Very rude employees, didn’t wash their hands or wear gloves. Asked the lady we wanted two different flavors and completely ignore us. Had to repeat it to her and she caught an attitude and decided to over fill the cup the point the second was falling out the cup. Never going again and won’t recommend anyone to go there since there’s hundreds of other Michoacanas around might as well go to a different one. First and last time going there 0/10.

Prices are fair, ice cream is yummy. Lots of unique flavors to choose from. The ladies are nice. Only thing I would change is the amount of people working on busy nights, sometimes I find myself waiting 10-15mins in line.

Not the best Persian ice cream in CA--that would be Saffron and Rose on Westwood. But pretty good, nonetheless--especially if youre trapped in Hollywood. The faludeh here is certainly good, but still a click and a half below Saffron and Rose. The management here has concocted an intriguing strategy to compete: If you cant beat em, make your noodles longer. Seriously, the vermicelli in the faludeh here is downright Holmesian. A must-see for all fans of Johnny Wadd.

Clear as day there’s a sign showing Apple Pay and MasterCard visa accepted I asked just to verify . Hey do you accept Apple Pay? Do u have ur card.. umm Apple Pay is contactless lol . Rude girl stated they didn’t after it’s displayed . Know your products and services

Ice cream is delicious, But with all the covid19 virus my only complain is the lady serving me was not wearing gloves and not covering her nose woth the mask. It made me feel uncomfortable but ice cream was great.

I don’t know who runs this place but they need to get better, CLEAN employees. And perhaps have a manager in charge during all times to supervise said employees. During my last visit I was in line waiting to be helped when I noticed that they wear the same gloves to serve ice cream and to charge people. The girl that tried to help me touched money with the same gloves she was now trying to serve me food with. She got mad when I asked her to please wash her hands and change her gloves. She didn’t. I had to get helped by someone else who did in fact wash her hands. Do these people not go through food prep training at all? Disgusting.

A lot of things to order great service. Great flavor the only bad thing is they raise their prices on everything. Clean place friendly staff but depending on how many people there is it can be a pretty long wait

They have really bad costumer service, the lady serving us didn’t even have a uniform on and it looked like she didn’t even want to be there. She was so slow and looked like she was in a bad mood.

Fruta seca ice cream is life here.

Its an ok ice cream and treat shop. Although 2 times i was there they were out of the corn in a cup. Employees are kind of rude. Would help if they were more friendly.

I Guess Michoacán is known for ice cream, popsicles, and aguas frescas. This place has the most amazing aguas frescas! My brother in-law went with the strawberry and decided on the piña colada. These drinks are not just juice but a creamy mixture of fruit, some kind of cream and liquid. The ice cream was excellent with a huge variety of flavors from Oreo to fruits. I didnt get to try the paletas this time around or the savory snacks but next time around for sure.Inside the place is medium sized and there are about 7-10 long tables. Staff is nice and pleasant and appreciate it if you attempt to speak bad Spanish. Parking is shared with other shops, but that shouldnt be a problem.Come check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

The best snow and the best fresh waters in the Inland Empire. The staff is very attentive and kind. I recommend it to give yourself a good taste.

I had a very bad experience in that place the lady who attended me had a very ugly way I asked her for some potatoes to add salt and she almost emptied the salt shaker I asked her if I could put more lemon in it she told meI already gave it two I was going to order more things but I dont feel like it anymore and I wont go back to this place either because I think that if youre going to buy and pay with your money you must have a good attitude. I dont know if shes one of the owners or works there, but to be the owner He has a horrible way and I think that if you dont want to work you should stay at his house.
