I come here a few times a month for an agua fresca or watermelon smoothie. They employees keep the place clean and COVID compliant which is important to me when Im ordering food/drinks.

Giving this a one star because they are very rude and disrespectful. I gave this place three tries and every time I went I had a horrible experience. Girls are rude, unprofessional, tried kicking me out the store even though I ordered.I ordered a diablito & i was asked if I just wanted ice cream in it and I said yes. The lady told her She doesn’t have to ask me what I want just make it. When I got it was watered with just just ice. It didn’t have anything else in there it was very gross and tasted awful. When I asked for a remake they told me no. I asked for a refund, I had to dig in the trash for my receipt. I do not recommend this place not a good business

People there not friendly and Desorganized.

The quality was bad dont know if their freezers were working or not but the ice cream was a little melted and by the time i got home(5min drive) the ice cream was very melted ice cream dripping from the sides had to put a plate under the container so it wouldnt drip on the table they need to fix the freezers and get bigger containers

So many different flavors!The ones Ive tried are delicious! Mazapan, pistachio, queso cotija, are some of my favorites!Nice place; new, clean, great customer service, fair prices.

I give this location a 2 star or else Ill give it a 5 star. I give it a 2 b,cuz they have to new young girls tht are so rude & unprofessional customer service. U tell the 2 girls tht u dont want it some certain way & they dont listen & do it wrong & laugh at u when u complain about it. They even put stuff on ur order & remove it by them gossiping & gathering up to remove it. Or other then tht i would give it a 5 if the same employees who started there served it. They Lady & her Son are good customer service. Ill son post the two bad girls of this location. These girls are even lazy & put to lil on the stuff. Change these girls to Rate a 5 for u.

The food the delicious snacks! Unfortunately today I bother too much and take the trouble to write this is always a slow thing to prepare the food but this time 11/25/2019, today November 25, 2019 at 7 pm oclock I arrived at the Michoacan aside that I was standing long I did not even say hello then too slow to know that there are more clients, what annoyed me most, the woman attended to two girls who arrived after me a lot afterwards, if they were her family or that but who chores and the worst thing she even turned to me nor the other woman, I did not go to ask them for a gift, then my husband went in anyway he had to leave and with nothing, I worked in customer service and customer service today in Michoacán for me was poor!

A nice place to go with the family and enjoy its delicious mangoneadas and tasty ice cream ..
