AT&T in San Bruno is THE best AT&T store of all the AT&T stores... The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of there business and services.. I have never had one representative that has not been extremely helpful.. Today Johan gave me stellar service.. The manager.. Jessica as always was on top of things.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. I try to figure out why me number been suspended, they said call 611, and I called 611, theres likely no real person answers the phone call. So after that, I asked is that a way I can transfer my number to Verizon? They said if the number is suspended I can not make a transfer. So I asked if I can cancelled, they said if it suspended I can not cancelled. The only way to figure this out is dial 611, can to be noticed, I still pay the service, no outstanding due. And the prepaid department will never be reached. So after meet those guys, I directly called my lawyer, we are going to bring this to Court, a S C A M store I will never go to.

The worst store I have ever been to. I bought the phone and services and decided to move from Verizon to AT&T after 10 years. Bad decision! I didnt like their customer service at all, so I returned the unopened phone and canceled the services within 2 days. 2 months later, I still keep getting the bill. I have chatted several times with their customer care execs, who sometimes ghost me because they dont have an answer for me or they ask me to go back to the store again. Why should I take the pain of going to the store again when my services were canceled, and it was their responsibility to update the cancellation in their system. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, terrible service. I am back with Verizon; thankfully I never left.

Great service! My phone was in a frozen mode and they fixed it so fast. I was very happy!

Stay clear away from this store !!! The manager William(Will) had one job and checked me in to wait for help. Hour and a half later I find out my name isn’t even on the list and that I had to wait another hour.Absolutely the worst service in any AT&T store. Manager can’t even do one thing right, wouldn’t trust him to touch my account. Thank god I’ve switched to Verizon. Go to Burlingame or Daly City stores ! Couldn’t pay me to come back to this store

Isaiah was extremely professional, informative, helpful and not to mention hilarious. We had a really stressful situation with my phone and he handled it for us, gave us multiple options and I bought a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max 512g from him and I could not be happier. Definitely manager material you guys got really lucky with this guy its hard to find employees who are knowledgeable, intelligent, but also have the ability to connect to people, being personable and having such a genuine personality is not easy to come by. Weve been with AT&T for 15 years and this was the best experience we have ever had. Thanks Isaiah!

Ana was great!! She knew exactly why my voicemail on my iPhone wasn’t working and gave me recommendations to try since I am not the main carrier on my line. Fabian Mejia was so helpful in getting our family plan of 5 set up - it was super complicated with a lot of issues switching from T-Mobile and Verizon, but he spent so much extra time working with our family getting everything sorted, even getting on the phone an hour after the store closed to help us fix some issues on one phone. He helped us get great prices on everything and overall our entire family was so impressed with the stores service. Thank you all!!

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. This is the worst ATT store I have been to. No idea why they have a 4-point rating. I was given wrong information multiple times. I had to go through a lot of headache, arguing and wasted a lot of time!

Johan and Payne were very helpful and knowledgeable to my family about what direction I needed to take to get my new iPhone set up correctly and they answered all our questions about our accounts and payments. I would recommend them if you want the best customer service you can get cause that’s what you get with them.

My sister & I went to San Bruno AT&T in San Bruno Towne Center to get an upgrade on one of our phones. Our rep, Isiah, was so helpful & PATIENT with us. We had alot of questions all answered. Very lucky visit, not a wait as we went a couple of hours before closing time.We were so happy to leave with a phone, case & protective screen. Asiah updated my account as well. He was a help all the way. He knows I am an AT&T retiree & made sure my account, email was up to date. I appreciate that.Again, thank you to Isiah!

Went into the store to upgrade my phone. The manager, Kevin, assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and address my needs. It was a very quick transaction, which I really appreciated. The store was very clean and conscious of all covid protocols. I know I’ll will be coming here again for all my wireless needs.

Kevin Z was GREAT! Very knowledgeable with EXCELLENT customer service.Only issue was with a second representative who inserted her comments in the middle of the transaction. Although she was trying to be helpful, her information was more confusing and was simply not necessary.

Daly City branch at&t are not helpful. They’re into themselves, only there to stand around. Not nice employee.San Bruno are the best very helpful. Attentive and polite. From 1 to 10 I give them a 10. Im leaving this review for the bad and good things that happened here at the San Bruno location.for one, back in May, the manager Anastasia told me i qualified for a business account and that all my lines qualified for $700 off since we ported, as well as $500 off for adding a new line. she also told me how i qualified for discounts signing up for autopay. she signed me up for everything, however what she neglected to do was give me a grand total, including the installments and insurance. she just gave me a total of the plan and said THAT was the amount we would pay.since may, our bill amount jumped all over the place. i now come back in today, and Ady went over all the prices ACCURATELY, as well as noticed we were charged $180 in activation fees and was able to get it waived. thank you, adelyna!i write this in the hopes that upper management sees this. please train reps and management to review ALL prices not just plan base price. ady went over everything, even being able to calcuate taxes so I have an idea of what to expect in the future.

Made an appointment at this at&t store for 5pm knowing that I dont have to wait long to be seen. Walking in without one would be a long wait. Got there 450pm to let them know what Im here for. Receptionist or whoever is taking names verified my appt. and told me I will be next at 5pm. 505pm comes around and I asked the person will I be seen now. He said to wait someone will come and see me. At this point I was getting irritated. I patiently waited till 515pm. I asked the person I need to be seen now for its way past its time Frame. He smirked and said he will get somebody. Never saw him again for 2min. Practically gave up. Customer service sucked. I am about to switch carriers.

Better here at San BrunoTowne Center, than the Gellert store. I was tricked to add a line for a phone that I didn’t need. I love how the representative cares for my savings and was able to give me a promo for the new iPhone 12 pro max by trading in. I was helped by Maxine Meneses.

One of the managers told me that I was going to get a discount on the internet and then when I went back to the store to ask about it they said it did not exist.

We came in to get help and Jaedon at the San Bruno store gave excellent customer service!!

After my dad had already called AT&T to add my name as an authorized user since he is not going out due to Covid, they told me that my name wasn’t in the system so they couldn’t help me. Wasted 45 minutes for them to tell me that. Wouldn’t have even been that upset if I didn’t have to wait 35 minutes for my appointment before they told me they couldn’t help me
