A great little mom and pop place thats been around for years. My kids like it for snacks on their way home. Theyve really invested in the business and it looks really nice

I personally did not like the ice cream they use. For my raspa nor the banana split. Will not be stopping their again. 😐

We order shaved ice: Blue raspberry, lemon lime, and Tigerblood with chamoy and lucasAside from the Tigerblood mixture not being blended well (not layered chamoy all on bottom of cup)- everything else was Good. Not a long wait. I’ve is super soft like Italian Ice

Had the shaved ice and strawberries and cream. Both were delicious. Enjoyed the ice texture and th Pina colada syrup was not too sweet. They have outdoor seating with misting fans and music. They have more spur options than I am used to for the pickle lovers.

This place is a little pricey and they Dont put Enough syrup on the Raspas! For that I give 3 stars, the service is good and the food they sell taste good.

I love their mangonadas and that they hv a mist on their outside sitting area.

The shave/raspa was ok. The corn in the cup not good at all I have to trashed it after tasted it. It was with white corn . not recommended at all. Nachos were good and the Frito pie with chili was good too. Im disappointed as now I have to go to the north side for good corn in the cup.

Great service and location, however, I got the shaved ice cup (left side) and the top portion felt like just a large ice block. Typical good flavoring though. The Rusa (mega, on right side) was super good, until we got to the oranges, they tasted really bad and really brought the tastiness of the Rusa way down.Update: They had a bad batch of oranges and the blades for their shaved ice machine were dull. They offered that we give them another try and so we did. The rusa was delicious with sweet fruits. The shaved ice was finely shaved and was much better that the previous time. Great customer service as well.

Great place to stop and get raspas, ice cream, Frito pie, etc... Prices are reasonable. The covered seating area has picnic tables and has two fans blowing air and water mist to keep you cool as you sit and wait/eat.

I like this place because they have a nice outdoor area, with fans!!I wasnt crazy about my fresa con crema because there was hardly any creme, Im talking less than a quarter on an inch (thats small) of crema at the bottom of my cup, it was basically just strawberries all the way though.However, my son loved the takis and cheese.We will definitely go back.They appear to be dog on a leash friendly, and for that alone I will return!

Passed by this place as I was in the area & thought we’d give it a try..we loved it ! The girl was sooo nice & we didn’t feel rushed to order also she knew exactly what I wanted ..the Italian ice with ice cream ..anywhere else I try to order this they’re confused & get upset but not here ..they were so nice ..also I live the little atmosphere they got going on ..my kids & I really enjoyed it ..we live 45 mins away & wouldn’t mind coming back again

This place has really good corn in a cup, the ice for their snow cones is very soft, the service is quick, the staff is very personable, and the prices are very reasonable. The fruit there is always so fresh and they accommodated to my special requests on my order without any hesitation. The owner Mrs. Martinez is also very involved with her business and loves to come and say hello to her costumers.

My kids couldnt wait to come here & me either but when we went to order their pricing on the menu was incorrect & they still had a price & item listed they didnt have. A bit disappointing. And instead of doing the right thing & honoring what was listed I was told Well it was changed on the inside just not outside🤔 When a certain price is listed I would like to be charged that price.

Just because they have the worlds most handsome guy at the chill named Joseph & the girl at the front had an awesome hand band.. Jasmine was her name i believe. AND ashton with his perfect snowcones. AMAZINGGG. GREAT SERVICE. 10/10 i would totally recommend it.

Ive tried the King of the cucumbers 🥒. Awesome. The shaved ice tastes great. A friend of mine loves the mangonada, Ill try that next. The service is lightning fast. Prices are low. As Schwarzenegger says... Ill be back.

I went there times this past week after work, I loved the picadilly and snacks I ordered. My dad loved the corn in the cup as well. Employees were very attentive and service was quick.

Stopped in for shaved ice and found they have much more! Snacks for those days when you just need something a lil extra. Owners are super attentive. We had the loaded cucumber which was great! Kids had a tigers blood shaved ice with Lucas and chamoy and a mango with Lucas, delish! Their small sizes are very generous.

Went yesterday for a shaved ice. Didnt know it was not supposed to be open till next Friday. LOL. However, the owners were there and gave me a FREE shaved ice, not only for me but for my two kids and my nephew and they were DELICIOUS😋. The ice was so nice and soft. It melted on my mouth. Is definitely not your average RASPA with those horrible pieces of ice. Place was very nice and super clean. Thank you Chill Zone for having a quality and delicious shaved ice. I really enjoyed it!!!! This place will definitely be my new Chill Zone!!! Cant wait to go back on Cinco de Mayo.

Not the first time this happens... not enough syrup in the shaved ice.. clumps if ice at the bottom with ice cream only was not good.... guess well be trying the other spot down the street.
