Very poor customer service, the worst ever!! Reviews are true! Dont go to this place!! THE ESTIMATOR on the front left window or maybe all of them! The prices are really affordable but if they failed to provide better customer service I dont think purchasing with them is a good idea. They deserve 0.0001 star

This place has a great collection of cabinets and stones. Highly recommend checking them out. Timely delivery and great place for designing your kitchen and bathroom.However their customer service sucks, their loading/unloading staff is not co operative and returns are a nightmare here.They can be rude and unprofessional.

I bought vinyl flooring from this store. Its little bit cheaper then other stores but you buy whatever they have in stock. The staff is not very friendly and they dont take payment over the phone even if I give them item number and price. If I am short of something and I cant pay over the phone. I find it very difficult. The contractor cant pick up until I go and pay for it.

The worst customer service. First, If you ask them questions they get annoyed and very rude responses. Second, no help and support if you purchase from them.

Check the reviews....the only stars they get is because of competitive pricing, not because of customer service or quality. People here are borderline rude. Do not expect smiles . They get annoyed if you asked questions or you are not prepared with measurements. Try calling, you wont even hear the word thank you .
