Not the fastest bunch in town.... did an online order to pick-up in store.... thought it would make it quicker....well guess it was?!? but the counter guy needs to visit the optometrist and take a computer class.... BUT like always they had the part I needed in stock!! Just dont visit if youre in a rush and youll be fine!

Was waiting in line for 15 min behind one guy who had been there longer, mind you they have 5-6 check stands. Nobody said “be right with you” or anything at all for that matter. I could also see multiple employees in the back, some working some on their phones. They didn’t really seem to care if we ever got helped, so I left without purchasing what I need.
Napa is very dependable on parts and its always good to see a familiar face when you go there.
Although they did not have a 90 deg 5/16 vacuum hose connector, he looked in 3 places and one was upstairs for this 7 dollar part. Thats customer service
I was standing in line and one employee walks right in front of me with his MASK DOWN ON HIS CHIN. made me feel very uncomfortable. Service was fine otherwise. Just disappointed

Was just told by a store employee that I cannot bring used motor oil here. Even though it says on their website that I can. And I’m pretty sure they’re required to accept it by law.

Good service every time we stop here. Makes life easier. They usually have everything we need in stock so thats always a plus. Really easy to get to, convenient location in this area. Nice and friendly staff. Dont have anything negative to say about this company at all. Definitely check them out.

I discovered NAPA when I needed parts for my International Scouts years ago. I was surprised to find they had everything I needed for those old SUVs. Since then, Ive looked to NAPA when I need things for any of my vehicles. Their prices are competitive, the staff knowledgeable. If they offered fresh popcorn, it would be nearly perfect!

If the website says 2 available and you call to check, and on the phone they say we have two available....ask them to walk on over there and physically touch the 2 they have in stock. Wasted too much time hearing excuses when I arrived there, even after checking the website and calling....
I go to the main warehouse because its close to my work. This auto parts store has everything and the counter help is far more knowledgeable than the bargain auto parts store clerks. Never disappointed when I leave.. quality parts for a fair price.

Im giving only three stars because Ive had multiple experiences with this place. One time for some simple oil and a filter the man who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful making sure I got what I came for. The other time I was going in to get a repair kit for my alternator and when I asked the guy behind the counter he told me he didnt have them before even looking to check... I knew they had them because I saw them online hence the reason I asked for it. Then he proceeded to give me no help when I was asking for the types of alternators they had (had to buy a new one cause the repair kit would have had to ship) I asked multiple types if they had new ones instead of refurbished ones and he ignored me and told me the my two options for the refurbished ones. After all that I was too fed up got the first alternator he listed and will be back to return it and hopefully deal with the first guy.
Overall, good experience. Store is large, clean and welcoming with plenty of parking and a friendly staff. I reserved my items online 3 or so hours prior, and my items were not ready when I arrived, however the gentleman that helped me was quick to retrieve the items. I needed a bulb that he located for me as a set - I told him I only needed one, and he found a spare one and charged me for just that. Due to the reservation mishap, I wouldve docked a star, but the customer service was fantastic and I got a great deal on the parts I needed.
Talk to a gentleman on the phone ordered some things for my boat went to the store to pick him up none of the items that I asked for were in stock I then had to go back after they ordered the items and found out one of the items I ordered they didnt order it I had to go to another Napa to pick it up The problem is they just dont know what one person says to the other and they cant find anything in the shop prices are really good though but not if you have to wait to get them

Typical parts store headaches. I called in the morning to check stock on a power steering seal kit that I needed and sat on hold for 20 minutes before an employee finally confirmed that they had the part and were holding it under my name. Lousy service already, but at least they have it, right?At 11:00 I drive to the store to pickup my seal kit during my lunch break. I get there and no one can find it. I stand behind the counter for 30 minutes while 1 or more employees frantically run around the store trying to figure out where my part wound up. After it became clear that they either lied to me on the phone and never actually found it, or somehow lost the part that they set aside, I agreed to drive all the way to Chula Vista to pick up one that they had at another store.Thankfully the Chula Vista store is a little more organized and they actually had one. So $8 and nearly 2 hours of my life gone, I finally have my power steering seal kit. Couldnt be more disappointed with the whole experience.
I purchased a regulator for my right rear passenger window in my BMW on April 7, 2015 from this NAPA store. Two weeks later, the regulator broke so I needed to return it and get another. However, I could not locate my receipt so I began to worry that I would be out the almost $80.00 that I paid for it. I called the store and spoke with John. I explained my situation and, since I knew the date and approximate time of day that I purchased the regulator, John was able to look it up on the computer and find the receipt. He said to come to the store and he would take care of it for me. I called back from work and told him I would like to get a better brand of regulator this time so he checked to see if he had one in stock, which he did, and told me I would just pay the difference in the price. So, on my lunch break, I went over to the store and John had everything ready for me. I signed for the refund of the old regulator, got the new one, and was on my way within 15 minutes.Thank you John and NAPA Auto Parts for taking care of me so quickly and going the extra mile to help a lady in distress:) I will be back whenever I need any automotive parts in the future and will be sure to recommend you to my family and friends.
Pretty decent auto parts store. Quite a few times Ive ended up there after other places didnt have the part I needed - and so far I cant recall a time they didnt have what I needed. Most of the time they are pretty friendly. They no longer accept used oil for recycling (Pep Boys still does though)
Friendly, helpful staff. Prices cheaper online but good if you need something same day. A little out of the way, tucked behind the main businesses on Claremont drive
They are short handed and therefore patience is required. They are very helpful so the wait is worth it. They supply most if not all Napa Auto Parts stores in the San Diego area and recommend this being your first stop even if it is a drive because if the store near you doesnt have what you need they will be getting it from the Convoy store. Big parking lot nice layout easy to find what you need.

