Terrible pharmacy to get your prescription. Wait time is definitely longer than other pharmacy.

I actually had an extremely positive experience here getting vaccinated. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and I got vaccinated ahead of schedule. :)

Be cautious if you are scheduling your vaccination around 1 PM to 2:30 PM. Walgreens pharmacist have their lunch from 1.5 hrs. Terribly slow. They take their own sweet time and the line is around 20 people. Please avoid this pharmacy. I wish they fix this and employ competent people.

There werent a lot of customers, yesterday eve, when I headed into Walgreens an hour before closing time.It was to be expected therefore. Organized cleanliness was greeting me in every, what seemed untouched isle. A bit strange I thought!I grabbed my necessities that I had come for and headed towards the front, where I saw the first and only employee of the eve. I paid. A customer waited behind me as I left the Twighlight Zone.Perhaps next time Ill bring a family member, or a friend along with me. It all seemed a bit creepy.

Staff isnt real friendly and helpful

The people there are not trained or do not know how to print photos. Not the first time I go, worse in the afternoon the lady told me The fact that you have been able once, does not mean that this time you can. There is the machine and She is the one who does not know how to send simple photos to print. 😒

A long line, but it went fast.

This is how bad this store is. I dropped off a Fedex package only to have it never deliver. When I first tried a follow-up, I got ahold of Melissa Canites, who specifically told me the item had went out only to find out 3 days later that it was still in Walgreen. Melissa confirmed that shed lied and attempted to rectify it by trying to solve it herself, which failed. The manager, Shannon Lee then decided to ship the item himself only to alter the package. The item is now in limbo and Im out 650 dollars. Walgreen HQ refuse to reimburse my loss because that would be them admitting fault. Thats BS.

Pharmacy staff is not professional, asked me to return for pick up in one hour for my ibuprofen, got no text notification then went back after 1 and half hour unprofessionally told me to again come back after 30 minutes, no longer going to this location for my prescription medicines. They think everybody in this world is free and they do not have any work .

Poor customer service terrible management

What a horrible store. If you call the pharmacy they put you on hold and never come back. They will pick up the phone occasionally and say thank you for calling, please hold, then stick you back on hold until the call is put through again and they do the same thing. I finally shouted at her when she picked it up and got her to start talking to me. She wanted to argue and excuse her bad behaviour by saying she was waiting on customers in line. . She had time to argue, but not to wait on me? I had to call three different times to find out about my Rx. Then, I drove there twice and could not go in because they do not enforce handicap parking. I cannot get in or out of my truck in a regular space due to my disability. I called and asked her to transfer my Rx to another pharmacy and was told I had to have the other pharmacy call. They did and Walgreens said they could not transfer it. I called back again and she said I had to get it there. In the end, it has been three days since leaving the hospital and I still do not have my prescription because of their awful service In addition, the price is only slightly less than four times that of other pharmacies. I would prefer to give them zero stars for just awful service. Now I have to wait out the weekend and try to get this prescription cancelled and called into a different pharmacy, since I cannot get it at this one. DONT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Older store but pharmacy service was great. I’m traveling and was running low on one of my meds. They jumped right on my refill and Jenny took the time to discuss possible interactions between two meds I have been taking for some time (previously refilled at my home store in New Mexico). I really appreciate their promptness and attention - the pharmacy is five stars.

Staff is real friendly and very helpful. If you need to pack for a picnic they have sandwiches and all, along with the misc stuff. They also sell bus passes for the clipper card.

Fire the entire staff and start over. Worst Walmart in Bay area for sure

If you need a prescription filled or refilled, allow at least an hour to be in line!!! Since you have to talk to a pharmacist, even just to say that you dont need to, the wait times have gotten ridiculous!!! It is such an ordeal, even with medications that I have been taking for years. I dread going there. Its not the employees fault, but the management could get on putting some more people back there to help!

Orders are never on time. Lack of workers, only 1 cashier for a line of 10.... When my last order was completed, they only gave me 1/3 prescriptions and still charged me for all 3... I prefer the Walgreens at Westborough instead

The photo department lady seems rude. talked with back facing me all the process. finally found my photo, but she took back the envelope saying they dont have enough. not sure if she had a bad day or something. i didnt say anything through the process. so its not me pissing her off.

Horrible shop. In addition to other purchases, I wanted to buy a bottle of wine. Staf demanded an ID, and said that he was not satisfied with the drivers license issued in Japan. As a result, the wine remains on the shelf.

From band aids to hair brushes wallgreens is a one stop shop. Excellent clean facility with friendly warm staff and a redbox what more could you ask for

Good variaty of items nicely displayed, warm staff as well.

They have almost anything you might need and are extremely helpful.

Worst customer service experiance ever, been waiting here for more than half an hour, although the doctor ordered it an hour ago, they keep on saying we are working on it, what are you working on for god sake, its just a clendamycin for my tooth pain. You dont orepare it, you pull it out of a big jar in a small bottle, slow as hell not considering although i told her how much pain I am in, its 12 pm now hopefully they will be done before tomorow.

This store needs new management. Its the closest Walgreens to us, yet we go out of our way to avoid it and instead use the one in Millbrae. The lack of care even shows in their sign outside, at the corner of careless and poorly managed.

Avoid at all costs. Pharmacy was constantly a mess with renewals and prescriptions not being ready on time. I had a fedex package delivered here and they lost it resulting in 3 trips to walgreens, a 40 min call with FedEx and arguing with the ass. store manager before they finally found it.

The new male pharmacist is a pot head and will discriminate due to race and gender. be carefull, i left because of him. he looks like a drug store cow boy.

They don’t checkout beer after 9:00 pm! And there is no notice that says that. After waiting in line for 15 minutes learned to leave without item i want to buy. I guess you guys should be sue over you policy or crappy service. Horrible management.

Staff is terrible. Came in 20 minutes till midnight and they said they were closed. Wouldn’t let my wife use the restroom either told me they were closed and was out of order. Will never visit another Walgreens ever again. Go to CVS.

Everytime I call in my prescription; which is a week in advance. They never have it ready. Always waits till the last day. I really hate it!!!!Worst place for prescriptions.

The wait for opening a shelf takes 25 mintutes!! I had to call them at the phone from the same store.

Take too long to get service.

Pharmacist is never available to consult. For some reason you have to talk to him even for refills. Dont bother coming here for prescriptions, youll wait an hour to get it taken care of even for a simple refill pickup.
