They do great work!! Went there for coil overs rims tires and came out amazing.

Do not go here for anything more than buying rims. I went in for a simple bushing replacement and air-intake install. Now Im replacing both control arms and bushings because no one in the shop knew they needed to be pressed in and to include the sleeve that came with the bushings. Customer service was non-existent but incompetence was front and centered. The next steps are in the process.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dont know what they are thinking.Came in for the suspension installation. When I got back my car it had spring bind and they forgot to put back my stuff in the trunk which they took out during the installation. The other day I found out and had to drive back to get my stuff back. And they didnt even bother giving me a call one day passed.I came in the second time thinking I should give them another chance. Nope. Came in the first day, only being told the mechanic was not coming (even though I was told on phone otherwise). Left my car there, the second day the mechanic still not coming (told again on phone the mechanic is coming tommorrow). In the end, no work was done and I wasted two Uber rides.The only person that deserve credit in this shop is the mechanic Gerald. I dont even know with such terrible customer service how are you guys still in bussiness.

Found a set of rims on FB marketplace and found out they had a local shop not too far from me. As soon as I walked in I was in shock to see how crazy their shop was full of JDM goodness and aftermarket stuff. Thomas and his crew set me up with a nice set of rims and tires for an unbeatable price. I honestly would’ve paid nearly double somewhere else at a franchise tire/wheel shop. I picked out my wheels one day and had them installed the next day in an hour. Great work and honest guys to do business with. Highly recommend for anyone with an import car to stop by and check them out!

Walked in and stood at the counter for about a minute before the guy at the desk rudely asked, can I help you? . I asked if they could order and install a set of lowering springs, to which the guy answered with the springs guy isnt here till monday. then pretty much ignored me and went back to his computer or phone. Wont be returning

The service was horrible. The young men working dont know how to say hello, just what do you want. I asked one guy for help, he started to help me, went into the back room, came out and got on the phone with another customer. I asked the other guy if I should order some special parts, without looking up from his pizza, he said yes 3 times to me showing him the product description. The parts ($170) were wrong. The Owner? Kicked me out of his shop when I got upset(never yelled) and told him his employee told me to order the parts. You done here he said and told me to leave. Horrible customer service!

Dishonest and shady. Period. Ordered a body kit bumper cover for my car, completed transaction then a few days later got an email from one of their employees telling me the shipping cost would be approximately $110USD more than what I had already paid for so I asked for a refund instead. 4 business days later I still hadnt gotten any sort of acknowledgement that I wanted a refund nor had i gotten the refund. After calling one evening to be told the only person that could help me wasnt there and to call the next day, and then calling that next day just to be told by a seemingly hateful receptionist (because I asked for Arthur, instead of Arnold) that he um, had to leave early today Im left with no other option but to try to warn others to stay away from these people if you expect honesty or good customer service. And its not like I dont know what those things are, Ive been in the automotive industry for over 10 years.

I made the mistake of trying to purchase parts from another performance part supplier. Because of my mistake, I lost so much time. I could have been driving instead of my car being on jacks. After contacting Thanh, he found the parts I needed and they arrived at my door the next day!! Thank you Pann Auto for saving me and getting my car back on the road.

Tom and his team treated me like family and took care of my 2005 Honda civic. Did an excellent job installing my Eibach pro lowering springs and Tokico shocks. The new shop is nice with good displays and atmosphere. Show room and wheel room bring back the JDM nostalgia from the 90s. They even have the squash air freshner!! Ive been coming to Pann since late 90s and as long as theyre open Ill never stop. Thank you guys.

Asked about a quote. I was told he couldnt find anything for my car. Called back, got hung up on. Called again, and when asked a quote to change part was told you dont do that type of work..... Pretty lame you could do the work but didnt have a part and when I find a the part, all of a sudden you dont do that type of work and quickly got hung up in again.

Every time I come I always get the greatest service from the nicest people at pann.

Save yourself. Dont even enter this store they will SCREW YOU HARD! i got wheels and tires for my car. The size they had in stock did not fit my car but they said everything was going to be fine and if I had issues they will fix the problem. Three years from now I still have issues I have spent so much money trying to repair it and they have not done anything.

