To be honest, I really liked the service and the price most of all. Really. I mean really fair price or what I think it is. I called other places, and they ask way too many questions just to replace a glass. It is understandable that they have to ask a couple. But come on they almost want to know the whole car life. Anyway they really get down. I would say they are top notch and fast. Yeah all my car window needs are gonna go to them.

2nd Windshield due to ROCKS flying into my windshield. This time it was on the I15 and when it hit Im like I know where I will be going to get this fixed. The staff is so fun the were able to.bill my insurance direct and luckily I have a ZERO copay. If you dont have that coverage it has paid for itself as you read above. So fun to visit with you both and catch up! And able to give you some business!!! :)

Unfortunately, my car was broken into, and with street parking only I wanted to get my window replaced promptly and Liberty made that happen. There was a small hiccup with getting the correct glass for my car, but I think imperfect transactions show you a lot about a company. Liberty, by far, provided the best customer service and communication that I have experienced in a while. I’m extremely grateful to them for working with me and repairing my window within 24 hours. Overall, five stars and a great experience.

I had a crack in my Ford Ranger that I just purchased. These guys were not only the most affordable option but the service was excellent. Took the truck right in there and they were done in less than an hour. Very informative on caring for the window afterwards. Definitely recommend!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Liberty Auto Glass. Their prices are competitive, they are conveniently located, and they were super quick. I got a quote from them in a matter of minutes, and was able to pick a time and day to get my windshield replaced. No offense to them, but I hope I dont NEED to go back, but if another rock smashes my windshield I definitely will be seeing them again.

I had them replace my windshield after it had cracked a week after replacing it through my insurance with safelite. Not only was liberty auto glass more affordable, they were also more professional and knowledgeable. About a week after getting it replaced my cowl came off (it’s more of a cosmetic thing at the bottom of the windshield), when I reached out and let them know they ordered the part for me and put it in at no extra cost! I was blown away by the great customer service. This is the only place I’ll go now for my auto glass needs and will be recommending them to everyone and anyone!!

Called Liberty to get a quote on replacing my front windshield for my 1967 GMC pickup truck. The owner answered the phone and to my surprise he said we have that windshield in stock and we made an appointment for the next day. Super friendly, super professional and competitive pricing was my experience after showing up. They had my windshield replaced in no time and the work was excellent. I had a rock hit my windshield and called my insurance company (USAA) they had me at $500 deductible. We all know the answer there was to ask around. I saw them on YELP and a friend referred them as well. They knew all the questions to ask, got me in the same day(Saturday), greeted me right away, went over everything with me and even went into details on after I leave and what to do and what to expect . The lady running this place “amazing” constantly checking in with each customer and letting them know where they are at in the process . She even was out there supporting her team as well. Great company, sooooo pleased and very affordable.

They were friendly and professional, got my windshield replaced in about an hour for a fair price. Its been a few days now and it looks good. No issues with the glue unsticking or trim coming off or anything.

Quick and easy! Had to replace my whole rear windsheild due to a mad man bashing it in with a baton! I called around too, and they were the cheapest and most professional. No appointment needed, just called ahead of time and let them know what kind of vehicle I had and went in the next day. Keep in mind though they are not a mobile service, so they can not come to you.

Some delinquent broke my driver side window and stole a phone charger. Because of my deductible, it made more sense for me to get the repairs done myself. I requested a quote from Liberty and received a response in just a few minutes. They scheduled the replacement for the same afternoon. The work was done fast and for much less than Safelite quoted. They also cleaned up all the broken glass in my car. I highly recommend Liberty!

Front desk clerk quoted a fair price and scheduled me for the windshield replacement the next day. When I arrived, I asked if a star shaped crack could be repaired. While driving on the freeway a truck threw a rock and it took a gash out of the windshield! Then with the temperatures fluctuating so much, I was concerned it was going to spider out. I really didnt want to have to replace the entire windshield so I called and they were able to take us same day for a repair! My experience with liberty auto glass was great.The price to replace my vehicle windshield was affordable and reasonable along w/ great service from the team. It took less than an 1hr to replace the windshield. I also over heard one of the team members speak to a client over the phone, amazing job being very communicative and respectful.Not only that, the sitting area is very comfortable. Very nice office place for clients to wait. I also love the chairs they provide for there clients. I can almost take a cat nap.If you are the person who also uses the bathroom every hour, like myself, the bathroom is clean if you were asking.Keep up the great work! If I were to have another shatter windshield, I would most definitely visit this location again.

I went through an awful experience where someone busted out my windshield with a brick. I had to go to work the next day and didnt even have time to clean the glass off the dash.Liberty Auto Glass came out to my work, replaced the windshield, and cleaned the glass shards, all in under an hour. The price was more than reasonable for the service they provided.They made a horrible situation considerably more bearable.

This place was awesome! I called monday to get a quote, came in Friday. The gentleman that helped me told me it would be done in an hour. I was in at 9 out at 10. He even vacuumed my car and wiped down my dashboard and front area. Price was as advertised. Great customer service. A rock hit my windshield a few weeks ago and made a nasty crack that instantly grew to a size beyond repair. I have a new Kia so I had called the dealership for a quote and since they dont replace windshields, they directed me to All Star. I was on the phone with them for a good 10 minuets giving them information on my car. The estimate they gave me was just under $500. I was horrified. I started calling around again to repair shops and took my car to 3 different places basically begging them to repair the crack but it was too big. There is no way $500 was in my budget so I kept calling around and finally found Liberty Auto Glass. I called and spoke with Pete who gave me an estimate that was HALF of what All Star was going to charge. He also said he would come to my location and could be there the next day. I was in total disbelief and told him I would call him back. I was sure something was wrong with the info and he must be mistaken. I even told him that the other company was twice as much and I thought he has something wrong. I called him later that day and asked him if he changed his mind on the price yet. He politely laughed at me and told me he was confident in his price which was exactly $249. He was able to come to my office in Mission Valley the next day. He showed up on time with his lovely assistant and everything needed and had the job complete in less than 30 minuets. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, fast and did good work! I was so impressed and so happy that I found them. I cant thank you guys enough. You made it a pleasant and easy experience. You have all my future business and I will gladly spread the word of your excellent quality of work and spectacular prices. You guys are the best and I greatly appreciate you.

These guys are amazing. They helped us dealing with questions we had with our insurance. They ordered the glass immediately and replaced it right away. Had to replace my 2015 Dodge Durango windshield. Called around several other places to get quotes. Liberty Auto Glass beat them all.
