Called Sam in the morning and because I was able to get there by noon I had a new replacement passenger window installed by 1. The three guys I came in contact with were all very polite and friendly! Quick, easy and responsive service! Great value and customer service! My driver side window was broken into early morning before work and I needed to find a window repair place ASAP. My auto glass addressed the window repair and fixed it within two hours of the incident. I was able to pick it up after work and the car was vacuumed out completely with the receipt on my dash for minimal contact during covid. Would highly recommend this place!

I am so so thankful for these guys! They helped me replace my windshield on my brand new RAV4. They at first didnt have the right windshield but found one quickly and got me out the door at a reasonable price. But oh wait there is more. The VERY NEXT MORNING i was driving and a rock hits my new windshield. They fixed it that day and really just put my mind at ease. I had a back windshield that had a bad seal. Was loose in the frame and it would make noise ever time I went over bumps in the road. Called My Auto Glass on a Saturday at 2:45pm and asked if they could seal it same day. They said yes. I made my way over to them and on the freeway, my back windshield flew off. I called them back and they were able to locate a new windshield for me within MINUTES. Told me to still come to the shop and that they were going to take care of me. In all honesty, this is a PRIME example of EXCELLENT customer service. I have never in my life have this happen to me. I was scared and freaking out and these guys definitely made my day. 5/5 would recommend to anyone! Thanks again for being awesome!

Sam took my call about my F150 window being broken and was at my place within 1 hour fixing the window. He worked quickly, was done within an hour, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend calling Sam for any auto glass needs! (also, his pricing was very reasonable)

I decided to get a windshield replacement with them because 1. Sam was very quick to response to my messages, 2. they are the only one that gave me 2 different options for the replacement, 3. their service comes with lifetime warranty for installation defect, and 4. it was very reasonably priced. I was almost skeptical when they gave me a quote. However, Eddie did such an awesome job just in 45 min! I did enjoy watching him replace the windshield on my Mazda because he did it so efficiently and smoothly. Highly recommended.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond impressed with the quality and service provided by Sam!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that he got the job done right! I had the unfortunate luck of getting my windshield replaced previously by some second rate glass repair shop who installed the wrong glass. Sam literally had to spend a hour cleaning glue out of my rear view mirror. It was a disaster and Sam didnt even charge me anything extra! Shopped around for quotes for my smashed passenger side window. These guys got back to me the fastest and with the best price. I was able to bring my car in right away, no wait time. The window replacement took twenty minutes and they cleaned out all the broken glass, too. Very friendly, excellent customer service, and great price.

These guys are so awesome. I pulled up with a filthy window and two places that looked like stars or pits. They cleaned my window and its now sparking clean. Turns out there were no places to repair–all just dirt, but if I ever need any repair, and I am sure I will, I will return to them. Thank you guys.

Best experience Ive had with any kind of auto repair store. The men working there are extremely amicable, respectful, and honest. The quote that they gave me on the phone was what I was charged. No gimmicks. They replaced the back seat window of my Mazda 3 2010 in less than 40 minutes. They have an air conditioned room with water to can wait at. Best of all, it was the most affordable I could find! I called Citywide and also Auto Glass Center and got a quote of around $185, but here I got an appointment the next day and paid one fourty . They have a truck that can go to you to fix your car window (I didnt use it, went to the store myself) and they even cleaned the glass out of my car. Amazing. The window tint, although transparent, is slightly different than the others now, but its barely noticeable so I dont even care. The window also still slides up and down. Very professional work.

I had a chip in the windshield and the rubber on the side of the windshield was broken. Sam fixed the chip and replaced the part and it took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely go back here if needed.

EDDIE is the best!I wish I took a Before/After picture...smh. My Kia Sorrentos back window literally shattered and burst into the back/trunk of my car while I backed into a carport that had a hanging storage unit (DO NOT RELY ON SENSORS).I had the third row down flat with all my belongings in there. Eddie came in the time frame they gave me, by talking briefly you can tell he is knowledgeable and has a process for my safety & his as well as to complete the task in a timely manner. He went straight to it: cleaned out glass, then to the repairs & even cleaned the glass that was lingering around my car.I had to go back inside to do some work and in less than an hours time - he was all done!I came back out and let me just say - the service he provided was WORTH EVERY PENNY & great price!!! Sam and his company put the world at ease by coming to the rescue in fixing and taking care of your damaged car.
