I was very impressed with this branch, of this large company. Making the appointment thru the call center was very easy. The shop is clean and well organized. The window repair took a short while and it saved my having to replace my front window.

There are no words for how much I appreciate All Star glass.!!! So many times in the past 25 years I’ve found myself in unfortunate and precarious situations including a badly shattered back windshield while in class back in college, to another shattered back windshield 15+ years later in front of my house... on the rainiest day of the year... and coincidentally the Friday before a holiday Weekend. Not that I would ever use another company, but for reference, and good measure- I frantically checked online and sure enough, ALL STAR GLASS was not only the least expensive and most accommodating option, but it was also the only option. Open on the holiday weekend. Open for special orders. Open for peace of mind. Open for empathy and understanding. Whoever you are, use ALL STAR GLASS & don’t think twice. I wish every company could take a lesson on what excellent customer service truly looks like from all star glass. Thank you SO much!!! TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!:)

I used All Star few times but this time I chocked when they told me the price. Do shop around!!! This place quoted me more than $500 what I actually paid for at another legit, professional windshield business in SD. As a small business owner I understand markup but this is just ridiculous!!!!

I had to schedule my windshield replacement at 8:00am on my birthday. The scheduler remembered that small detail, and when I checked in at All Star Glass I was greeted by a team of workers singing Happy Birthday and carrying a bouquet of balloons. And as if that wasnt shockingly lovely enough, they also gave me coffee cake. One hour later, my beautiful new windshield was installed. It was like getting new glasses, I could see so much better. I highly recommend All Star Glass. Superior service, excellent results, and uncommonly thoughtful people. ❤️

They replaced my drivers side window the same day is was broken into. They even came to my residence to do the install. After a week I contacted them about fitment issues. They ordered the OEM glass and swapped it out 4 days ahead of schedule. Amazing technicians.

I wouldnt rate this as a good business, I would rate it as a GREAT business.When I called for a quote, the agent was courteous, kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. The quote was not only the lowest, it was complete (it included tax, and no charge for travel to site). An appointment was made with a specific time for arrival.As far as the actual repair....he was spot on time. He was also courteous, quick, efficient,friendly and cleaned up the all remaining debris.I could not be more pleased, I would recommend All Star Glass to anyone and everyone.

Went online got quoted for $249 with the AAA discount. I thought awesome. received a call from ASG later that day and was asked for my VIN #, quote jumped up to $309 install, labor, parts. Okay I was fine with it because my car may need different glass than what was quoted online. When the Installer came it was $327! what happened?? I must say the installer was very friendly and quick. I dont know if ill go back to them.

There are features contained within our windows that require specificity. I learned that. Stop by the office or have then come to you!!! Prices are less than my deductible. Quick and excellent glass repair. 100% satisfied with my windshield. Service was very rapid at the shop and they have mobile service too but they were able to get me in faster at the shop. After a piece of 2x4 shattered the driver’s side of my windshield and came through I was sticking two fingers through my windshield and needed a repair fast. They came through.

***Very Disappointed***Went in for Windshield repair on a chipped front windshield on my Chrysler 300. Paid $79 for about twenty minutes of work and the chip is still clearly visible. They failed to mention until after they completed the work that there is no guarantee that the divit will be 💯 gone...in fact all they did was shrink it. Still clearly visible, I would post a pic but you cant. If youre a perfectionist or someone who takes care of their ride and wants it in mint condition, dont do this option. I felt cheated and a waste of money. Would have preferred to replace it. Buyer beware.

They are so professional....love my new windshield- it has this band of tint on top which I have had problem before when the sun is at the right angle and it would shine through right on top of the rear view mirror....

Somebody decided itd be fun to bust out my front passanger side window. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The prices were reasonable. No surprise hidden fees. The bill was the same as the estimate. They also got the glass out of all the hard-to-reach areas, which was really helpful.

This place is difficult to pull into, as the entrance is off of a one way street, and due to the way the road curves around, it can be easy to miss, requiring you to make a loop around the block.Came in to get a windshield replaced, and the lady that helped me at the counter was pleasant, but confused as to what kind of Prius I was driving (Is it a C or a V?; it was neither, it was a regular Prius, and I had to go outside and take a picture of the badges in order to prove it.) The install went fine, but when I went to pull away, my windshield wipers were not functioning. I had to come back to the shop, and the guy who replaced the glass had already left for the day... so he had to be recalled to quickly pop the windshield wipers off and put them back on so they would work. Although I am happy with the work they did, I will probably look elsewhere if I need a windshield replaced again.

Very friendly helpful staff and quick service when you have an appointment. They did a great job replacing the side windows on my car and the windshield on my truck.

Insurance customers should avoid this shop. They will only offer cheaper replacement glasses with matching cheap labors. The trims wont be fitted tight, and the engine bay will be littered with left-over plastic and rubber parts. Those who will replace the glass will ignore you, and wont take any of your questions. One old receptionist will insult you further, and question why you are not happy after you complain their sloppiness to your insurance company.

On every occasion we were treated with exemplary curtious treatment from the staff. They went above and beyond to accomodate our work schedules. The technicians were friendly and clean!

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible experience I had at All Star Glass.This was my second windshield replacement with All Star Glass (the first was over a year ago and they came to my home).This time I came into the shop and I must admit that the customer service is EXEMPLARY.As soon as I walked in, Megan immediately got up from her desk and walked up and asked me if she could help me. Angela (who made my appointment two months ago) also greeted me and I felt really special because you usually walk into a joint and pretty much get ignored, especially when they have other customers waiting or who need assistance. Not at All Star Glass! They really know how to treat their customers!After Megan took my paperwork, manager Lori told me that someone would be with me shortly and, within two minutes, Jose came in to discuss the work that needed to be done for my windshield. Jose SHOOK MY HAND and introduced himself which in my book is one of the most professional things you can do with a customer. Many places just treat you like a nameless customer and rarely have the courtesy to extend their hand and introduce themselves. I was grateful to have that extra personal touch from Jose!Lori gave me the estimated time of completion which again highlights how committed they are to customer service. So many places will give some RIDONKULOUS (yes ridonkulous, its like ridiculous only more so) answer like oh I dont know how long it will be so you should just sit in our lobby indefinitely. Thanks to Lori sharing with me the estimated completion time, I was able to go next door for a Bloody Mary (or two, or three heehee)Needless to say, I will be coming back again and again (hopefully not anytime soon unless I have some really crappy luck with rocks flying into my windshield). I love All Star Glass and they have a customer for life!!!
