I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Ferrari 488 spider. Murray is awesome. He made everything so easy and was available to answer any questions. I am an out of state buyer and he even made himself available to go over the car once it was delivered. Murray is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Once you buy the vehicle just dont send it in for service. Even minor maintenance they will keep your car from 2-8 wks so despite paying $4,000 a month in lease payments you will not have the pleasure of owning the car. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke. Second time, it took over 2 months in the shop and the excuse was covid lockdown delays. Third time it took one month to get back from the Ferrari being serviced for general 10,000 mile maintenance, NO repairs.Forget about getting phone call within 24 hrs.Quality of service is poor and unacceptable overall service.I have owned many other high and medium brand vehicles and i have always received good service.Im truly astonished at the mediocre service provided by the San Diego Ferrari dealership

I was very impressed by this business. They went above and beyond of what was expected. The salesman i spoke to was so knowledgeable, attentive and one of the most professional individuals i have met. The pure excitement of him informing me of all the different products and why i should look at all my options, and this is what made Ferrari of San Diego stand out in the most incredible way, the salesman explained all my options to detail and assured me to take as much time as i needed, but the reason this experience stood out was i never once asked him for this valuable information but it was his duty to go above and beyond to accommodate any of my needs. Needless to say the conversation lasted almost 45 minutes as were indulging on topics of success, failures and most importantly to know one has wealth yet have the ability to remain humble. This company understands professionals like myself and i highly recommended anyone who is interested in a luxury vehicle take a stroll by this Ferrari dealership first, it might just be the first and only dealership you go to as i am sure anyone will have an amazing experience here. This is a review/experience of a purchase that I made for 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo spider gated 6 speed.Seller : Ferrari of San Diego.My wife and I were shopping for Lamborghini with this combination for a while. This particular one came up for sale on 10/1/2020. So I called the seller to see if the car is available. A gentleman by the name Fabio answered the call and identify himself as the sales manager. Fabio was great and consummate professional from the beginning as I expected with this caliber of a dealership. Fabio was there through the entire process took care of me, even though he is very busy he found the time and the patient to help me through this process. Buying an expensive exotic car and being 2500 miles away made me very nervous, but Fabio assured me about the quality of the car through pictures and other evidence of the car history. Worked on a car purchase with Fabio Azevedo on a 2014 Ferrari over the course of a week. Fabio was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He responded to my numerous questions and requests for more information. He provided photos, videos, and other documentation that was requested. When he didnt know the answer, he took the time to research and get the information I requested. First class no pressure sales approach. Do not do business with this dealership! They ripped me off to the tune of nearly $1,500 and could care less. I located out of the area, so they know I cant just easily stop by to resolve an issue. No returning of emails and phone calls. Pretty shameful behavior. In order to resolve the matter I need to spend the time to take them to court.

Yesterday my son and i came in to the Girard location and was greeted by a wonderful sales person by the name of Alex. Ever since I was a kid I loved Ferrari’s . I would always ask my parents to buy the Car and Driver and Motortrend magazines when I saw one on the cover . I finally just purchased my first Ferrari from the San Diego Ferrari Dealership in Kearny Mesa . I bought a 2019 Portofino. As I walked into the dealership I was impressed by the beautiful show room and met with Murray Moran one of the salesman there . Murray is a great guy. Very professional, informative, and helpful. I traded in my 2014 Porsche 911 . I went in to the dealership at 2pm and was done with everything by 4pm ! I had a great car buying experience .Great job Murray and all the guys at Ferrari SD..

In the heart of La Jolla, you can hit up the post office, do your grocery shopping have lunch, dry cleaners and check out your dream car! Ferrari store is next to it all! Amazing cars! I personally cant afford one but it doesnt hurt to look and dream! Nice place ! More than nice...keep up the great work at your amazing place of the most elegant and Hot car! ( my opinion of course)

Cars I will never have

Came to the auto show 12/30/18 and wanted to see the inside of the Ferrari gtc4lusso because i’m looking to buy one in 2019. Was origianlly looking for a FF but since they didn’t have it i wanted to see the grc4lusso since its the next similar thing to it, i have never felt humiliated in my life before until I met their “exhibitor” “asian lady” (didn’t get her name because she started hiding from me) I walked up to ask her a question about the white GTC4lusso if I could see the interior (I didn’t say I wanted a picture or get inside of it, but just to see the interior closer) she laughed and said “haha no I don’t think so” which I found interesting because I literally just saw her have a group of older “white” gentlemen touching the cars and inside!! I’m Ukrainian and my husband is Indian. (The cars were roped off so public doesn’t touch). So my husband was shocked and said to me “it’s ok hunnie, I’ll take you to the dealership and you can ask them questions and get a better look” she over heard him and said “haha yea please do so!” And walked away. Now I still stood there and looked at the cars while observing to see if you really aren’t allowed there. And then 2 younger guys came up (closer to my age 24) and asked her how much is the lease for the Maserati and she laughed at them and said “haha for your dad right?” And they said “no for us” and she replied “hahaha no too much for you” and walked off... like why can’t you tell them how much is the lease? What’s the purpose of bringing your cars here if you are only going to answer questions to people you personally want to?? And then a “Spanish” family came up and asked how much is a Maserati, she yelled $90k and walked away before they could even ask her anything else. Interesting. 5 min later I’m still here watching, 2 more older “white” gentlemen are looking at the GTC4Lusso and she literally INVITED them in to look and touch the Ferraris! By the way I recorded this because it’s absolutely ridiculous! If NO ONE is allowed to see it then I get it, but how can you tell me that no one is allowed to step near the car but then let in older people???! So basically I have to be “old and white” in order to look like I can afford a Ferrari??? Well guess what?! I’m 24 years old, European, and I OWN outright clean title in hand a Maserati Granturismo and a Mercedes G550! Yes that’s right, they aren’t financed and never were, nor were they ever leased. Do not judge what I can afford based off how young I look! We are in 2018 and in San Diego! There are so many young entrepreneurs that have a lot of money! I will be happy to sit down with a manager and show you the titles to my cars and log into my bank account and show you that I can purchase a Ferrari. My next car I want to purchase in 2019 is going to be a Ferrari GTC4Lusso and I honestly wanted to buy it from the Ferrari of San Diego, but since I can’t even get within 2ft close to one because I don’t look like I can afford it then I guess I will go to Ogara Coach and buy one there, where they don’t discriminate cash based on your age and ethnicity! To the manager of this Branch, if you guys have an award or bonus you hand out to employees who drive away customers, you should give it to her because that’s very disrespectful especially considering the day and age we are living in! I NEVER write a bad review but this was very disappointing and deserves it.

Took my 458 in for service and was greeted by Nicholas Dwyer. He made me feel like I was at home. While my car was there he kept me informed throughout the process. I recieved a call when my vehicle was ready and it was as promised. When I arrived Nick was busy so Larry Suarez took care of me and was really professional. Amanda was also really helpful and asked me if I needed anything while I waited. I will definitely return for service. Also I had a couple of questions and Dale had no problem with answering them and was curtious even though I took some of his time.

Talk about rude. So I was in there the other day with my fiancé and there were four employees there and not one of them said hi/bye or even cared to come and ask us if we had any questions. This is all coming from a person with high expectations for customer service. I get it, its a Ferrari dealership...whoop-di-doo, I guess the average looking joe cant go into a high-class without receiving some sort of service with low-class behavior. I also greatly appreciated all the disrespectful looks we were receiving.Pleasure not doing business with you!
