Brought my car in with a couple of nails in a tire. Lynn did an excellent job of not just taking care of patching/plugging the tire but did it in a way that showed he truly cared about doing an excellent job. He went out of the way to make sure he did not scratch or harm my brand new rims or anything else on the car. Took care of the tire and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you!!

Brought my car in due to tire pressure light on. First time here, and their service is awesome. One of the guys checked my tires and pumped it up for free. Okay out the door price for $147. But lots of strange add-on fees for a tire that started at $119 that I never asked for. Probably some stupid extended warranty but its not clear and the salesman didnt want to talk about it

Needed air in my tires and it was super easy to pull up to the tire check station. Jose helped me fill all 4 tires and scary warning lights ☺️ went off. Didn’t even have to get out of car. Heard good things about that location and it’s true - so nice!!

The manager here is outstanding. Clean, professional, prompt, polite. Its rare you experience service of this level.I brought in a car which had a flat on the rear tire and the spare tire. First they pressure checked all the tires for free and leveled their air. Then I requested the flat fixes.I was expecting the manager to charge for the fixes, but both were free. Not only that but they did an outstanding job and were fast.This is probably the best service experience Ive ever had. Of course I had to tip the workers after - they deserve it. And if I ever need anything else tire related, I will be coming here.

Absolutely fantastic experience today at Discount Tire! I had called the day before looking to replace my tires and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and told me he would answer any questions I had and added if I visited their website I could find more info plus make my appointment and pay for my purchase. I arrived today and was greeted quickly and was told my car would be done within the hour! Only about half hour later my car was finished and I was then told about all their free services they also offer! ALSO! I was told that since making my appointment online it made my visit top priority! Such great service and guest care!! I will always shop Discount Tire and recommend to all!!

Great customer service! I went at a busy time right after lunch on a Monday, and although the phones were ringing off the hook and both staff members were busy on the lines, Eduardo Castelo came over from the repair shop to assist me. I appreciated how he came over to help so that I wasnt waiting a longer time. He was professional, courteous, well-humored, and knowledgeable about the services offered. I just wanted to thank him for assisting me so quickly in the middle of multiple phone lines ringing and a customer waiting. I would have panicked if that were me!

I hit an evil pot hole and blew out my tire. I work close to this particular Discount Tire store and was able to get there. I met with a gem Dillon, who was able to reassure me that everything would be okay. They didn’t have my particular tires but loaned me a comparable one until mine were ordered/delivered. 1972 in Tempe Ariz, one of Discounts first stores, was where and when I first purchased my first new tires from Discount tires. I’ve been very happy ever since. I just put Michelin pilot super sports on my Porsche 911. What a great performance tire! Professional service, great products and very competitive prices. What else could you want?

Service techs were nice and polite. Didnt try to push a sale that much (they have to its their job). Helped show me that my wheels were not factory even though they looked factory (new to me car) and found appreciate tires for that within my budget and I felt comfortable with.

Wait was a little lengthy (2 hours), but a little patience goes a long way. Friday afternoon was busy and I had an appointment and was well received.

Just amazing staff here! Professional, friendly, and Quick. I came in as a walk-in to get my puncture tire fix. Not only did they do it for FREE, which was surprising but they also did it very quickly without an appointment. Also the waiting room was cozy, had free wifi, and I could see them working on my car. So cool! I had such a great experience there and wanted to tip them, to which the employee refused and just asked to right a review if I wanted to help. Just absolute class people here. The best service I have ever received at a tire shop. Theyre courteous and friendly and the tires are sold at a very reasonable price. I came in for a simple patch for my flat tire and the service was free and I was still attended quickly. I was also informed of their tire warranty which is sold for $20 for each pair of wheels and it is a complete money saver. I highly recommend you give them a try the next time youre in need of tire services.

I had a tire repair done on a 45 series runflat (slow leak-never flat) by Danny on the touchless machine. Great job repairing the tire and not scratching my 20 rim. He tightened all wheels with a torque wrench and wiped all clean after checking the other tires for any road shrapnel.I typically go to the highest rated local Tire Rack recommended installer to protect my wheels.We will go back to Discount Tire Miramar for our next set of high performance tires thanks to their excellent Covid curbside/phone check-in and superb (!) service by Danny. The only reason I had a good experience here was cuz I got there at 8 a.m. before they took any appointments. I had traveled the three other places within the last three days and they were all three to five hours wait to have a tire repair. Not fully satisfied because of how many times I had to go in order to figure out that I needed to be there at 8 a.m. to be served in a timely fashion.

