After spending nearly 2 hours n there I was finally given a price that was not near the promised price but also 3k above the advertised price. Further negotiation only went backwards. Complete waste of a day.

On Friday, I took my car in to see why the check engine light was on. They told me it would cost $175 to diagnose and sent me home in a Lyft. Several hours later they called to tell me a pump needed to be replaced but they didnt have the part but it could be delivered by Monday or Tuesday. There was no mention of them keeping my car all weekend. At 4:30 I called my service rep and got no answer. I eventually sent a text and was told that my car was still not put back together and that she and all the techs had already left for the day, even though they close at 5. I have no other car and need to work this weekend and now have no way of getting my car back until Monday or Tuesday. There is nothing courtesy about this place. Terrible communication, terrible service. Save yourself time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Incredibly rude. Minute the guy found out I was from Lakeside, his tone changed. Became very disinterested in helping. I was ready to get a new truck. No level of decorum. Courtesy shouldn’t be in their name.
