Not a satisfying experience. My washer agitator would not engage to spin wash. I took it apart and after looking online videos, I knew the 4 Dog Agits tabs needed to be replace. It required removal of one bolt to disassemble and drop in 4 new tabs. A $6 part (on Amazon). I was charged $180 for a 5 minute job. Wow! I asked if he would at least honor $15 coupon on website. He said it’s automatically factored in all the bills.I was hoping to get some value for my money by trying to tap technician’s experience on some other nagging issues with washer. He was not the friendliest. He was in rush to get to his next job. His total time on site was probably less than 10 minutes.

My built-in GE monogram was having some issues and I tried to troubleshoot it my self with the design map. Figured out the condenser, condenser fan, or Freon levels werent causing the issue at hand. Then checking the evaporator fan it was only intermittently spinning. This meant either the fan or switch in the control board werent functioning.At the point I began to search for the parts online and the control board and fan combined to cost around 260-80 dollars for factory parts.I found Premier Appliance from all of the good reviews I saw and gave them a call. They were able to quote me what it would be for a new control board and fan for 420 in total. I thought it would be best to have the professional do the the installation for around 120 dollars more for labor. A bit pricy but was worth it.Daniel, the technician that came was able to complete the job in an hour and checked to see if the control board I had wasnt the issue since that is a pricy part. Very friendly and fast service from the receptionist to the mechanic. I will use them in the future for mechanical breakdowns.

They’re amazing!! They came to fix my refrigerator that I was thinking to put it away and they were so friendly and polite! They explained me everything super clearly and step by step, I’m really happy to know I called them and now i recommend this incredible service to everyone whom I know because it was really helpful for me, thank you so much guys!

After work, I found out my refrigerator did not produce cold air. I was worried that the food would turn bad. This service is in Carmel Valley near my house, so I gave them a call. They gave me the earliest appointment next day. They arrived on time and fix the refrigerator for 20 minutes. They are great with reasonable price. I will use their service again.

I consulted with Yelp when looking for an appliance repair. Reviews are well deserved. Called them to schedule appliance repairs, one a built in refrigerator that was not cold, and the other a washing machine that was not spinning properly.They scheduled to come out the next day, and arrived right on schedule.Both appliances needed a part to be ordered, came out a second time to repair my refrigerator and washing machine.I appreciated the fact that both appliances were diagnosed correctly.
