Vehicle died on me twice in 10 minutes time. Took it in and left it over night. I was told it could take up to 3 days to get it back. By the end of the first day, the day i dropped it off. I had a phone call saying the issue was diagnosed and being worked on and would be available for pick up in the morning. Transaction went smooth. Super friendly car drives great! Would definitely recommend.

I towed my car to their location, already knowing what was needed to be replaced but not knowing how to fix it. The serpentine belt had ripped and the alternator was damaged. I took pictures & video of said issue under the hood for my own purposes & protection.Less than 5 minutes after I leave my vehicle in their possession, I receive a phone call informing me of exact issues I was previously aware about. Nothing more & nothing less. They gave me a quote. I accepted. They told me the work on the car would be done by the end of the day. It was done in a few hours.They showed they are trustworthy & I think that is the most important thing of all.

I showed up to smog my car and the owner immediately told me they could not run a smog check as it would fail due to my check engine light being on. I came back after my car was fixed and they ran my smog check. I appreciated the honesty up front instead of charging me to run the test just to be told it failed. They are very fast and affordable and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!

Getting my car’s smog certification was quick, easy, and professional here. Called Monday morning, dropped it off at 8:45 am, and had it back by 9:10 am. 2006 Subaru Outback with two oxygen sensors replaced the week prior. Pass! Highly recommend this shop.

The owner came out to meet me and told me that he’d be giving me an oil change and tire rotation, but other services wouldn’t be necessary, and that they’re usually done by dealerships trying to squeeze extra money out of car owners. I came in because i hit a dip in road going pretty fast and thought i dislodged something underneath my car. turns out it was just normal drainage from the AC. they were extremely nice and took a look at my car within two hours. on top of this, they didn’t charge me anything. you can tell these guys really are looking for the best interest for their customers and are not just looking for money. i will definitely be using them in the future if i have any actual vehicle problems!

This is by far the best experience I’ve had taking my car in for maintenance. I am a regular customer of his for everything my car needs from oil changes, smog checks, and repairs/replacements.I have typically had a hard time feeling like I had a trustworthy mechanic who tells me exactly what I need and when I need it for the right pricing (I don’t know a lot about cars) and he is just that. He remembers familiar faces and is always so friendly and runs his shop efficiently and smoothly. I’ll never take my car anywhere else :)

Considering I spent 3000. at South Bay Autohaus to address all my code issues and necessary fixes in 2020, wound up having to repair my own... I have no doubt I can the techs at TP for my up & down stream replacements in 2021. I literally drive this every day and never knew good people were so close. It was worth coming from 12 miles away on my day off to meet honorable men. Phong took awesome care of my Subaru after I hit a curb and bent everything you can think of. To give you a visual, my front right tire was at the back of the wheel well. Anyways, Phong communicated with me the entire time and got my car in and out of there within a few days. I brought it back to replace the rim (had to buy through Subaru) which he then found that that sensor was bad and replaced and was also able to program which fixed my infamous tire sensor trouble that I had for the last 3/4 years. Trustworthy and professional, and also not trying to get you for every penny. My repairs were not cheap (my own fault) but the bill was very fair and he did not try to hit me with any extra repairs I did not need. Thank you Phong for getting my baby back to me good as new! I will definitely be back for future repairs.

THE BEST. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I came here as recommended by a friend. Im a young woman, and often in Auto Repair places I dont get taken seriously or I get ripped off. My friend swore by this family owned place so I thought Id give it a go. I am so, so pleased by the honesty of their owner and service I received.I took my Nissan Rouge in because my check engine light was on and I had an emissions issue. They ran all the tests and found out that I needed to replace my catalytic converter (which can be around 2,000 sadly). However, They did some digging and found out my specific model of car sells the converter upper and lower pieces separately (rather than as a whole) and he suggested we just try to replace the upper rather than just the lower as that is what they believed the problem to be. Ended up being less than half the cost and it worked! They later had me come back to get smog tested and everything passed and I was good to go. I was so happy to see that they offered the lower price option to hope we could get the fix for me as thats not a normal solution or suggestion by a shop. They really cared about saving me some $$.
