Joe and all of the guys there are great. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly despite calling many separate times to ask questions. They can be slightly more expensive than their competition, but worth because they guarantee the work that they do.I had my alignment checked back in April and the car is still doing great, tires are still basically brand new. This time I brought my fiancees car in and she had her tires aligned and I had to get my brakes checked. They offer to check both alignment and brakes for free that way you can decide if you want them to do the work going forward. The price I was quoted in the beginning was the price I paid though, so there were no surprises at the end.Will be back!

Driving down Miramar and I hear a pop. My tire is losing pressure quickly, so I stop at the first tire store I see, an Evans. Its 2pm on a Saturday and theyre closed! So, I continue driving and Tire Choice is right next door and theyre open. They saw my tire was easily repairable and did just that. No BS or bogus up-sale. They didnt even charge me for it! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ill be back when I need new tires.

I drove over to have my tires checked (checked the pressure and pumped them up a bit where that was needed) and a guy did everything very quickly and refused to take tips. I was impressed with the service.

What great service! Got a nail in a tire on the start of a trip and had to pull off the road at 530 pm and stopped in at the Miramar choice tire to get service. We had three young kids in the car and they assisted us getting our spare on (ordering tires once we get back) and completely accommodated us 100%. Great experience. I had to bring in my car that I was test driving from carvana. Although the car drove fine, there were already issues with worn tires not replaced and a dead battery when my car wouldnt start. Despite all these headaches, STEVE has been awesome with helping me in this situation and ordered/replaced all the tires and battery. He even had the patience to call silver rock to get my tires and battery covered under my warranty. Awesome service.

Had an absolutely horrible day dealing with my tire popping on the 805, after I was towed here Joe took care of me, made sure I got all my replacement parts as cheap as possible and did everything is his power to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They don’t have good service. I had a appointment and they said they will take 3 hours to check my tire that last time they fixed. They said wait and I waited half an hour then they said they will take that time. Don’t go there for good service. If you want bad service then you can go there

I stopped by on what looked to be a busy Saturday for a tire fix. I walked inside and was greeted by Steve, he was able to get me in right away and got my tire fixed in under an hour. That was awesome. I am definitely coming back and have found my new auto repair shop. Thanks

I dropped off my flat tire and Steve told me to come back in 2-3 hours. After 2 hours I came to pick up my fixed tire and ready to make a payment. I asked how much is it, Steve told me it is free of charge. I insisted to be charged but Steve was also equally insisted of offer a free service. Thank you Steve and Tire Choice. Don’t trust these guys. I purchased lifetime alignment and then they changed their name to tire choice from certified tire and all of a sudden they didn’t have me in their computer and they would not honor the lifetime alignment. these guys are crooks stay as far away as possible.

Tire Choice on Miramar Road is my go-to location for car concerns and maintenance. The prices are reasonable and ample discounts are always available on their website. The service is so quick that it feels like I’m in and out in minutes.At one point I noticed an excessive amount of fluid leaking from my car. Robert kindly had me come in that hour and quickly diagnosed the issue, free of charge.I highly recommend this location for all your car needs.

Got a flat tire and had to buy a different tire from a different location. Even though this shop didnt have the tire on hand, they changed my tire free of charge! I had to go in to get a new tire due to a flat and the service, particularly Robert at the front desk provided awesome customer service! He was very informative, cheerful, and provided efficient service. The day prior to my flat tire, I had went to Pep Boys to get a tire rotation...it was a TERRIBLE experience, as I am leasing my car through Fair, which is a lease company for Uber drivers. Unlike at Pep Boys (I was there for 7 HOURS!!!), Robert at Goodyear knew exactly how to handle my claim with Fair and did not require me to jump through hoops to get service. My service at Goodyear was as quick as it could be. Unfortunately my flat tire was not covered by my warranty through Fair. However, Robert and the team at Goodyear provided me several options that fit within my budget, especially because the necessity of having to pay for the tire out of pocket was unexpected. He even took me to look at the damage on my tire and explained some various reasons the bubble on my tire could have happened. This was extremely helpful, as I am not very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and now I know what to look out for on the road to avoid this issue from happening again. I would highly recommend this Goodyear location for service. They are great!

My husband has been bringing his car here for years. I brought my car in when I got a nail in my tire. They patched it up free of charge. They told me it would be done by 5 pm but it was ready at 4 pm!

