Parker was real helpful and I had gone with a dead battery in my phone for the past year because the phone stores wanted me to buy a new phone and did not have replacement batteries. . I was able to get a battery and fix my phone for a lot less money!

Over many years, I have received consistent service and quality products from multiple locations across several states. I have used locations while I was on travel for work for automobile batteries. A lot quicker and easier than going to and auto garage or dealership. Used national line for help with possible claim while 3000 miles away from the location I purchased the original car battery. Customer service person made it painless, she was extremely courteous & helpful.

Batteries Plus replacement batteries for Dewalt powertools, such as drills, impact drivers, reciprocal saws etc... (14v and 18v), are far superior to the Dewalt brand, and less expensive. My batteries have lasted three plus years and are still going strong. None of my Dewalt batteries currently hold a charge. In addition, they guarantee them for a year (I think).

Good prices, good products. Terrible customer service. I made 3 different appointments to have my cell phone battery replaced. Each time I arrived to the store they told me the guy that does them is gone so theyll have to cancel my appointment. I spoke with the manager, he apologized and said hed take care of me and give me a discount. He never called me back.

Ordered online but they had a store quite close so I did a local pickup. The gentleman tending the store was great. He was super quick at getting my order up. Super quick in pointing me to an inexpensive charger which I had overlooked in my initial order. LASTLY, he knocked off some percentage of my new bill as I qualified for a discount for the additional in store purchases. I had no idea about this so it was a pleasant surprise. I could have easily been rung up for the full advertised price and been none the wiser.

Initial review: Great for getting replacement phone battery, if you need it to work now. Cheaper batteries online, but ordered and it only worked for a week. Worth the money to get battery now with lifetime warranty.Follow up: Battery lasted 9 months. Tried to get it replaced for almost two weeks, didnt have battery in stock and didnt get battery in or return phone calls, had to buy elsewhere. After initial impressive review, service on guarantee not there.

Very good service from the salesman Mike. I didnt realize that this was a store and not a service center. The store only had one salesman and he was very helpful. He supplied the tools that I needed, and did the heavy work of lifting the 95lb Batteries out of the motor home, and I did the unhooking, cleaning, and reconnecting. Placed order, selected option to pick-up locally, received email my order was being processed. 30 Minutes later received an email my order was ready for pick-up.
