This review is mostly about one sales person than anything else. Probably would have kept looking at other stores if it was not for them. I was not sure what to expect when buying a mattress but Bill was at the top of the helpful chain! My boyfriend and I already knew the idea of what we wanted, but Bill helped narrow down the options for us. He is very friendly and more than just a salesman, he was so easy to talk to other than mattress talk. I wish other people in sales were like him. All questions I had, he answered. Concerns I had, he cleared. I dread having to deal with sales people, as they make me wary, but for sure Bill was not like that at all. So happy with our purchase and experience! We just bought a Cal King at Banner Mattress. Bill was very helpful. We had looked online before going to the store, so we had an idea what we wanted. Bill actually helped us get one that was a better quality for not too much more. We appreciated his help, but also appreciated that he wasnt a pushy salesman. Monday afternoon is the day to shop for a mattress. Bill was helpful, knowledgeable and totally not high pressure. Even my wife commented on how easy going he was. Our last Banner mattress lasted us 16 years on a 7 yr warranty. This one is warranted for 15yrs and cost us less than $1000 for a queen out the door after tax and a mattress cover. That was for a mid level premium mattress.

On Sept 24, 2019, we realized we needed a new bed for our mom who was in the hospital. We went to Banner Mattress in San Berdo. Our salesman was Bill. We needed a bed quickly. HE pointed us to a more than reasonably priced item with good quality. We got what we needed (frame, box spring, mattress protective sheet, bed sheets, etc.) It was delivered as promised and the delivery guys put it together for us. I got an automated call giving me a time frame. Then Bill called alter in the day to give a better time frame, as he promised he would do. overall, the experience was great. We got what we needed without spending a ton. Thank you Bill!

Phone call to Dave was informative - in store purchase of online inventory explained by Dave, all questions answered about purchasing an as-is mattress from warehouse - 4 hour scheduled delivery time - delivery of new mattress on time - removal of old mattress - all of the above was perfect. The as is mattress was a mattress not available for view as it is a discontinued model, not on the floor, it is a beautiful mattress. He lacks basic customer service skills ...especially lacking the know-how of helping an upset customer. David should have extra customer service training in the areas where his short comings are very apparent, as he SHOULD NOT assume that something was said by the salesperson that helped us, when he was not present during our sales experience NOR does a salesperson project his attitude towards a customer that just spent 3000.00 !! David is the kind of salesperson that won’t want to deal with you after he has your money.

I have been looking for a mattress off and on for about 2 years. Today, I went into Banner Mattress #13 on Hospitality Lane(92408) thinking I was just going to browse and come back out with nothing as always. But to my surprise I actually bought a mattress...well 2 mattresses (2 Twin XLs). Why? Because I met Fabricio!!! He gave me the space I needed (unlike other sales people and places) AND answered ALL my questions when I needed him. He even called the Mattress Protector Company for an answer.
