I give it 4 stars in product selection and availability however the pro desk is bad they have rude persons helping professionals who purchase a lot in materials you can be waiting in line while they just chat away about personal matters the women working here always giving hugs and having personal conversation while you wait in line like if the process wasnt long enough already. Its not fair to clients to get that type of service.

The customer service at Home Depot has been on the decline for years. The merchandise is overpriced and the employees do not seem to want to be there. I only purchase potting soil there.
They need to be better organized in the pro desk
