I contacted Antonio from Just Mattress through a Facebook search and explained to him that We had been running all around San Antonio trying to find a Mattress and everyone seemed to lie about the price just to get us to come into the store. Not only did he assure us that he had what we were looking for but he sent us pictures of the Mattress through Facebook before we arrived, and gave us an AWESOME deal! If you need a mattress, the only thing you need to do is call Lisa Valdez, at Just Mattresses! I work for an assisted living community and we needed a replacement mattress. I called 4 places: 1 didnt answer and I had to leave a message, 2 sounded liked used car salesman and then there was Lisa at Just Mattresses. She was very professional, offered great customer service, was knowledgeable about her products and had excellent quality at a GREAT price! We will be getting all of our replacement mattresses from Just Mattresses! Plus when you buy from her you are supporting woman owned small business!

Best priced quality mattress store around! I bought a cheap memory foam mattress on Amazon and didnt know that underneath the bamboo cover was fiberglass. The fiberglass was everywhere in our home and making our lives miserable. I was dreading buying another mattress because I know stores like to charge you an arm and a leg to buy a quality mattress. I found this store just driving by and stopped to see what they had. The moment I walked in I was greated by the owner, this awesome lady who showed me around her not overwhelming store and I found the perfect king sized mattress that came with box springs for around $500 bucks! Other places were selling similar mattresses for twice that price and my bed was made in Texas! When I came to pick it up the owner who is a small wonder woman helped me even load my bed in my truck I couldnt believe it! Everyone should come here to buy a mattress and even furniture I came to find out. Thank you for everything!

I bought a mattress last year. It was a twin and maybe 2nd to cheapest they had. Only a few months later it started to creak and groan. I never returned it (I didnt think about the warranty) but even so.Thought Id try them again about a year later. It was a married couple this time and I bought the next mattress up, (they had the same mattress that I bought last year, which I found funny.) and he cut me a good deal. I hadnt gotten the frame Id ordered yet, so I made sure to ask about a return policy in case the bed didnt work with the frame. He mentioned something about 30days and said I could return it as long as there were no stains. I was very relieved and bought it. However, it was way to thick for my loft frame. So I called one day to ask if I could return it (or at the very least exchange..) He hurried me on the phone, and said hed call me back due to customers. Never got a return call. When I called the next day, he passed me over to his wife. (I can only assume it was his wife, and doing so made me feel like I was annoying.) I repeated my claim, and she basically laughed at me saying they had no such policy. Only the warranty. She did not even mention an exchange or sympathize with me. I was very upset. I dont have much exp with mattresses, but I am almost certain he lied to me, or both my friend and I completely misunderstood, which I doubt. Now Im stuck with a large mattress I cant even use.

