If youre craving something sweet or you just want a snack then this place is perfect. Ive come here multiple times and everything I get is something new but no matter what I end up getting its always perfect. Some of the ice cream flavors may be strange to some but many do like it

I used to get my ice cream here all the time but now the prices shot up dramatically and the quality went down instead of up. I feel like all my ice cream choices had a chewy ball texture somewhere in them. Like certain spoonfuls were gummy or chewy. Not good texture like before. Flavors are great but texture is not. Owner could benefit from better customer service as well. Wasnt rude, just kind of hovers over employees and never smiles.

I used to like it. I love esquites, but lately the guy doesnt drain the elotes even when I asked him to do it . I asked him to put extra cheese even if he has to charge me. I did pay the extra fee, but there was not extra cheese. And to make it worst the corn was cold!!

The ice cream is always delicious but when it comes to the other items that require more work (radpados, diablitos, or any other customized frozen treat) the items are hit or miss. Some employees make excellent stuff while others add too much syrup and all the sugar tends to ruin the great. Ive noticed that the females are a lot better with prepping and satisfying, the male employee tends to make it inconsistent and have a heavy hand with the snow cone syrup.

United Paleteria y Neveria manages to recreate all the fun of going to the ice cream parlor as a kid, but like in a cool hipster way that will impress your bougie date. Ive been here twice now and both times was a great experience​ with great ice cream. The secret breakfast is a favorite here.

They have a variety of ice cream, and lots of other stuff. Its the only ice cream around my home so i come here, but customer service was not great the teenagers working there (i believe daughters of the owner) have a little attitude also the cleanliness wasnt as good either but maybe because it was a rush hour but no excuse there was a few girls that couldve when and wiped the tables

Everything is really good here. Great selections of ice creams. There is a huge menu so there is a lot you can choose from. Line is kinda long later in the day

Amazing ice cream & variety of things, but SOOO SLOW !!! I waited 35 minutes for my order to be finished and it was just 3 raspados and chips with Chile and lime.

Well they say to be open at 10 am every day. But its now 1010am and no one is here. But they have great food or fruit I should say. I waited from 955am to 1020. No one ever opened till 1030!

Went to this shop today on memorial day and the workers ignored me. I waited for them to finish with their others customer, however they didnt even acknowledge me. The workers did not even say hi or that at least let me know they would assist me after helping their other customers. One female employee just looked at me and smiled while the male worker completely ignored me. Walked out after a couple minutes of being ignored, would not come here again.

They take a long time to get your order and to make your order. Fair customer service somewhat clean dont really recommend if you are in a rush. They have a variety of things to order

Went yesterday after going for a few months and taking my family and friends yesterday was the first bad experience they always poor customer service but yesterday i was ignored by a young lady who works there after another lady took my order wrong waited for my order about 1 hour i complained to the man while the young lady laughed at me really bad horrible customer service iam never going back again thanks to her rude customer service so uneducated to laugh at a customer

The Snacks are very rich but the service is very poor.1. The line is very long. Wait 30min on the line.2. There are sometimes 4 employees and 1 person for each order.He suggested that they change the method of taking orders. Example if there is a client and they have an order of 2 or more, that 2 employees help in the same order so that the queue moves.
