They always have the best jumbo pumpkins at the best price. Their employees are so helpful and helpful. The store is well organized and easy to find things.

These markets are gross markets where you can find everything at affordable prices. However, you need to be a member to be able to shop. You can find anything you are looking for in a market. They help with packing at checkout.

Oh Costco!!! How I love to buy ten tons of TP and munch on free samples right before I buy a cheap hotdog and slice of pizza for 25 cents each! Lol! Seriously, every Costco is about the same, right? Very busy, very packed. Employees need to be trained better on product locations.Sadly the parking lot is poorly designed. The line to get gas practically blocks the driveway into the actual parking lot. Again crowd/line control at the gas line would be very helpful.There needs to be better crowd control at register area.Receipt checkers need to actually check items on the Receipt. I could have literally walked out the front door with any TV because they dont check the Receipts at all.

Where shall I start? I know... from the second you exit the freeway, the line to turn left to get to Costco is usually Ridiculously long. Once I made it into the parking lot I realized it was mainly the people waiting to get gas that are making it impossible to get into the parking lot!ALWAYS so many people!And just about everything is now Organic. WHY!!??Starting to spend my money at Sam’s club now... they have online ordering and pickup. So convenient!!For the very few items I do prefer from Costco; I submit my request to my inlaws who can get in during Senior hours.Oh, and the new churros... 👎🏼👎🏼

Gas lines move quickly.I am often amazed at how often I see people who cant figure out how to pump gas and require assistance at Costco. I dont see this at Shell, Arco, Mobile...

If youre getting gas, its a hassle. Very busy and entrance to the gas station wasnt thought out very well when engineered into the plans. Then trying to leave out of there all together, best bet is to go around the backside, and exit onto S. Tippecanoe avenue.

Pretty good. People are acting dumb again and buying all the water packs in ridiculous amounts. But dont worry, tp is still available. The staff is very helpful and work truly hard to fill supply and demand. Restrooms could use some helping out tho 🤭😁👍🏼

0⭐s for the rude cashier at the food court outside who told us, AFTER waiting in line for 20 minutes for a slice, NO CARD NO FOOD! The nice gentleman behind us tried to swipe his card and she shut him down as well! 0⭐s for the lady at the entrance who wouldnt allow me in to file a complaint after the brash treatment we encountered. We both had planned on purchasing memberships after we ate, but if thats how Costco treats us lowly non-members we decided to pass. Total ⭐s? 0!

This Costco location is the very first Costco location Ive ever been to and that was as a child and I still visit this location from time to time. I can honestly say that as an adult Im still happy with this location. Both the exterior and exterior are always very well maintained as far as the cleanliness goes. The presentation is always set up well and I can imagine its do to the the employees I always see working hard every time I visit. Presentation may not seem like a big deal to employees when theyre setting up but as a Costco customer I assure you it is and my expectations are definitely met. Now about the employees and customer service at the location.. it isnt bad but there is definitely room for improvement. Like I mentioned already I always see them working hard and thats a very good thing.l however it shouldnt be at the cost of providing good customer service. More than a Handful of times when seeking or asking for customer service it always seemed rushed or question have mostly been answered with short questions as if they were not allowed to take the time to answer them. If not that Ive been diverted to someone else and by that I mean pointed in the direction to someone else that might be able to answer them. I dont even bother anymore to be honest. I hope management at this location can make some changes at this level. I receive the best location when speaking to the Verizon wireless representatives but how often does anyone need to speak to a wireless rep. when visiting. Customer service needs to be the very first and most important priority at any business. No employee should ever be to busy to provide that. Not ever unless theyre not on the clock. Id still like to provide my four star rating because my visits here are still enjoyable.

This Costco retail store was nice. When we go there, it is compared to Sams Club. They have good products such as coffee creamers, croissants, household safety equipment including Clorax, paper towels, water bottles, etc. And, they also clean and sanitized shopping carts before you enter the store.

FYI: Just to let you know that the pharmacy employee Ms. Candy shows non-cooperation while request for Prescription fill up around 5:00 PM on 4/7/21. She replied very rudely telling will take hour and half, leave the Prescription and pick up next day. Unfortunately, she misbehaved with me every time so far. She has a attitude problem.I complained about Ms Candy so many times to Pharmacist/Store Manager for several years. Ms Candy still shows no sign of Politeness to Customers. Nothing has been done to improve Ms Candy’s antagonistic attitude towards customers.With no other alternative and limited choice, I need to complaint to the appropriate authority to contact Ms Candy for not offering help to customers, willful negligence, rude behavior, not willing to fill up prescription within hour and half. There is more pharmacy customer who has the same bad experiences with Ms Candy.Will appreciate take necessary measures to bring Ms. Candy to work helping customers with etiquette but without any race and color discrimination.Remember, the customers help Costco Wholesale to survive and grow. There should be Complained Box set up near the Pharmacy window which may help better service.

We arrived after closing having driven down from Big Bear to pick up a custom birthday cake. From the people manning the exit door to Assistant Manager Jonathan, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We were able to buy the cake even though the store was closed. Great location with super nice workers.

Great costco. Hot good area is outside and takes cards and cash. Also has a tire shop and gas station. Is somewhat difficult to get into parking lot because many of the streets are one way around it. Can get pretty busy.

Went to purchase some flooring for a rental remodel, called in advance to pull items and they said they couldnt do that but was told they would have someone to help. Once i get there no help in sight, loaded 45 boxes by myself and then went to self checkout. I asked again if someone can help load was told yes once outside no help what so ever loaded all boxes by myself. Horrible customer service at this costco would have went elsewhere but my costco didnt have item in stock

Another great Costco to buy stuff. Some times i have a craving for food thats seasonal so they are not selling it. Mostly every thing else is good quality and matches with other costcos. The lines to check out are reasonable; restrooms are one of the best, same goes with other costcos ive been to.