First of all, we ordered a bedroom set and living room set in which we were told all pieces would arrive at the same time. Well we get a call that some pieces are gong to be in a certain date but the others arent and wanted to charge us 2 delivery fees. So the day the first set of furniture that was suppose to be delivered, we set around over an hour from expected delivery time waiting on this furniture. We finally called to see what was going on to find out their delivery truck had broken down. Well, thanks for not calling and letting us know what was going on.So then the second part finally comes in and she wants to charge us a second delivery fee of $80 but then said she talked with her coordinator and they would deliver the second part for only $30 and also proceeds to tell us that she actually never included any delivery charges to the original billing. After looking over the receipt and everything I actually realized not only did she charge us a delivery fee but she actually over charged us about $100 on taxes. She said she didnt itemize the receipt like she usually does, to let her look over it. She comes back to agree that she did indeed over charge us on the taxes and did include the $80 delivery fee that she made a mistake when looking at it. So she decided to give us the 2nd delivery fee free since she made a mistake. Which actually that second delivery fee should have been waived too begin with in my opinion. So basically we paid about $100 for the second delivery fee since she over charged us on the taxes. Let me break that down for you; first she wants to charge a $80 delivery fee but had it reduced to $30. Then says it will be a free delivery due to her mistake, yet actually we paid $100 because we were over charged on the taxes. Sorry but thats just wrong especially after all the issues we had already encountered. So, basically we were taken for.Now on to the furniture... So we put a package together that honestly was a good price but we didnt want the cheap mattress set that was included in our bundle, so we upgraded the mattress. That was a waste because not even 2 months later the mattress started getting bad dips and both our backs are now paying the price for it. Which is bad that my partners back is hurting so much being shes in the military and that affects her performance. The coffee table and 2 end tables are constructed poorly and the holes were not drilled in the right places so now after the assembly of it, the legs are all slanted. Meaning, instead of the legs coming down from top at a 90 degree angle, they are more so at a 105 degree angle, its just very cheaply made. The head board came in a different delivery from the bed and rails and no hardware was included to attach the headboard.We want to order a second night stand and another couch to match our set but decided we refuse to go through this company again. We found another company with the exact sets but is slightly more expensive but with their delivery fee being half the cost (even though theyre further than Just Mattresses.) So soon we plan to go through the other company for our needs.The lady was nice and helpful when placing the order. I even told her how great of a review I was going to give her but this ended up NOT a good experience at all. Sad to say, but I honestly wouldnt recommend doing business here.

I got a great deal on a twin mattress set for my daughters new bed. She loves how comfy and high her bed sits. The quality, price, and warranty made what could have been a stressful purchase a breeze. My wife and i were in and out in under 30 mins. My husband and I just got a new pillow top mattress from here, we had if for one night and we knew it was not the mattress for us, I called in the next morning and the owner Lisa was generous enough to exchange it for a firmer mattress . You even texted her to say they were on their way prior to truck breaking down. I do have all the corresponding messages through Facebook too and can resend them if you need a memory refresher of our conversations.Second, the delivery charge that others charge really has nothing to do with this, if you had an issue delivering to us that far, then it should have been addressed. You charged us $80 for the 1st delivery and we were fine with that. As far as other companys, yes we went to another company and was looking at the exact same set and delivery for all was $150. You were cheaper, which is why we went with your company.Third, you have admitted you made a mistake, yet dont want to compensate the money you basically stole back. You obviously didnt want to make it right. You messed up on the taxes and never offered to make it right, just apologized and offered us free delivery on the second delivery, which wasnt free. (You cant tell someone delivery is 80, then say youll do it for 30 due to the issues with the previous delivery and then because you messed up the taxes, that its now free) I dont know You think free delivery is going to compensate us for the taxes You over charged... You actually owe us the money from the taxes. Also, why didnt you do our receipt correctly like you say you normally do? You obviously knew what you were trying to get over on us by ding the receipt the way you did.Fourth, yes we needed our furniture by the date we told you so we wouldnt be sleeping on the floor. She didnt have furniture because the barracks come furnished.The reason I never addressed the issues about the furniture is because we already were tired of dealing with this company. Hence why wed rather pay a little more to go through another company.As far as reviews go, not to sound rude but your message really rubbed me the wrong way...I dont care about your friends experiences. Im only worried about our own experience. If you thrive to do the BEST you can, then you should have reimbursed the taxes. All you did was say that you didnt do an itemized receipt and you messed up and you are sorry that it happened and offered free delivery, which was not free and the tax overage was more than yalls original delivery fee.

I went to several mattress stores looking for a deal. At Mattress Firm the pillow-top queen set cost $1100.00. The same thing at Billy Bobs Beds. Their set was $1300.00 and had less spring count. So I went to JUST MATTRESSES (2 blocks away from Billy Bobs Beds) I bought their Simmons Beauty Rest Pillow-top Queen Mattress Set for $800!! Plus I got a 5% discount because Im military and I paid $29.99 for delivery fee. They delivered that very evening at 6PM! (Billy Bobs charge for delivery was $75.00 and it would take 2 days!!)Thanks Just Mattresses!
