I ordered a part online for in store pickup. The delivery estimate was initially 3 days then it took 10 days. I could have ordered the part from a dozen other vendors for a cheaper price but I made the mistake of giving NAPA a chance. A part could be mailed from the other side of the country faster than NAPA delivers. Amazon and eBay will put them out of business at this rate.They dont even accept old oil for recycling.

They have little bit of big rig truck parts.I only bought Lucas engine oil stop leak additive and it is very convenient theyre open on Saturday. The attendant is cool.

Besides being expensive twice I have bought a product here and was charged twice on my debit card. This is no acceptable in any way. First ok a boo boo. Second time. Not going to rate this place good. Then the only way to get your money back is to file a claim. Cuz you have no receipt for it. That all I have to say!

As a South Bay local I want to thank South Bay NAPA auto parts for always being there when I need them. As a person that likes to work on cars and always needing parts it’s always a good feeling when you can go in to a shop and you get that good vibe from the employees . Always knowing what you need and if they don’t have it they can get it for you ASAP ..
