Lars is awesome and Matt has been a Godsend! Matt is very knowledgeable, patient, has great taste and is just plain fun to work with. He thought of things we never considered such as how the appliances will fit in the available space, features, etc. We went in not knowing what we we wanted and he helped us find the perfect washer/dryer, range hood and fixtures for our bathroom/laundry room remodels and kitchen upgrade.

Lars has restored our faith in contractors. They were highly organized treated us with care and respect; always addressing any concern immediately. We have had some less than ideal experiences in the past, but having Lars remodel our kitchen 15 months ago was the best decision we have ever made. We recently had the opportunity to reconnect with our Lars “team” and it was like seeing and talking to family again. They could not have been more responsive and helpful. We purchased all new appliances through Matt Regole at Lars for the remodel and he, like the rest of the team, responded with care when I reported a problem with our cooktop. Matt helped me connect with the Jenn-Air customer service to schedule an appointment with a technician. I highly recommend Lars for household remodels of any kind.

We had the excellent fortune of finding and using Lars for all of our appliances, fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs. Our only regret is not using Lars to do our entire home remodel which we decided to general contract ourselves as an owner/builder (UGHHHHH!!!). We ordered probably 50-60 products total from Lars, and got the order 100% correct. Their outsourced installers were prompt, friendly and efficient. And on the few occasions when we needed to change something out, Lars always picked up the phone on the first ring with a “No problem, I’ll call you when the new part is in.” It was truly white glove service but delivered in a friendly casual way (thank you to Matt Regole who was our main contact there!). Since we were doing a full remodel of our house, we interacted with dozens of vendors. Lars was a breath of fresh air compared to many of the dozens of other vendors we dealt with. Due to the pandemic and everyone stuck at home, the remodel market got absolutely slammed. The industry was maxed and overwhelmed and we experienced many errors, delays and disappointments out there. Lars was a notable exception in this regard and saved us a lot of grief. Anyway, we got an awesome deal on a Sub-Zero Pro fridge which was a floor model in the Lars showroom which was a huge help to our budget. We got all Miele kitchen appliances, an insane commercial grade double engine Venta-hood which we love (Lars helped us with this supercharged configuration as we like to cook very fragrant Asian and other food which would previously engulf our entire home with delicious fragrances but now these all go quietly and completely out the vent!). And Lars outfitted all of our 3 ½ bathrooms and ADU kitchenette. Lars offered us the best pricing as we were shopping around, but most importantly, their level of knowledge and customer care stood out clearly to us. And we just really liked them and their showroom experience from our first visit. These sentiments were solidified through our whole process. Even though they were extremely busy as a firm, the showroom was peaceful and our conference room meetings calm and chatty and thorough – not rushed at all and we were even offered drinks from their wide variety o goodies! As Lars is also a design/build firm, they were able to view our needs in the context of our project. They took some time to understand our project, reviewed our kitchen design and offered some wise alternatives and enhancements to our product list. Beyond the Lars showroom, Lars offers literally all products, and they turned us on to Watermark brand which became the hardware for all our bathrooms. And they reminded us we needed towel bars, toilet paper holders, and towel hooks. We did matching Watermark for those too and I cannot tell you how sharp and beautiful it all looks. We highly recommend Lars for appliances and all of our home remodel purchases. And we will definitely hire them to actually do the remodel when/if we ever do one in the future. Wonderful people with A+ professionalism, impeccable execution and follow-through and a rare dedication to customer service excellence. Thank you Lars (and Matt Regole) for being such a pleasure to deal with and such a value add in what was a difficult 9-month pandemic remodel for us.

Recently enjoyed a virtual sales tour to satisfy interests in purchasing a Sub-Zero wine fridge. With COVID concerns this was a great way to shop! Also, great to support quality USA products and brands produced in USA versus cheap (often inferior) products produced in China or by other overseas competitors for US jobs and technology. 2-3 month lead time before well receive purchase is the only drawback else experience thus far with Lars sales team would earn 5-stars.

Our experience with the whole team at LARS was absolutely wonderful! The special attention that Matt Regole provided in helping us select the appliances was a highlight! After we had our Kitchen remodeled we went back to LARS to install a new deck and BBQ area. Matt pointed out a relatively new product call Urban BonFire for the cabinetry surrounding the BBQ as well as selecting the BBQ we would install. We absolutely love the Urban Bonfire cabinetry! Lars was by far my favorite vendor on an extensive home redo project. They were our main provider of appliances, parts and fixtures for our kitchen and bathrooms. They also have an awesome and excellently priced full-suite of custom cabinet and vanity solutions. The showroom is beautiful and nice to be in (free top-shelf coffees and drinks!) and everyone is really friendly. But most of all they are just a professional class-act that really knows their stuff. They helped us select everything we needed, got everything (there was A LOT) exactly correct, let us store some of it until we really needed it. They coached us to rush our Miele order as Miele was set to raise prices and let us store it all with them until we needed it. It was little details like that which showed me how they go above and beyond. When we needed something or had a question, we called and they always got us squared away quickly and efficiently. The high level of care and service last from our first visit and through the install. We needed one service call thereafter and it too was seamlessly arranged and executed. Lars is one of firms that you unfortunately don’t see around much anymore. They have clearly and consciously decided to offer a consistent and top-notch customer experience and, as a result, that is exactly what they delivered to us. All the folks there were great, but Matt Regole was our point man. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Oh, and they also had the best pricing (and we didn’t even have to haggle)!!

I worked with Matt Regole, who was a coordinator on my project. Matt conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. He was always very prompt in contacting me with updates on my project, and made sure to answer any questions I had regarding progress on the job.

In January of 2020, we decided to remodel the downstairs of our house. We chose Lars because of the great reviews and because they offered a 2-hour seminar that they call “Educate before you Renovate”., which was super informative. We were impressed by the presentation and decided to go with them. From that time to the completion of the project, we were extremely happy with the professionalism and complete competency of their team. They use very talented and responsive trades, the design team is wonderful, the project managers were very attentive, the appliance team was incredible, and the project turned out amazing all at a time when the pandemic hit and certainly impacted their business. Despite the challenges that they were facing, the project went right along as scheduled with very few hiccups. That’s where were the most impressed. They handled every problem that came up immediately and always had a great remedy. For instance, the vent that goes over the cooktop in the kitchen would not fit correctly as per the original plan. They immediately came up with a plan to reroute the vent and create a very attractive soffit for the hood. In another instance, the oven that we chose was defective right from install. But Matt Regole got right on the problem and worked with the manufacturer for a replacement and even got us an upgrade at no cost to us. The entire experience with Lars was a very happy one and we would definitely recommend them for any remodel project.
