I was able to turn in a battery for a new one that still was under warranty. They were very helpful and polite and helped me carry my new battery out to my car.

I have to say that service these days is hard to find. Our family has a 45 CHB Trawler. I had some issues with start batteries. After calling Brad and explaining my problem to my suprise he said hey its all good, come over and pick up a new one, we stand behind our product....WOW....Battery Systems is awesome. Do not buy batteries from this business i believe they are rebuild batteries they sell as new. my car battery is dead if i dont start it in 48hr, i had this battery for almost a year and is not holding charge for long. its has 75 months of warranty sticker on it, i went to the shop to replace it they tried to sell me a battery charger instead. and they keep making up stories about stupid stuff. do your self a favor buy from Costco.