Wow Costco, I’m so disappointed. I have called customer service TWICE to deal with what I believe is disgusting ignorant behavior from their employees and I have not received a call back. It’s been weeks. The last time my message was allegedly sent to the district manager and nothing! A few weeks ago my husband was in line to enter Costco early, with the elderly and the disabled. When a employee informed him he didn’t look disabled. My husband is completely deaf with implants, so that he can hear. He is immune compromised. On top of having had 3 back surgeries and unable to stand or walk for long periods of time. Oh and not to mention a Veteran of the United States Navy.DO BETTER COSTCO! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOUR MANAGEMENT.I’m disgusted and disappointed in the attention this matter has gotten. Which is none! I will not be renewing my membership and I will take my money elsewhere.

Would give 4 stars here, not because of long checkout lines, but due to the many selfish jerks (over 20 people cut us off or blocked us in parking lot, seriously). You might have a similar experience, so be aware.*But, any of that is hardly Costcos fault.*As a store, they are typically crowded due to huge size, amount of items to choose from, prices, parking lot size, etc. This one is nice, its clean, employees helpful, no shortages. There is a LOT to choose from.

I love the quality of things. I purchased an area rug, but no employees around to help. Im older and shopping alone. Another older couple helped me get it into the basket. I thank the woman who offered her husband to help.

Some times we find excelent deals there. But they also have a lot of expensive things. A loaf of bread for 6 bucks 🍞 ?? I better buy my bread at Food4Less.

Overall pretty great. They do a good job getting you in, its getting you out that has a bottle neck. They need more registers open, this is always an issue, regardless of day of week or time of day. They have people going around trying to sell you an upgraded membership when you can train them to man the register. Also the food court options were reduced, and you have to he a member, and your asked to wait 10-15min even though they have 8 pizzas ready to go and waiting. Its good just need to be organized better at the end.

This store (and every other Costco Ive been to) is always very busy. Today was no different, even for a Monday at 5pm. The employees are very polite and helpful. I miss the free samples. It was good to see so many people getting their vaccine.

Several complaints. First off, I am an avid coffee drinker. I have tried several different brands they sell because I am not impressed with the freshness and quality of their beans. Fresh beans emit a small amount of carbon dioxide, if you vaccum seal them the bags will puff up the next couple days. I tested several brands and none of them emit any C02 gasses. This is proof they sell you old beans still for a high price. I paid $20 for a bag of high quality hawaiian coffee beans. Now I see how sneaky this business is. They sell you sub par quality food but make it seem like its top quality.My second complaint is the lines to get gas will block the people shopping for food out of costco. I basically waited 20 minutes behind the people waiting to get gas until it was safe enough to get into the opposite lane to pass all of them to get into the Costco parking lot.Third complaint, this is a whole foods store but you are still paying full price for many of the things you buy. $375 for food and my cart was only a quarter full of food. I just bought regular stuff noting fancy. TP, soap, chicken, produce, etc.Fourth complaint, the bakery only sells products that contain soybean oil. I am very allergic to soy products and they dont offer anything that doesnt contain this oil. This oil also causes heart disease and inflammation in your body, so I stay the H**l away from the bakery.Final complaint. They need somebody to test for product quality because half the time, I try a new product and it is gross. I bought tapioca coconut pudding. It sounded amazing but when I tried it tasted so bad I almost puked. And had a strange consistency almost like something I cannot mention here. Seriously, have someone taste test all your new products before you mass distribute them.No wonder there is a pharmacy right inside this place, when food quality goes down, pharmaceudical sales go up. Its a win win for them. I may ditch my 14 year membership soon.

Costco Gas lines where long but wait was not to bad. I parked got a washed down clean cart at entrance. Loaded up water toilet paper, fruits and veggies fully stocked. Check out lanes abit long but the 6min wait not bad. Cashier and support associate helped with a speedy buying experience. Food court always smells and make me hungry.

I love Costco, they always have everything I need and in bulk. I love to come and get free samples. It doesnt fill me up but Ill get close. Sometimes I think the samples taste better than when I make. It. At home. Their muffins they make are really delicious and affordable. I often go for their fresh food like pizza and hot dogs which are the cheapest meal I can find anywhere. Also I like getting their gas at a cheaper price than anywhere else! Definitely go to this costco

In my experience, Costco Pharmacy is the best. My husband takes a plethora of prescriptions everyday of his life. Recently I purchased a prescription, that would have normally cost us $452.00, and I only paid $47.00 for it at Costco. 90% savings. And you dont have to be a member in order to use their pharmacy.

Costco Wholesale in Redlands California continues great social distance shopping and safety!The line was only about 10 minutes to get in so I tried one of their tastyall beef GIANT hot dog on a steamy fresh bun and for only $1.50 it really was impressive-came with an all you drink soft drink too! They evan give you a fresh cup if you would like a refill.They took away the serve yourself condiment table and give you pre packaged ones for safety. Costco is busy..always...parking is ridiculous

Im a Costco member and took a battery back that I didnt have a receipt for but has a 42 month replacement warranty. This battery is only sold at Costco. They wouldnt take it back even thought it was less than 24 months old. Its made by interstate batteries and they would have taken it back till they saw it was from Costco. I get the receipt thing and if I wasnt a member but it was very disappointing.

I am very disappointed in costco delivery service. 3 times they failed to deliver my couch and they even called me with an email stating my delivery time and date. The stores are awesome but delivery service has lost my confidence in there logistics team. Im still waiting for the 4th attempt. Well see if they live up to there service.