I ordered tires and had to call to follow up on delivery. I scheduled an appointment for installation and confirmed turnaround time is about approximately an hour. I dropped off my vehicle and returned an hour and 30 minutes after. The vehicle had not been serviced and I needed it so I had to reschedule the appointment. This location has been good in the past, I’m not sure what the cause is for the poor scheduling and lack of follow up.

These guys are freaking awesome. Came before a half hour of closing and was out to spare time. Bought a tire, plus they repaired my spare that had a slow leak for FREE! Loving this place right now. I came in assuming my tire sensor was out and asked to replace all 4. I also asked to check my spare tire. The rep suggested testing my sensors and found them out of calibration and fixed them. He also recommended my spare was out of date but could be replaced with a used tire. Most shops Ive been too just find any chance to not tell the whole truth and take my money, these guys always take care of me.

I was referred here by my neighbor when I had a nail in my tire. Easy drive on Miramar to get here. Was immediately greeted with friendly smiles from the crew in the shop and the gentlemen inside. We went straight out to check out the tire and he said that it was a complimentary repair. Incredibly quick and genuine service!

I typically visit the Carmel Mountain location, but this one was close to my office.The guys had me taken care of quickly, and at no cost. Customer service has ALWAYS been consistently great here!My husband and I bought tires here a year ago, and whats great is you can have your tires rotated here for free every 5,000 miles (which you should be doing anyway). But for FREE? Yes, please! Weve been back several times, having them rotate our tires each time.One time, I got a flat (nail). They were able to patch it up for free too! Youll be amazed at all of the services they offer.Their waiting room is big enough to accommodate.... about 10 people, but Ive never had to wait more than 30 minutes.I wish I knew what the customer service experience is like at other Discount Tire so I can give you a comparison, but Ive found no need to use another location since this one is conveniently close to where we live. :)

The employees are all kind and knowledgeable. They arent rude or forceful and they let you take your time to think over your options. The only thing that they dont do is that they dont work on Studs. This is really not a worry for many people, but its a good tip to know before you go. Overall, theyre great and I always go there for all my cars.

All the employees were a great help and stayed open even after gors to get me back on the road.

These guys are pros! Decent prices and they try to match other stores, but the best part is the service team. If you watch them, they work their butt off to get you in and out quickly. They work excellent as a team and it is almost like watching a pit crew. Made me tired just watching them.

Was somewhat skeptical about the free tire repair, but it was legitimately free for a plug and Patch tire repair. Even gave me a free water. Adrian from The Point Loma store was there and was super helpful and friendly. They also put air in all the tires. They will check your tire wearing and possibly recommend new tires but theyre not pushy about it at all. Really like this place and will definitely return for new tires next time.

They went out of their way to help me and the prices are unbelievable. The whole staff seemed to be on happy pills. They made a gloomy day bright...very hard to find this type of customer service!!! They have a repeat customer for life!

I had a good experience at Discount Tire. I came here because I had run over a nail and heard they would patch it for free. Note that parking is around the back--the front parking lot is for another business. The person who assisted me checked me in and was nice. After waiting a bit in their clean, spacious lobby, they let me know that the nail was embedded such that the tire needed replacing. They quoted me a decent price for a new one and asked where Id purchased my tires originally (Tire Rack) and then said theyd definitely beat their prices if I wanted to buy from them in the future. Something to consider. Even though I had to wait a while, since they were busy, the waiting area was really pleasant, with bottled water, multiple seating areas, and good WiFi. Cant ask for much more!

Make sure to have an appointment cuz theyre always busy. They repaired my flat tire for free because I had the warranty. A $170 tire only cost me the $30 certificate for the new warranty. Been using them for 25 years. They always take good care of me.

I made an appointment to have a simple tire balance. The place was so full that there was nowhere to sit. Waited 50 min then they STARTED my car. Everyone had left by now. There was absolutely no reason for an appointment, I was served last anyways.

Discount tire has always been great! The guys are nice and when I had a nail in my tire, they repaired it, twice! The first time was a free fix. The second time they got me a loaner tire so I could get on the road, special ordered my tire, and then made the swap all for $20!!!! Not to mention each time Im there its all done within 30-45 minutes. Ill always be going to discount tire for my tire needs.

The person I dealt with was nice and helpful.But the work was trash, When told to replace the front tires only and not touch the back they replaced the fronts then rotated them to the back. Then torqued the wheel lugs so much the bolts snapped when I tried to take them out a week later. The shop seems to not use the torque specs that are even on their own website. Would not recommend. AT ALL! Brb while I go replace a wheel hub.
