Just a little side note if youve seen the movie free guy this place has bubble gum ice cream and it really is that good not only that there are plenty of other flavors to choose from and you will definitely be impressed

They have the best ice cream. I also love thier strawberry milk, it is so fire. The ladies thier are super nice too.

Waiting in the drive-thru for like 2 hours slowest service on Earth wouldnt know if the place is good or not Left the line place really sucks for service if you like waiting in line this is the place to go because they are slow as snails.

Ok so this place is very expensive for just a treat and when they run out of stuff they dont care about customers and put up a sign at least so you make the long line and they run out of the expensive stuff, they dont have large they give you small or dont have it and take forever to tend the line very very disappointed 😞 when we tried to talk to a manager they said no theres no one its a family owed. So what does that mean ? They hide inside and give very bad service.and super pricey not worth it at all.

No one preparing food is wearing mask. Did not have change so they couldnt give us all our change back. Drive thru is really slow and they dont disinfect after every visit ( which I dont mind but dont say you are doing it certain stuff and not do it.) Food is expensive for what you get.Las personas preparando la comida no usan mascarilla, no tuvieron el sinero suficiente para darnos nuestro cambio completo, la espera en la ventanilla ea muy lenta, no desinfectan como dicen que lo hace.

Not the best service, take too long and prices are too high.

Ordered online for pick up, but their dining room was closed, so I had to wait in the long drive thru line. I literally ordered online so I could get my order fast (the email said “ready in 5 minutes”), not sure why they couldn’t just bring it out to me while I was by the door. DON’T offer a pickup option when you can’t actually do the service. Literally still in line, it’s been more than 30 minutes.

This Michoacana has a drive-thru and its convenient for a late at night snack. The bad thing is that all their food in the menu is overpriced for the amount you get, not only that they are stingy with their ingredients. I got tostilocos and it had not much chamoy, Valentina,or fruit. Also order some hot cheetos with cheese for my sister and when she open them they had almost no cheese, she ended up not eating it. There food is ok, I rather go to another Michoacana.

Have to be honest and say overpriced and they are stingy with there ingredients could put more for the price there selling and the tortas are ok hot Cheetos with cheese had almost no cheese good place if you have no other place open near by...the michoacana on Sierra and 40st is much better but they dont do tortas after certain hours

Worst place ever!! The Mangoneada was a sticky paste it was so bubbly it didn’t even taste nor feel like ice cream and the esquite had a dead spider on the cup!! Very unsanitary!!!!!!

The aguas don’t taste fresh they taste artificial, overly sweetened

Their sugar cone is actually whats known as a cake cone at Thrifty, NOT a sugar cone. So the kids ordered theirs in waffle cones (they got sandia and chocolate Abuelita), husbands was in a cup (pina and coco), and I ordered a Mamey paleta. It was all good stuff! As you can see from my photos, there are many flavors to choose from.

We always get dessert from churro bowls to paletas we love it all. My daughter is in love with their mint ice cream. Great customer service and love the fact that they have a drive thru.

Waited in line for about 30 minutes our ice cream was melted, our churro bowl was so hard and burnt. We couldnt even break the churro, it waa so hard. We brought it to their attention and they said the churro bowl is supposed to be hard and its only to give the ice cream flavor. Very very disappointed.

This is located in a pretty sketchy part of town but its totally worth it! The Diabolito is my favorite! Hits the spot every time!

It’s great to have one closer to home. The staff are very kind and our snacks were just as good as other locations. In fact, I honestly got more mangoneada here than in others which is a plus and always appreciated! They also have great music playing so if any staff read this please share your playlist 👀👀👀

Everything is good, especially their churro sundae.. girls always clean, very nice and are very pretty ;) .. O the ice cream price cool, good portions sizes and awesome flavor options.

Unlike most other ice cream parlors, this MICHOACANA supposedly makes all their ice cream on-site for maximum freshness and tastiness. They’ve barely opened but I’ve been there about five times already to buy for myself n family n friends. Great sweet treats, clean n cheerful place, and quick n friendly service.

I got there at 10:38 they have their OPEN sign on and online it says they close at 11pm but the door were locked and the employee inside said they were closed

Went to their grand opening and was surprised to see no line. I got their BOGO Torta deal and hot cheetos with cheese. The nacho cheese was cold and the meat and beans on the Torta didnt taste fresh. Since it was their grand opening day I would give them another chance.

Ordered a bionico there was atleast 4pieces of fruit in it. The cream was no good. The strawberry milk water was just yogurt with ice. They did not knw how to make mangoneada. Pls go to other michoacanas and taste wht they sell. There was nothin but young ppl they might nt knw how to make the desserts . pls pls you have potential to be a great spot just need work on your goodies. Thnk you
