My experience here was phenomenal. Erik was a total pro in helping me set up an unlocked phone and transition it to my t mobile account, in what turned out to be a fairly tricky situation. They are a company owned store, so are really service oriented (vs some of the franchise stores that are just trying to sell devices). Highly recommend this location!!

My experience at this TMobile has always been great. With Great customer service! The sales rep (#****596) took her time answering all my questions and getting the accessories I need without no rush. I will always go back there, and advise others as well.

Very pleasant experience - very good customer service.I was referred to this branch as I needed to talk to a manager regarding a problem with my billing. I earlier called a customer care representative on the phone who wasnt willing to consider my documentation I saved on my iPhone. Fortunately Daniel the store manager helped me document and annotate the issue on their online system, which helped the next customer care agent I talked to. Without his detailed notes and explanations, my situation would not have been fairly and adequately addressed. Id like to commend Daniel for his professionalism. I didnt avail of any tech services from the store, but Id be inclined to return to this store and ask Daniel or his staff for any help in the future.

Very friendly staff, helped me with a short term SIM card for when I was I on holidays in the US - unlimited use for $3 a day, which is a good deal. Would recommend.
