Good service. Our first time. Our banana splits were awesome.

The older white lady that works in there is extremely rude. While fixing my daughter’s sundae I informed them that it should be in the small clear cup as pictured and like I’ve has several times. The older lady calls someone on the phone in front of me to ask them what cup it should be in “ because the Mom said it should be in the shake cup”. I’m assuming the person she called said it does in the other cup that the young lady was previously using. She then tells her “ next time use the one you were using” all this while my family and I are standing there. I was completely turned off and my husband and I decided not to order anything and just paid for our daughters. I’ve had Marble Slab at several different locations including this one several times but I can assure this will be my last time visiting this one. Customer Service sucks!

This place is awesome and the service is outstanding. Always clean and the owner is very nice and goes over the top to make your day. My daughter and I have been coming here for years and wont go to another location. My grandson(Nehemiah) will grow up loving this place just as much as we do.Also very,very clean all the time and thats a plus in my book.I would recommend this store to everyone who wants great service,good ice cream and a awesome owner under one roof.If I could give 20 stars I would.

Honestly, a huge disappointment.We walked in on Sunday night and the girl working did not greet us. I asked for a sample and she seemed annoyed. My husband ordered the brownie delight and it was not presented well. Then the girl rang up and total and said nothing else, didn’t ask if I wanted anything or if we needed anything else. Knock off of cold stone creamery. Do not plan on going back any time soon.

I had a very poor customer experience as the server displayed a bad attitude. I would suggest if the employee doesnt feel like working she should just stay at home. It was very apparent she didnt want to be there.

Delicious ice cream. I had a traditional banana split which was awesome! The way its suppose to be made. The young lady used a whole banana whipped cream fresh strawberries, pineapples and fudge delicious!!! Next time Im going to eat it there because it was melting to fast so I had to eat it quicker than I wanted to .Sugar rush..... oh yeah!

The best strawberry shortcake I’ve ever had. This is the first time I’ve been to this marble slab location but have been to three other locations over the years. This one was just so much better than all the others. I believe it was the way the employee prepared it, she had short hair. Anyways my ice cream was made perfectly. I devoured the whole thing, which I never manage to do. Will definitely be back to this location. Thanks so much for a wonderful treat!

Cake I ordered looked nothing like what it was advertised online as. I wish they wouldve let me know they couldnt make it as specified. Ice cream was subpar and bland as well which is unusual for Marble Slab.

YUM.Unlimited toppings for a flat fee!??! WHAT!??!?! It makes going out for ice cream so much more affordable and NOT annoying with kiddos who choose 5347299 toppings in their concoctions!

Ariana I think her name was was very very enthusiastic helpful fast and polite. We got 3 cones a strawberry shortcake and shake, everything was perfect!!

Always loved marble slab creamery and was welcomed to some polite customer service and the only thing I found odd was that the ice cream was a little melted maybe because of the weather but overall the treat was well worth the trip !!!!

The ice cream isnt kept cold enough. It was already dripping as the employee was handing it to me. Felt like i was drinking my waffle cone.

I went in and ordered two kids size cookies and cream cones and was given massive amounts of ice cream and charged almost $17. When I told him I had ordered two cookies and cream kid size cones, I was told the person that helped me “is new” and did not know how to do it. They agreed to knock the price down to almost $13 which was still absolutely ridiculous for two kids size cookies and cream cones. Will absolutely not return.

Long lines, decent ice cream. If you order ahead, they make you wait in line regardless. By the time I got to the front, my ice cream was melted. They should just hand me the order if it was already made, seeing as it was already paid for.

Marble slab is pure unadulterated crack. Walking into the store is like walking into the gates if heaven with the workers ready to take your order. Theyre very patient and willing to let you try out any flavors youd like. The ice cream itself is delicious and tastes homemade and fresh. You can add any items you want for free, unlimited!! I always get the sweet cream ice cream with cookie dough and brownies, its unreal!

I love Marble Slab.. Drove out of our way to get a shake.. After placing multiple orders for ice cream.. Was told that their blender was cracked.. (While looking in the back we can clearly see multiple blenders..) Also.. How hard would it be to send someone across the street to Walmart and buy one? Its not like they do lots of other things.. Ice cream.. And shakes.. Avoid this location!

Ice cream! They have what ever your imagination can think of to put in your ice cream. So many choices! Four of my friends decided to meet there for a catch up and we all had something different so we could taste each others choice. It was heaven! The only draw back, when we got there we couldnt tell where the line started or ended. It was a bit confusing until I saw the cash register so I figured that was the end of the line. The line starts at the back of the place and the when you walk into the place.

It was quiet when we went, the young lady there was real friendly and welcoming. Very attentive. Enjoyed the service and of course, the amazing ice cream. Only wished they had more dairy free options.

Excellent service. Had a large party before us, but didnt have to wait long to get through. Had the Butter Pecan Port of Call--delish!Only critique, fresh made cones + hot temps make for drippy leaky ice cream. Make sure to grab extra napkins!

The server was friendly, the ice cream was good, and the restroom was relatively clean. Only issue I had was parts of my cone was stale and the restroom was out of soap. Otherwise a great visit. I appreciated the hand santatizer on the counter.

It’s good. But crazy overpriced. Worth for a day with the munchies, not for a regular basis. But don’t get me wrong, my only complain is the price because flavor is very good.

I love this place! I have a severe peanut allergy and everytime I go in and let the owner know and he always goes above and beyond to make sure my ice cream doesnt have any nuts or accidentally come in contact with nuts.
