Horrible customer service! The shipping process is terrible, if you value good customer service and your time I would highly recommend not ordering parts from this dealer!
Extremely impressed with professionalism, knowledge, and service of the staff.
I was wondering how a business could have one star rating but after speaking to this business, one star is completely justified. Not only do they not respond to customer inquiries after delaying the shipment of an ordered product, but when you speak to them on the phone they have such an attitude as if they are doing gods work. I understand selling parts can be a difficult business, but not treating your customer well is a sure shot way to lose any customer. Very disappointing that these people are associated with an iconic brand like AUDI!
Not sure why this place only has 1 star. I went to pick up a part for the steering assembly in my A3. Called twenty minutes ahead of time and they had my part waiting at the front desk. I found the service to be great. My only complaint is that the prices at Audi San Diego are inflated. Parts that cost several hundred dollars can be found for at least 20% cheaper on other dealer websites. I recently bought a front passenger seat belt from Audi New Orleans for $328 ($340 including shipping). Audi San Diego would have charged $440 + tax. Do your research and find the dealer who will sell you the part the cheapest!
Went to get a part and a quote for Service for my son’s Audi TT and waited forever. Nobody bothered to ask if we needed help at the parts area. We had to request to have someone to help us. Still waited, no help and left. I guess they have enough business to not care about customer service.
It’s really insulting your intelligence when they tell you that an aftermarket battery that is listed as a replacement cannot be used you have to use a $600 Audi battery that has to be programmed . with all the programming fees you are truly being bent over when you go in for service that’s their mantrano car will get out of there for less than $1000They wanted $500 to replace the brake light in the Q5 how ridiculous is that. We’ve had many Audis going back many years, this will be our last.
Bad service !
