The People at Euro Auto Spot are true professionals. They made me feel like I was part of their family as soon as I stepped inside the door. They treated me with the utmost respect and gave me several options for repairs to my 2009 BMW M3. I can honestly tell anyone who asks me, if it wasnt for Shane the owner, I would have dropped $13,000-$15,000 for a new engine elsewhere. Eddie handled all my scheduling and parts ordering without a hitch. The lead mechanic Josh was amazing in his patience and deligence!!!!I will be taking my M there from now on and I will recommend them to anybody who appreciates honesty and good work...

I have known Shane for years through the car community always speaking highly of his company and his ethics. I never brought my cars to Euro Auto Spot because I dont own a BMW. I finally asked him if he would help me out with my Miata and heavily modified GT350R and he was so excited to help. Their entire team is so thorough and passionate about what they do. Shane is so meticulous in his work as well as explanation of his findings and strategy. I 100% vouch for these guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Been here a few times, never realized I didnt review. This last time, I happened to be in the area, had an issue with a loose bolt. Realized I was close, swung in. Lead tech stopped what he was doing, put my car on lift and fixed it really quick. Couldve been a really bad issue had I not had it fixed. When I offered to pay for his time, he told me to get the kids icecream instead. So down to earth, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, euro enthusiasts, human beings that work here and i would give them more stars if I could! Can not thank them enough!! Picture is not of their location, its the car I have had them work on a couple times. They have a bunch of parking in a fairly low profile location. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

Most competent shop Ive ever been to. My bmw x3 finally blew an intake valve after 300k miles. Not only was this shop the only one in the area that felt comfortable doing such a major repair, this shop removed and rebuilt the cylinder head for a very reasonable price, and their knowledge about the car and their costumer service was superb. I couldnt have gotten luckier to find these guys. If you have a bmw, these guys know their stuff and will get the job done right without cutting corners.

Had my Tesla Model 3 aligned here. Staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time and made sure I was happy before I left. Owner has a new 2021 model 3 and shop foreman has a new model Y. Their name implies that they specialize in Euro cars, but they know Teslas as well.

Brought my BMW here after getting a ridiculously high quote from a dealership. Working with Eddie was great and he addressed all of the issues that needed to be fixed for 1/5 the price of the dealer. He kept the cost as low as possible and was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. I will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommended.

Ive gone here at least 6 times already. Every single person here is incredibly nice, especially Angel and Eddie. Many of them bring their dogs here and let you play with them while you wait and theyve all been incredibly accommodating and mindful about Covid. Their prices are also very fair and theyll even let you bring parts from outside sources and only charge you labor. I havent seen many places do this and this was a huge cost benefit for me. Ive gotten quotes from all over San Diego for various things I needed to get done on my car, such as oil changes, brake pad/fluid replacement, etc. Theyre always the cheapest.I trust them and will happily continue support them. It is unbelievable how friendly all of their employees are!

I no longer support this business. Had a few repairs fixed in the past, oil change, breaks etc. I had faith that my Beamer, was in good hands at this shop until I had major repairs . This shop is only good for minor repairs let me tell you. They are not the real deal.This shop messed up my 6 series, then told me they would work something out in the future as far as discounts go on repairs. Why would I take my vehicle to this shop if u didn’t resolve the first issue ???. I had to rent a vehicle and go back and fourth several times on behalf of their incompetent front staff calling me telling me to pick up my vehicle, not realizing that it wasn’t even complete. I highly recommend B&B Authohuas 7905 Balboa Ave Sandiego, Ca 92111 They are the real deal ! Real professionals not amateurs.Shane is the owner do not be fooled by him. Don’t make the same mistake twice . Pay attention to the red flags.

I needed to have a Magnaflow catback and axleback installed on my 2014 GT500. I didnt know where to go in North County so I asked a friend for a referral. He told me to check this place out as they are willing to do certain bolt on upgrades for vehicles they dont specialize in such as BMW and Mercedes.I decided to stop by and ask for the name of the I was referred to, Shane. Eddy, another gentlemen there was really polite and professional and helped me find him. Both of them gave me a quote for the installation and said that they were willing to do it for me.I was surprised and relieved that they agreed to as my friend spoke very highly of them but they dont advertise as being a domestic performance/repair shop.Normally they offer shuttles but during COVID, that service is restricted. They have a nice waiting room too that is also restricted during COVID.Their shop is very clean with a lot of lifts for the space they have.During the install, it became apparent that Magnaflow had quality control problems with my product as one pipe was not tapered to slide onto the stock mid-pipe. This was upsetting because I bought the exhaust system to have a weld-free bolt on install with no headaches.But Euroautospot took the initiative and found a solution that was much more appealing than returning the product. After calling me and telling me about the issue, they asked me which I preferred, make it work or return the system. I told them I would like to make it work if possible. During the call they sent me pictures with red circles to show me what they were talking about. I have attached them to this review.So Eddy and Shane outsourced to a local muffler shop who fixed the pipe. The car stayed safe on their lift, the pipe was taken to and from the exhaust shop and the system was then bolted to the car in the intended manner.I got my car back that afternoon with great turnaround time.Euroautospot is capable of not just servicing your car, modifying it, but also improvising when necessary. Making it in my mind pretty much a one-stop for anything you need minus a dyno tune.I highly recommend them. They are friendly, professional, accommodating, and eager to please their customers.... 5 stars. Thank you guys.