All I have to say is WOW!!! Robert at The Tire Choice on Miramar is an absolute pleasure to work with and he knows his stuff. They do great work, don’t try to overcharge you and willingly tell you about active coupons they have going on to help the customer the best they can to help save you some $$$ (or just check their website while at the shop). All in all, I am extremely happy with my service (new set of tires, back brake pads, 4 wheel alignment, and synthetic oil change) far below what the dealer and other shops quoted me. Since purchasing my vehicle, I have only had it serviced by Goodyear. For the past 5+ years though, I have specifically taken it to Steve at the Miramar Rd store. Ive developed a relationship with Steve due to his knowledge of vehicles as well as phenomenal customer service. Steve has always displayed honesty and trustworthiness which is very important to me, especially since Ive been given some bad information from other shops. Although his shop is 20+ miles away from my home, i will continue to make the drive because I know the type of service i will be receiving. If youve ever asked yourself the question, am i being ripped off or taken advantage of? then i highly suggest the Miramar Rd Goodyear. Ask for Steve and Im confident youll leave his shop happy.

I called this location on a Sunday afternoon about 1.5 hrs before closing because I noticed I had a nail or piece of metal sticking out of my tire. Joel was able to get it out in less than one minute and I was on my way! Now I can go about my day. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Had my tires, brakes, rotors, belt, alignment and oil change here. Robert and his team were all friendly and knowledgable. Pricing was good, since he gave me any coupon discount he could. Inspected my vehicle and recommended necessary fixtures, however did not pressure me into purchasing more than I wanted too. Would definitely recommend this place for your all your vehicle services. Also, gave me a courtesy ride to work, as I dont work too far. I completely feel a difference in they way my Lexus drives!

Robert and his team did an amazing job with my alignment! I recently got my rack and pinion replaced and was in need of an alignment and Robert really helped me out! I heard some noises coming from the passenger side of my car and was quoted by a different source that I needed to purchase upper and lower control arms and also a set of sway bar links went ahead and told Robert about the noises and he saved me $270!! Turns out it was just a loose sway bar link and I ended up returning all the parts some outside source told me I needed! I will be coming back for future repairs!

Visited the shop twice in 2 weeks. They did an excellent job replacing 4 tires and 4 struts on my Camry while I waited during the 2 visits. The manager, Roberto, was very friendly and earnest. I understand the current establishment only recently took over. It shows in the decidedly poor upkeep of the place. I suppose it can be chalked up to only a few employees and a slow start getting up to speed. But it beats the outrageous prices quoted by the Toyota dealer.

Had a good experience from the moment I walked in the door. The store manager showed great customer service and was down to earth, beat the competition price. This will be my go-to for tires, oil changes and other maintenance needs.

Bought my tires at discount and had the alignment done here. 7000 miles later tires were to the metal belt on the inside. The shop said its due to not rotating....after 7k miles? I spoke with Robert and he indicated he would redo the alignment for free if i bought my tires there. I agreed to purchase 2 front tires and they would redo the alignment at no charge.From there it was all bad. I actually needed 4 tires, they wouldnt give me any better deal on 4 vs 2 so i opted for the 2. I never saw Robert on site it was always another gentleman.this other gentleman dd not want to align my car. I indicated Robert had offered this in order to earn my tire business and where was Robert and why the back and forth. they Begrudgingly did the alignment.A WEEK LATER SOME ONE CAME AND CUT ALL 12 TIRES ON MY 3 CARS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. I HAVE LIVED THERE 7 YEARS WITH NO INCIDENT. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I HAVE THE POLICE INVESTIGATING THIS LOCATION!!!!!

After my check engine light turned on I was referred by a friend to come to Goodyear. Im so happy that I did. They were very flexible with my schedule and were very honest with what needed to be done on my car. Luis helped talk me through the process of what I could leave undone for a little while and what needed to be taken care of immediately. I needed about 5 jobs done to my car and because of their professional and personable service I decided to get everything done there. They were able to complete all the jobs needed on my car in one day and had it ready by the time I was off work. They even fixed a few small things within my car that I hadnt told them about! I will be using this location for all of my future car services. It was a great experience, which is never the case when dealing with car repairs. Thank you Goodyear & Luis!

I have been doing business with Steve Peck and the staff for well over 10 years. Today I had an oil change done, changed spark plugs, and had the transmission fluid exchanged on my 2012 Toyota RAV4 LIMITED. A+ service all the way.

I had a screw in one of my tires and they repaired it quickly! Robert was great and I would recommend this place for tire needs.

My car tire had a flat. I was at a gas station when I noticed it and a fellow customer at the station checked it, spotted a nail and said: You need this fixed. Go to Goodyear around the corner. I called the Toyota dealer I normally go to for service and they wanted $25 to even check car and fix tire. I decided to go to Goodyear. They had it fixed in 10 minutes - and did not charge me a dime - efficient and polite.

