On a whim, I decided to pierce my nose. I walked in to Above All Tattoo and they were able to accommodate me right away. Everything was super clean and everyone was extremely nice. I was so happy with my experience at above all tattoo. It was such a fun and nice environment and I felt so welcome there! They were so attentive to the details of the design and talked me through everything. Such as how changing the size or certain placements might affect the overall shape. Everything was focused on making sure the tattoo held up the meaning it had to me and size and placement didn’t affect or distort the design. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and the super encouraging and pleasant tattoo artists. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the area!;)

Scooter was awesome he carefully and quickly lined up the piercing and put the needle through and showed proper cleaning and maintenance for the piercing. The shop overall was welcoming and pretty funny, just joking around with everyone while maintaining a professional appearance. Great atmosphere and chill people.

Tony was my tattoo artist and I am BEYOND pleased with my new tattoo. I went into Above all Tattoo wanting just a simple pink flamingo (no black outline) on both of my ankles and he gave me his honest opinion based on his experience and helped with my design so that I would love it for years on out instead of just a few. Scooter did an amazing job with my double helix! He told me the pros and cons of various placements and took into account the type of jewelry I would want to wear. He made sure the measurements were perfect and the piercings were even, horizontal, and parallel. And the piercing itself was super quick and barely hurt. Awesome!

I came to Above All Tattoo as a nose piercing walk-in. I was greeted at the door by Scooter and seen immediately, no wait! I had previously gotten my nose pierced at a different shop and didn’t like the placement of the piercing as it was too far forward on my nose, just wouldn’t heal, and overall just a bad piercing experience. I let Scooter know this and he was extremely understanding and descriptive throughout the whole process and really made sure and cared about getting it in the right spot. He marked my nose numerous times and let my check out the placement before proceeding and was super knowledgeable about what would look fitting for my face/nose. The piercing itself was done with the utmost care and I highly recommend coming by to see Scooter if you are looking to get any piercings done! He is super sweet and caring and his work is amazing :) If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Went to this shop as a walk in. They were happy to tattoo and didn’t make me feel like I was making them stay later than they planned as most shops do. Skoobie took my design, helped with sizing and placement. The line work was AMAZING and no blow outs with a solid thin line. Healed well and the ink has stayed evenly with the care he suggested. Would def return to him when I visit SD again

My girlfriend and I were out for Friday the 13th tattoos and decided we wanted something special for ourselves and we are very pleased with the outcome, attention to detail and the availability when all other tattoo shops had lines down the street.

My cousin and I walked into Above All with a pretty short window to get a tattoo since I was visiting from out of town and had a flight that day. Kurt worked with us right away, he was super cool, wicked friendly and accommodating. He was able to come up with the exact pieces we wanted on the fly. Since I had to leave, he even let my cousin come back later the same day to get his piece finished. Awesome customer service and both of the tats look sick. His line work is really clean. I had a great experience working with him! Def recommend!

I’ve been trying to get the other side of my nose pierced for awhile now and every time I’ve tried to go to a shop they’ve always been closed or their piercer wasn’t in. I called Sideshow and he suggested I go a couple feet down the street to Above All and ask for Scooter. I’m so glad I did that because now I have a new favorite shop that I will go to anytime I want a piercing or tattoo done. To start with, they took me as a walk-in without hesitation. Already 5/5. They asked me what it was I want done and the immediate response was “let’s do it!” I absolutely loved the enthusiasm, so this pumped me up. Now the actual piercing process — Scooter was INCREDIBLE! I can tell he’s very serious about pleasing his customers because he really took the time to make sure that everything was perfect with my piercing. I have a hoop on one side of my nose and wanted a stud on the other and he really went above and beyond to make sure the placement was perfect and even. He’s also super friendly, funny, and professional! He made me feel very comfortable the whole time. He even gave me a brand new and beautiful hoop for the other side of my nose that looks SO much better with my new piercing than my old hoop. Scooter definitely knows what he is doing and I will 100% go back to get more piercings from him. Overall 10/10 experience. Thank you Scooter and thank you Above All!

I’ve been going to Tony for years and he’s been great every time. He asks necessary questions and gives quality advice. He’s great w/ first-timers, those who have tattoos already and everyone in between. Tony’s skills are incredibly diverse like Traditional American, Traditional Japanese and even cover-ups. I’ve been to a handful of other tattoo artists over the years but I always comeback to Tony and I recommend him regularly.

I was sent to this shop when the original shop I was at ran out of jewelry. I had never been to Above All Tattoo before, but I am very happy I got my septum pierced here. The shop is very clean, the staff are all super nice, and Scooter, the person who did my piercing, is awesome! I was really nervous and Scooter was super reassuring, nice, and personable. If/when I get another piercing, I will definitely go back to Scooter. I also plan to go back for a tattoo, they have amazing designs!

Tony is an absolute legend in my book, and all the other artists in the shop are as great in their own ways. Super professional guys in general; they are all calm, knowledgeable, understanding, nearly all of their jokes are funny, and the standard of work in the shop is impeccable.

They were absolutely amazing, very kind and professional, I’m pretty small and got a bigger piece on my ribs which was quite painful but my artist definitely helped me a lot by talking and playing music to distract me and the tattoo is so amazing, it came out so much better than I had hoped and they’re prices were clear and fair, I’ll most definitely be going back for my future tattoos!!
