkins so there was a big mess all over the table which I didnt like

I was craving carnival food without going to a carnival. Ordered the fried oreos with strawberries, Frito pie, chicharron preparado, nachos, and the strawberry Italian shaved ice. It was very delicious and made promptly. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very friendly as well.

Staff not too friendly. Piccadilly is NOT a Piccadilly. you just get a cup with ice pickle juice pickles and gummy bears. Who puts GUMMY BEARS in a Piccadilly?! It didnt even have any flavor. It was very TASTELESS and then charging $5 plus tax for a small cup. To top it off, this is the ONLY place I have ever been to that charges taxes. Too bad this was the only place that was still open this late. Never again will I visit this establishment.