I prefer Napa over the other chain auto parts stores. The employees always seem to be more knowledgeable and helpful and the parts they carry seem to be generally of a better quality.
I have been to many autoparts stores in SoCal, not this one until today. This Napa is HUGE. It used to be the regional distribution center for San Diego possibly more. They even had parking brake shoes for a 2001 Ford, expected them to be a special order for an old vehicle. Nope! Walked out with them in hand, new spring and retainer clip package, and other odds and ends. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, store was clean, behind the counter warehouse was HUGE. I suspect other napa stores pull inventory from here. You want it today? I recommend this store, for sure!
I called this morning for a question about a part I needed and the girl who answered the phone knew nothing. She repeatedly asked me questions I had already answered, and asked me to look up the part # because she didn’t know how. I then tried to walk her through it from my end and she got frustrated and begged me to look it up and call her back. If you don’t know how to do your job, put someone on the phone who does.
Best car store experience I have ever had. Autozone told me my car part couldn’t be repaired and I needed a $1000 repair from the dealer. John and chase at Napa took time to listen and evaluate my car. They were able to help me fix it with the right parts for a fraction of the cost.Great place!!

Sales person was great,but I came looking for GM parts for my Corvette and keep getting let down everytime I come.
I live in lake Elsinore and was driving my grandson to his appointment at childrens and of all days the ac went out on the van. We hadnt even gotten on freeway and both my grandchildren 3yr & 1yr were crying, hour and beat red. I thought we ate never going to make it in this heat all the way to Elsinore and its not even summer yet... went to the Napa store on convoy and Andy and his employees were wonderful., They filed my ac for me within 15 min and told me dont worry we will take care of it. Thats going above and beyond, I love Napa they have excellent employees and Im very great full for the help today. Babies cooled off and feel asleep before we got home, you guys are great and thank you so so much for caring enough to help:)

Well. Wont give em my business again. I called 35 minutes before they closed on a Sunday, the guy found my part. I told him Id have my mechanic come by right now to pick it up and he said okay. My guy shows up 5 minutes BEFORE closing time, doors are locked, they saw my friend and ignored him, my buddy waved at them and they still refused to help him. Wasted his time driving there and now I cant drive my car to work tomorrow. Thanks for nothing NAPA! Ill take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do to.
NAPA is consistently the only chain store in town where I can find the high quality maintenance items I use on my German cars such as LiquiMoly motor oils.
Was helped by the nicest lady who promply retrieved the replacement battery and had me on my way quickly. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Highway robbery. Those two words describe Napa. I needed to buy a little running light LED for 20 bucks and the same one at OReilly was for 7 how can that be? The guys work very hard there you know their stuff except for one old man that drags his feet when he walks very annoying and slow doesnt care if customers are waiting.

Your website says closes at 9pm and I got there at 8:03 PM and was greeted by locked doors and an employee that said, we cant help you. This is the second time I visisted your store today and the first time was even more unpleasant. The old guy working the counter was lazy and was almost refusing to go look in the back for the part we needed, instead he was just looking on the computer for the right part. Just because you dont show the right part after searching under the year make and model of the vehicle doesnt mean there is a similar part that works!!! What happened to knowledgeable people at an auto parts store? I would expect this from orileys or autozone but not from napa!!! You have forever lost my respect!!!
Okay people Napa will usually have the auto parts that OReilly and AutoZone do not and usually get a better price.

So mad. I cant believe in the electronic world we live in that that have no way of looking up warranties for the worn out parts that I purchased there but OReilly and Autozone will do so with no issues. You must have a receipt no matter if its 10 minutes or 10 years later. Thats bull they just lost a customer.

I was looking to replace one of the bolt for my brake caliper include at the dealers for and OEM part, they required special order and take up to 2-3 days (cost 6$6.00 - $7.00 apiece).I took a chance to stop by at SIRI Auto Sale and they don’t sale parts, but happen the manager jumped in and help me to find the equivalent P/N that may available at Napa Auto Parts nearby.I met the clerk/cashier and her name is Quynh, after she looked though the computer for stock inventory with the P/N and informed me the bolt is out-of-stock it also needs to restocking in few more days, but she offered to look in the back to make sure and she took my broken bolt….after 10 minutes of waiting, honestly I felt out-of-luck……Then she came out with a smile and said “you’re lucky, I found only left”; and I paid only $1.47…I thought to myself “yes, I was lucky to meet the manager from SIRI Auto Sale sequence to Quynh, otherwise, who cares about the bolt after the inventory shown empty?”.My point is with the attitude helpful and careful from Quynh is higher than standard. Quynh has saved my time (at least 2 days) regardless big or small part to satisfy the customer at best and that’s count!Thanks again Quynh, and I’m sure your store manager should happy to have you.