These people are incredible! They truly care about you and your car and will treat you like no other place. The customer service is amazing, the work they do is amazing and their prices are great for the quality of work they do. I have taken my e36 here for multiple major fixes and I have been more than satisfied especially when they get everything done within very good timing. If youre looking for an ultimate shop for your ultimate driving machine, this is where its at.

Service was great, price was very fair, and most of all them seemed honest in the items I had them look at and fix. Better than the South County BMW, in my opinion, as Ive had some really bad experiences at South County BMW recently that were a result of inexperienced mechanics. Wasnt sure where to go if they were supposed to be the experts. I took a shot at these guys and was very impressed. These guys at Euro Auto Spot seemed to know my car really well. I was very happy with the service and overall experience and will definitely go back to them again.

Shane, Tom, and his team are top notch BMW techs and also enthusiasts! Ive been taking my two BMWs, including my e46 M3 here for the last 10+ years and they always provide excellent service at more affordable indy shop pricing. I like to tinker around with my own cars and they are never shy with talking shop and offering advice.

I was referred to Shane and Tom by a friend that also owns a BMW. These two brothers and their staff are top notched. Wonderful and honest. They treat you like family. Their prices are very fair. Have older BMW parts can be somewhat hard to comeby. they did not flinch on NLA (No Longer Available) and were able to source folks to make the necessary parts. No leaks no issues and cheaper than the retail parts would have been. Savings passed to customer. Very straightforward, honest, and excellent delivery. It does take some time but with older car one must expect some delays and the quality of delivery is above and beyond.

I like these guys, because the techs really put a lot of effort to make sure you are comfortable with your car. When they couldnt originally diagnose my issue, the tech asked me to take him for a drive so I could show him what is going on. They dont seem concerned with selling you things you dont need, or trying to get you to pay for extra things.They get pretty busy, so be sure to set up an appointment to bring your car in. Sometimes it feels like the front desk doesnt have time for you, but I have also had some good discussions with them on how I should proceed with the repair. They even have a shuttle to take you to work if you work close by.

Every single time I take my car to this place, they break their previous record in their professionalism, friendliness, customer service, on and on…. They are very good in customer interaction . But if your car is little old they will tell a lots of stuffs are going to fail and you need to replace immediately. They quoted $4500 work for my $8000 06 E90. If it only for oil change then give to dealer they will tell you what things are going to fail and w can trust them. Then you can do that in some Indy. Plus dealer give free vacuum and car wash.

Our family has a few BMW ranging from 6 to 13 years old and Euro Auto Spot has become the only place anyone in our family will take their cars. The service has been consistently excellent, on more than one occasion finding and fixing a small problem for free. When a bigger problem has arisen, their prices have been the best weve found. I cant recommend these guys enough.

They are nice but you are better off bringin your car to the dealership. They broke my hose and made me pay for it. I was patient enough to bring back my car twice and was gonna let this slide but they made me pay for something that was working perfectly fine when i brought my car to them.I went for my oilchange, ended up doing all their recomended maintenace work because reviews say they are honest. In return went home with an engine light on.I also compared previous receipt from mercedes dealership. I have declined $700 work from them and went here to get a cheaper deal but noticed that i paid $850.Thanks to Vin for hooking me up with free wipers and my friends light but id rather pay for these things that really needed to be replace instead of the hose that was not broken when i brought it to you.I never write reviews but i rely on them thats why i brought my car here.

I took my 650i convertible in for a problem with the top not working properly at times. Shawn had the car for 2 days and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem. He basicalyy tore apart the motors for the top and couldnt identify the problem. The top checked as all parts working properly then he would put it back together and the problem would return intermintly. When I picked up the car he said use it and see if it becomes more frequening then maybe something wil show up. He was not willing to order a 1700 dollar part as a guess. When I took out my credit he said no charge.I said you spent time trying to diagnosis the problem. He said if he cant find the problem then he feels he cant charge -that this is the right thing to do. I have been to the shop before and have found them very fair and honest and not trying to sell you services they dont feel you need I rate them a five star operation

Had my brand new 2018 BMW 530e in for installing lowering springs. It came back with incorrectly installed rear deck shelf. This was fixed in subsequent visit.

Highly recommend! Euroautospot installed many aftermarket mods on my Tesla T to include: carbon fiber spoiler/hood,/diffuser, sequential taillights/foglights/reflectors, and a lip spoiler. We ran into issues with the tail lights a couple times, but the crew was able to work it out.