My companys fleet uses this Goodyear sometimes. I recently brought it in for 4 tires, brakes, oil change, and to add washer fluid.Came back the following day to pick it up. I pull out of the parking lot on to miramar rd and come to the first red light. I go to brake and my pedal bottoms out on the floor board and I barely stopped. I brought it back right away and had them recheck the brakes along with adding washer fluid that they forgot.Gentlemen that did my brakes came back saying the calipers werent closing all the way...which as a mechanic for my own vehicles, you always test brake operation before driving and then test drive before putting someone behind the wheel.I was told they would put washer fluid in.1 week later, I have used my washer fluid 3 times and it is empty already. I then checked the oil and it is over filled by at least 1 quart which can cause over pressure inside the engine seals. Also, even though not requested, my coolant level after driving all day is below minimum level.So not only could I have been in an accident for the brakes initially not working properly, they ran the risk of blowing engine seals, and after being told they would replenish my washer fluid, it seems they almost put nothing in it.

Crooks. Would rate zero stars if possible.I was on the fence about paying for their service, but was they assured me that I would not have to pay too much if it happened to be a simple repair. Not only did they overcharge me for the service, which ended up being a very simple repair, they charged me for labor I did not ask for. Not only that, but the repair was done badly- I could have done it better myself. Turns out I just needed a new headlight socket. They could have at least taped (yes, tape) it better. Their job looks like a mess.

As usual the guy at the counter was a little gruff. I think thats a job description for auto shops. But at least he honored his coupon and got me in at 2 on Sunday with no problems, more than I can say for most places.

Tempted by the good reviews, called in and scheduled an appointment for oil change at 3:30pm. Got off work early, got there at 3:28, noted only one other car parked out front with three bays open - great, should be quick! Wrong...They: We are backed up, youll probably have to wait here all the way until 5:30.Me: But its just an oil change and I called ahead for an appointment?They (smirking): Things happen...Me - leaving the store. I guess Ill take my business somewhere where they deal with things happening instead of smirking about them.

Had a tire go down after making a sales call, I put the donut on myself. Found Certified on my phone. They patched it, mounted it and stowed my donut tire back correctly. Would not take any money? I will be back when I need new tires.

The store still had GoodYear all over it during the transition, which I knew nothing about. Estafan just took my word that I had purchased with GoodYear and fixed my flat tire and even rotated my tires promptly with no charge. I think hes just a real friendly guy willing to help regardless.

Been going here since last year. They have great customer service. The guys there are wonderful and I dont know what I would do without them.

This repair shop deserves negative 5 stars. I dont usually write reviews, but I am writing this one to ward you off from the deceptive practices and scams the mechanics at this location engage in.Yesterday I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic test. When I returned to the shop to get the diagnostic results, the mechanic, MARK, charged me not only for the diagnostic test, but also for unauthorized parts (bulb socket) and labor (installation). I was not contacted in any way or asked for my permission for this work to be done on my car. They charged me for work I did not authorize. This is illegal.When I spoke to the supervisor, STEVE, and his boss, neither of them were helpful. They were unrelenting. The boss, DAN, offered to refund only the installation labor. He charged me for the diagnostic test and for the part even though they were not authorized to sell me the part or to install it. Not only is this is illegal, it is disgraceful and dishonest customer service.Further, MARK assured me verbally that he would not charge me the full price for the diagnostic test. He said he didnt want to rip [me] off, so he would charge half the price. DAN refused to fulfill MARKs guarantee; DAN charged me the full price of the diagnostic test. This is what is called a scam; a scam is giving a verbal estimate as to the cost of repairs and then charging more.It is also noteworthy to mention that the installation was wretched and shameful. The wires for the socket were cut and poorly taped rather than soldered. The quality was so low that the repair would have fallen apart in a matter of weeks and they would have had me back again, paying even more money.Save yourself the trouble and money, and maintain your faith in humanity by never coming to this Certified Tires. Ensure your friends and family dont come here either.

Staff/managers regularly pushed for more maintenance and condescended to me when I rejected it. I once went in for an oil change, had some major work done, and drove away with my engine smoking and sounding like a lawn mower. If theyre going to be pricey and push for more service, they should at least provide quality service. Avoid this place if you seek justice.

This place sold me 2 new tires that are actually 4 years old. They didnt check or replace the valve stems so I ended up with another flat tire the next morning, which is the reason I went in to the shop in the first place!! 🤬🤬🤬
