Where do I even start,Service manager was not accepting to give me the deal as advertised, they broke my car key, and my radio pin:I was there to fix my car radio. It was also time to do my oil change. I was given a price that sounded really high. While I was doing a little research on my phone, I saw an ad INSIDE the service center itself for half price oil change deal! When I brought it up the person still hesitated to give me that price and said I am wrong (as the screen had switched).after a minute she agreed but said no tire rotation. 5 minutes later, the screen appeared again and it was clearly saying With tire rotation. She again questioned my statement for another few minutes. What does this even mean? it is your OWN promotion!!!When I got the car back at the end of the day, I saw my car remote button is broken, and the big plastic pin holding my radio is broken. I was in a rush but when I went back in the day after, they refused to take responsibility. and AGAIN called me a liar. see the trend. I am so disappointed at how Chevy/GM manages their contractor dealerships and no way I am buying another Chevy.
These people are legitly the only place I will bring my car for a repair. Top notch service and complete follow through after the vehicle is back in your care. I dont feel pressured to get anything extra when I stop in for a free oil change, but I 100% know the job was done right. This confidence follows over to a legit repair too. They listen to your description, walk you through the process of diagnosing the issue and your options for repair.Thank everyone!
Worst experience at any service shop. Service writers refused to address my concerns. Forced to call corporate Chevrolet customer number to attempt to fix a vehicle issue that was not my fault and is a manufacturing defect.
Very good service
