Excellent system and service. I have had this service for over a year now, and it works wonderfully at keeping my teenagers from sneaking out or sneaking people into my home without my permission. I also love that I can go on vacation and not have to worry about my home. Every time we have set the alarm off, the monitering center has called to make sure we are okay. The people who call are always so nice, even in the middle of the night when we accidently trip the alarm. The alarm system flawless and worth the every cent for the peace of mind. You are responsible for keeping your police permit active so they respond to your alarm. Its super cheap, $10/year and they give you plenty of notice before it is due to expire.

Since our unfortunate experience one year ago, Scripps Ranch Security and Joe have provided excellent service and attention to our needs. I definetly would now recommend them as a security service.

Security did NOT call police as requested upon notifying me of alarm. I fortunately called neighbors to check, but the delay resulted in an invasion and burglary!
