The people at the pharmacy or very nice. They do their job well and they we follow protocol. Walmart itself employees are not too knowledgeable and there is a crowd of disgusting people. When I say disgusting I mean the type of people that will sneeze into their hands and then open the door with the same hands. This is the reason why passing germs and diseases is a consistency with lack of common decency and it all starts in Walmart.

Ridiculous last time I was in. They had ONE check out counter opperating and there was a line 30 people deep for self check out.Never seen anything like it.The store Mgr. should have been working the register if they didnt have anybody else to put on a register.Asked the door greeter to page for help up front. There were two people behind return desk by the door.Walked out, leaving a full cart where it was.

Spoke to an employee today who works for the team where you order online and pickup outside the store. She was incredibly helpful and courteous. She went out of her way to help me. Was very impressed. I wish I knew her name to call her out for her exceptional service. Thanks.

What can I say its Walmart . Its busy in the weekends but during the week its perfect time to go. Prices are always good.

Walmart in San Clemente Ca, went two times at self-check out the lady would be sitting down while others checked themselves out but when I began checking myself out, she quickly jumps up and runs over and stands over me as u bag my items! So because Im black, I steal? I will never return to that location!

Worst shopping experience ever!We were only able to get 3 of 22 items we came in for! There is hardly any selection; most shelves are bare.Homeless people sleeping in bean bags in the aisles.The store was noticeably filthy. I watched in awe as an employee swept some disgusting looking socks under a food shelve.Bottom line: we will never shop here again & suggest you do the same.

Walmart is the best. Wish for more clearance section and useful items. But still kills it.

Kind of 😞 Disappointed.I ordered 3 cat litters and some other heavy things, because I cannot carry it upstairs, it said that they would carry it upstairs one flight of stairs, but they left it right in front of my house where everyone could see it on the ground and even take it. Had to get the kid next door to bring it up. Disappointed

Good products under their logo. Hate it when I cant get to Walmart often enough. I depend on Walmart for numerous items because of both their good quality and good prices.

Wow. This is the nicest most civilized most respectful and organized Wal-Mart I have ever been to. The employees are really terrific here. The inventory is pretty solid. Low traffic too which makes it super easy to shop here.Exceptional.

Walmart does check receipts like 10 feet away from the checkout, however it is a good place for food, drinks, toys, electronics, etc.

Wal-Mart is OK in my books I was sad when I saw no fresh food! Its all frozen or on shelves it is OK though im sure they still make lots of money! One cool thing was I found a disposable camera and I bought it and I use it! Big story smaller its a good place to shop if you just need pantry foods.

Hard to find someone to help you. They really need more employees. However I do like to cruise around and find the deals.

Best Walmart I have ever been to. Came in at 11am on a Thursday and everything was well stocked and clean. I was amazed! 🤯 Also, the pharmacy was very professional providing vaccinations for COVID.

My friend told me that there was no Walmart around here and I believed him for almost 6 weeks. I have 6 weeks worth of regret in my wallet so the more existence of this place deserves an automatic 5 stars. They were out of Ramen though and that was kinda sad

California Walmarts are set up differently from what Im used to. But its still Walmart found what we needed. And they had more cashiers which was great!

Good selection of clothes and great prices. I like that they have bottled gingerale in the small and large bottles sold in 6-8 per pack.

It was nice went in to get Castrol 10-40w and got it for less than $20 for 5qt jug.

The person at the Automotive section was the worst at customer service I have ever experienced at Walmart. He scoffed at the customer in front of me and it seemed as if it was the hardest thing ever to ring me up. I worked at Walmart for 4 years and they do not encourage this type of behavior. He needs a new place to work if he cant understand that he is paid an hourly wage to assist customers.

Employee Leigh in refunds refused to give me cash back I had my receipt paid with a debit card. Oscar a lead cashier said my merchandise was only good for 15 days I checked it was good for 30 days. A manager named Sara said I could get a cash receipt. Both Leigh and Oscar refused to give me their last names. He said I was using my privilege I said white privilege he then said dont put words in my mouth. In my 61 years of my life i have never experienced anything like this. I paid with my money to get a refund and to buy items there. I had a receipt. I had both my grandchildren with me both under three. What should have been a hour trip at walmart turned 2 hours. Shame on you both Oscar and Leigh. The rest of the employees are fantastic. These two do not know what customer service is. Also there is no social distancing and employees dont clean check out area after each customer. There is a pandemic.

I got a Blue Bunny ice cream come out of the self serve freezer there. I wasnt sure if they sold induvidual cones or not. Now you know!

This Walmart has been a fixture here for many, many years now. It has managed to maintain the same general layout as well throughout this time, with the addition of fresh produce and groceries several years ago. The grocery selection is not nearly as robust as many newer Walmarts, but it is acceptable for the convenience that it represents and the size of the overall store. This location is usually clean, and from all appearances looks to be managed well. Crucially, of you just moved to Camp Pendleton and are in need of field day supplies, this should be your first stop!

Manager said it is my responsibility to keep my receipt. Well we were in a hotel for 5 days and had a debit card stolen and used for $2900. Thats why there is a no receipt return policy. Really not nice and thought we would leave until we found what they wanted besides q receipt. Tried to tell us he couldnt return as all walmarts dont have the same items in store. I got it returned after 40 minutes. Never again. Target will be our go to for everything if in person. Just use your red card. Shows history even on your app for any returns.

If you dont like the employees to greet you or say thank you then you will like this store. I did not get one greeting from any of the employees I came in contact with. The check out guy didnt say anything except do you want a bag

I had a wonderful phone call experience today. Mike who answered the direct line. So helpful. A kind voice you can tell he is proud of his job. I then spoke with Mike in sporting goods. I shared with him my bad luck lately with my bikes and skates being stolen from me. He informed me they have nothing in stock. As soon as they receive something it is built and then sold again. Its not as nice as Laguna Niguel, but they do have dairy.. Its a decent Walmart & go here often because I live near it. . The AutoCenter did steal my wedding ring from my keys during an oil change, but I guess lesson learned on my part.. I no longer use their AutoCenter.. 1 star deducted for their thievery.. Theres an old saying in Tennessee, (I know its in Texas, probably in Tennessee) that says, fool me once, shame on..... shame on you? .......Fool me... you cant get fooled again.

Its Walmart. Need I say more. The people working there are miserable. Nobody will ever help you. The aisles and shelves are a mess. There are always customers who dress like they have given up and smell like they havent showered in years. I avoid this place like the plague because thats what it is.

This Walmart used to be the bomb. It carried everything. But recently 05/2021 Ive noticed that they have limited their stock in most departments. The items I used to buy exclusively from this location are no longer available.
