The Steinway gallerys sterling reputation is well deserved! Today was my second visit to the gallery, and upon entering the store, Josh (sales) immediately recognized me and answered all of my questions (again). There are no gimmicky sales tricks or pressure here, just gorgeous Steinways and a staff that truly cares about your piano experience. Im still thinking about the A by the way! Well played!

While I can only window shop for Steinway pianos at the moment, Brad was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Its clear that he has a great understand of Steinway pianos and artists. The selection of pianos is extensive and it was a joy to spend time in this gallery. Hopefully one day Ill be back for a purchase!

First time walking into the Store I was greeted by the very friendly, very informative associate Josh. He was very eager to show me all that Steinway had to offer and I was completely blown away. Ive always dreamed of owning my own piano and Josh walked me through everything I needed to know to make that dream a reality. I felt very privileged to learn about all the ins and outs as well as sample some of the finest pianos this brand is world renowned for. Will be back soon as Ive never felt so welcomed by a piano gallery of this magnitude. Thank you for the world class experience of a lifetime.

Really nice and knowledgeable. They host local piano recitals, and their sales staff arent even the slightest but pushy.

Nice, bright, well laid-out showroom. Great displays of pianos ranging from used spinets to new Steinway Grands. Ive known Brad a long time and trust him. Hes not your usual salesman, he wants whats best for you. Im looking forward to deciding what piano I want.

This dealer is great and very knowledgeable on the pianos. There are multiple numbers of the same model to play on since each one is unique in their own way, you get a chance to pick what suits your personality.

While I was only there for a brief time for a piano recital, I can say that the sales associates there were kind and helpful.

I had some great conversations with Brad, and of course playing new Steinways is amazing. I had a nice visit to the store.

We were visiting from out of town and our children have a piano audition coming up. We called the Steinway Paino Gallery and they were more than willing to let our children come and use their practice room. The room was great and was outfitted with a beautiful Boston piano.The people working there were very accomodating and kind and we were treated great!

They have nice pianos 🎹 and prices are a little high but lets talk about their service and the racists people that work there. The second i walked in there they ignored me and when i ask them a question they act like little brats. Just because im not white they treated me like a minority I was very offended but guess what Steinway Piano Gallery you lost a customer for life.
