Excellent customer service! I called nearly every paint store in San Antonio for very specific paint from masonry, vinyl siding, and metal only to be met with “No we don’t carry that” or “ I have no idea”. However Josh helped me not only solve my painting problems he also made great suggestions to make sure my timeline stayed on track and went above and beyond even having to pull inventory from other locations. I cant recommend this store enough. I will be back for my next painting project.

The quality of the paint speaks for itself. The staff on Austin Hwy is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ask for Joseph, hes super helpful, and he answered all my questions relating to my paint project. It was an overall positive experience.

Awesome store There was a young man and a young lady this morning There were nice and prompt cant get better than that

Unlike the box stores, SW gets to know their clients. I especially like that once I had an account created, the sales representative was able to pull up what Id purchased in the past so that I didnt have to remember colors or finishes. Since the previous owner to my home had also used SW, all of those color choices were also available making buying paint for touch up so easy.

You will not be disappointed at the lengths this store will go to match you with the colors that you need to touch up or repaint your house without having to completely repaint everything

Terrible customer service. I pulled into the parking lot at 4:59 pm and as I was walking to the door I watched the guy sprint to the door and lock it before I could open it. He didnt even explain they were closing or apologize. Just locked it and hurried away from me.

The salesperson was very helpful, patient and knowledgable of the products and applications. My visit to the Austin Hwy store was an enjoyable experience.
