After a long, quiet COVID19 break, when their doors were closed, Canvas Services is now back in business, with new and better tools to help manage their business and be more efficient. This week they met me aboard my boat at our appointment time, listened to what I wanted, took measurements, drew sketches and departed. The worst service Ive ever gotten. They took a deposit for canvas work, didnt hear from them for 2 months, and after repeated calls I found out they got my order wrong and they said they would get back to me. A month later I still havent heard from them even after going into the store in person to address the issue.