Where do I start, I went in to take my wheels to get powder coated, everything went well paid half of my transaction, said the wheels would be ready in a week. A week passes by and no call from them (duringThanksgiving, understandable), I finally receive a call 2 weeks later in the morning saying that the wheels were ready and just needed to be mounted give or take an hour they said, told them to let me know no call back whatsoever, called to see if my wheels were mounted, the guy told me the guy that mounts the wheels won’t be there til later, I said sure I’ll go tomorrow. I give them a call said they weren’t ready. The next day I go weather or not mounted just wanting my wheels. I go and see my wheels everything looks fine, guy tells me to check it out everything seem fine and in good conditions, asks if there is anything else, I was like yes my tires? his response was oh you ordered tires, I said no it already had tires, my friend points out my tires and says those are it, guy goes to double check and yes those are my tires, again ask if there is anything else I was like yes my center caps, he was like you had center caps? At this point I was just over it. I go in to pay the rat of the amount, hands me the full price of the powder coat (I had payed half when i dropped them off) he was like oh yeah right(felt like they wanted to scam me). I left without my center caps that day, said they’d call me. Same day go straight to mount them drop them off, get a call 30 minutes later telling me one of my wheels is cracked. Couldn’t of been during the trip because crack was powder coated over already. I go back the next day telling them like hey there’s a crack, his response was, “I told you to check it”, we did but was at night and could not see well. I asked him why is there a crack when they had charged me extra for repair on each of the wheels. All he said was i told you to check it. As we’re discussing about my wheels his boss walks in and immediately notices there’s a conflict, he tells me right away, that when the wheels came in after the powder coat it was already cracked, now that is super shady, and the receptionist was lien to us the whole time, was super frustrating because they were being shady and trying to scam me. Later the boss says what they can do is seal the crack for me, and that they’d give me a call the same day, this was on saturday already on the 2 week of them wasting my time and having my wheels. Few days pass they never call me, call on thursday (3 weeks of them having my wheel), ask for an update on the wheel and said the repair guy came just to take a look at it, ask my wheel is still at their storage (not repair shop) they said yes, at this point I’m done with them and just go pick up my wheel. This guys are SHADY, DISHONEST, and SUPER DISORGANIZED, Wish I could put 0 stars.

Cant agree more with other reviewers that they lack knowledge. This can lead to all sorts of delays, wasted time, and frustration. There are too many other options for anyone to buy from Pann Auto. I should have known better when they insisted that FedEx only offered one type of overnight shipping. Anyone who has basic business experience knows that FedEx offers various forms of delivery ranging from overnight delivery before 10:30am and ground shipping where distance factors into delivery time.And if you factor in the intangibles like integrity, customer service, and follow-up, then Pann Auto gets a minus star rating. They are basically a drop ship company who take orders and find/buy from wholesalers throughout the US. Basically they are a broker/middle-man. I called to arrange local pick-up in order to save shipping cost and time. They had none of my items in stock and they added shipping costs (cost of shipping from wholesaler to themselves!?!?). So what I thought was an advantage of a local company turned into added costs, time, and energy because I had to pay for shipping and also drive to pick up items.So if you find another online company that offers price matching (99% do) then theres no benefit from going with Pann Auto.Ultimately my credit card company had to step into resolve their f-up.

Ordered my parts prices were not that bad very helpful staff. When I dont mail order I go pay a visit to my local speed shop.

Twice in the past month Ive walked into this store. Both times Ive informed them of the amount of money ($3,000.00) I have to spend on modifications. When I walk into the store theyre always arguing with each other and I get passed from employee to employee, because the others are busy. Ive never had to physically throw money at a business, but this might be the first place. Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge. Lack of motivation.

Let me start this review off with, Arnold has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He is very rude and short. Has refused to return products and has hung up on me multiple ocasions when trying to get ahold of someone higher up.I went into Pann Auto to buy new seats for my 2013 STI. They only had one seat in stock that I liked so I pre paid for both seats, brackets for seats, sliders for bracket, harnesses, and harness bar. That day I went home with 1 seat, 1 seat bracket and seat sliders. Once I got home the bracket for the seat was the wrong part. I went back in the next day to return the part they said sorry about the inconvenience and ordered me what was supposed to be the right part. Once that part came in, I picked it up, went to install it and yet again the wrong part. Finally on the third try I got the right seat brackets.Once I got the seats in I went to install the harness bar and it did not fitNow to the good stuffNow that I have gone into pann many times they know me by a first name basis and remember me every time I come in. I went in to return the harness bar and their system crashed and they don’t have anyone’s info. Seeing that I have been in their many times and they know me by a first name basis and the guy with “white subie” one would think they remember selling me something.They refused to return the harness bar and said even if they did return the harness bar they would have to charge a 30% restocking fee.Thank you Pann Auto for me spending thousands of dollars here on my car it’s not worth you guys returning a $200 part.I would recommend anyone and everyone to just order parts online. There is no need to go into a store just so they can upcharge parts to you that they also order offline from regular websites

Shady, Dishonest. Will tell you any part will work so they can make a dollar instead of helping you with your problems. Bought a momo steering wheel with nrg hub sold me the wrong steering hub for my car was driving with my 2 year old son in the car steering hub strijpped from not being the right size my steering wheel then began too spin in circles with no reaction from my tires almost crashed went back finally gave me the right size with not a care in the world. 2nd vist got lowering springs for my car gave me the springs saying they were meant for my car and he ran them as well on his car because we have the same model. Took them too a mechanic too be put on when i went too pick my car they told me the springs i had bought were NOT meant for my car and that the weight of my car can not support those springs. Drove home with the new springs installed both back tires were dug into from the spring not being able too support my car called them they told me bring the part back and we will give the right one after the fact that they are on my car and have no one way too get there or take them off. Bad Company And Shady Staff

They bashed my strut towers with a hammer putting dents in the top, dented my front fender, messed up the wiring on my stereo, and broke my rear speaker cover. Service was slow and irresponsible. Unless you want amateurs bashing on your car look elsewhere.
