After one and half hour drive already in the hot summer day, with only half hour to the dealership location for the appointment time made with the selected car, we got a phone call saying the car has been sold one hour ago. Prior to the trip to dealer, we already agreed with the price, we have sent the credit Application and got approved, we asked prior to come in that whether we need to make a deposit first, they didn’t say yes. We confirmed the morning about upcoming long commute appointment. We brought the check book and have everything ready. Now after one and half hour drive with only 30 minutes before the appointment, we got this cold call. Nothing much wrong with the dealer, but YOU COULD HAVE HANDLED THIS SITUATION A BETTER WAY. You could have told us earlier, not one hour after your selling and 30 minutes before our appointment. That’s it. You don’t need to reply to this comment, as it would be all other’s fault. Negotiating $500 with car dealer is like criminal cutting throat? Ok, it’s our fault. Due to long commute and don’t want to come back empty handed, we as customers tried to clarify ahead whether it is certified, had mechanic inspection, about the warranty. Those clarifications are demanding endless? Ok, it’s our fault. Like I said, you have rights to sell to anyone anytime you want. There are just some room to improve for handling the conflict in a more professional way.

So far, so GOOD! Ghani and Ivan were really freindly and they both got me a STEAL of a Lexus at a super low rate! No joke if your in the neighborhood and serious about a car, these are the guys to talk to!!!

These guys are awesome! They are very good with making sure that you understand the process of buying a car. They don’t charge all the hefty taxes of processing information like all the other dealerships, and they are helpful with making sure to get things fixed on the car that you bought.

Don’t waste your time. Called the day before indicating the specific cars we would like to test drive. Showed up the following day and the dude couldn’t find the keys for one and the other, the front seat was stuck and couldn’t move back so my boyfriend had no way of test driving it. Worst experience at a car dealer EVER. Wouldn’t you prepare if a customer was coming to test drive 2 cars? Can’t find the keys for one? WOW. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Wish I read the other reviews before driving down there.

Bought a car about 2 weeks ago and it was the only dealership that was willing to work with me and my situation. Ghani Was helpful every step of the way and did everything in his power to set me up with a great deal. I will be coming back here in the future. They also do military discount.

I am super pleased with the vehicle Ghani and Ivan put me into. They helped me get great financing and even invited me to dinner. These guys are real about getting people in a reliable, good looking car.

I got my car from here February 25th and didn’t pick the car Ivan did. Everything was great . They fix the car well enough until the warranty expired . 2 months having the car it was problem after problem and to find out I have to pay 1300 dollars for the car and it had a broken head gasket. They didn’t want to help or be considered and try to help me. They played me because I’m a woman and don’t know anything about cars. Don’t get no cars from here I’m stuck with this car for 3 years. Biggest mistake will never get another car from here again.

Sold me a car with all kinds of problems, they erased the check engine light, and wont do nothing to fix it. Dont trust the owner or the people working there. They will say anything to make a sale. Horrible experience. Will take legal action against this dealership. Dont waste your money or your time here.

I just bought a car over the Martin Luther King Day weekend and most of the finance companies were closed but everyone stayed with me until I got approved and insurance they even got me a lower interest rate than any other finance company would have approved, I would recommend Ghani and his team anytime-Johnny

Gandhi is a scam/fraud if u have been treated poor and feel like u have been taken advantage of please start a DMV investigation on him we do not need Auto scam dealer in our neighborhood we we are hard working people that don’t need to be taken advantage of so please let’s take him down and start ur DMV Investigation!

Amazing people! Was on my way to a dealership when my car suddenly broke down outside their business went took a look around told them what had happened and they helped me right away! These are just 2 of the 5 cars I have purchased from World Auto Sales. Over a period of about 12 years or so. I can’t say enough positive things about Ghani and Ivan. They treat you like your a family member not just some random person. I have never had the exceptional service that they provide from any other Dealership. Including New Car Dealerships. They work hard to make sure you get the best possible interest rate. Other places I have experienced use only two Banks and use the lowest of the two. Ghani makes sure to do the best for the customer. I read some of these reviews and have to chuckle because the World Auto Sales team that I have known for 12 years isn’t anything like some of these people are making them out to be. The worst dealership possible. after you buy a car from them you will be stuck. I bought a car from them which did not pass the smog and I had to take it to them several times to fix and pass the smog. after that it took them 4 months to register.
