Issue with the delivery time so I was not home. I was given the next available date and even got upgraded to a better mattress no charge. Staff is also friendly and knowledgeable

Shopping for a mattress is very draining. Stopped into mattress firm, Kevin,and kathy took the time to show and explain. Left to continue our quest but left with a good feeling. We ended up at another spot, was made an offer. Called Kathy if she can match and she even though they refused to put the offer in writing. She believed us, trusted us. So of course we went back to mattress firm, Kathy stood by her word, and came through for us. Enjoying our new mattress. THANK YOU Kathy and Kevin..well be back

The personnel at this store are very nice and accommodating so the following is not a reflection on them.However, regarding a product which Sleep Train sells - I purchased a Dri-Tec Performance Mattress Protection Pad because one of the features stated on the packaging was that it sleep cool. From the beginning it slept hot and this was in early fall when our outdoors temperatures were still high here in Southern CA not requiring any bed coverings except a sheet. I should have returned it immediately, but I did not. Throughout the entire time I have owned/slept on it the mattress protector pad sleeps uncomfortably hot - not warm, but hot. I have never had this problem before with any mattress pads, so buyer beware. If you want to sleep hot, buy it, otherwise dont make the mistake I did. If you do buy it and find out you are sleeping uncomfortable, you had better return it and fast. I know of another person who bought it and has had the same issues, so it is just not me.
