Love my 2001 Miata I bought from Daniel and Mark! Relatively low miles and as an at home mechanic its a blast to work on and drive.They were easy to work with in terms of financing through my credit union. Just bring in the approval letter from your bank and the rest is easy.

In my opinion, this place only has low-quality and problematic cars. Dont bother and time waster. Please look at other low-rating comments to see why folks give low ratings. Their cars generally have some major mechanical problem and break down after a few weeks of purchase. I was lucky to have a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before purchasing. My mechanic told me that the engine has some major problems and will break down in two weeks. Dodge a bullet but spend a hundred bucks for the pre-purchase inspection, and wasted my time. Also, they have false advertisements, an advertised Hyundai Elantra was heavily-damaged on the side door, but they did not show the big damage on their website pictures. Very deceptive and cunning advertisement. Beware of their car images listed on their website. When I arrived to see the car, they said its because of the discounted price I should expect the damages.

Was sold a car that has a lien holder on it, the sale rep Daniel nor the dealership disclose this information. How are you selling cars that are not yours or have a title for - THIS IS FRAUD!! Found out when I followed up with the DMV on my registration, called several times for weeks and all they can say is “we’re working on it” with no resolution, was told by the manager/owner Mark to not call anymore and stop interrupting his business…I was following up because no one was calling me back (when they told me they would). My advice - take your business elsewhere.

Although Daniel was a great salesman, the car crapped out 8 weeks after purchase. Buyer beware.

I actually did not buy a car YET, as the company does not provide financing. I was looking for a low priced starter vehicle, which made me feel a bit embarrassed, given that the last time I had to do so I was about 20yrs old. However, the salesperson was very professional as well as helpful. I arrived almost at closing, yet he took the time to advise me and reassure my nervous self, though knowing I couldnt purchase that night. Their lot seems small, but they have a wide selection of cars and even the ones with the lower price tags looked clean and well kept. I have seen other affordable lots and I can say that these cars are the nicest I have seen. They can be checked out on Carfax. I emailed them twice and Mark was also very prompt in answering. If I decide to finance, I shall go back.

In March, 2016, I bought a 99 Volvo V70XC with 144,000 miles for under $4,000. One of the ignition coils went out before I got it home later that day. The owner immediately offered to send a tow truck out to pick up the car, get to their garage and fix it. They were pleasant to deal with and helpful, and when the coil went out, the owner was a stand-up guy with an immediate plan to make things right.In Southern California, its really hard to get anything even remotely reliable for under $5k. But, ignition coil aside, the Volvo I bought was in immaculate condition for a 17 year-old car. Does it have a few issues? Sure. Its 17 years old. You dont buy a car that old without having to put some money into it. But considering the cars condition and age, I got a great deal for exactly the car I had been looking for. There was another dealer in town with a similar vehicle, but substantially more mileage, and they wanted $1,500 more for it.Im happy with my experience with them.

Tried to buy a car here and expressed interest in it but of course I needed to have it inspected by a trusted mechanic beforehand. I told the salesman about the scheduled appointment time within the next few days. Suddenly got a text this morning that they had sold the car I was trying to get inspected. Now I had to call my mechanic and cancel the appointment which is quite embarrassing. Now I’m angry because we agreed on getting it inspected. Salesman tried to offer me another option at the same price but it is 5 years older and higher mileage. It shows how they really care more about making a sale than getting a valued customer...

For a really small lot, they had a decent selection of cars. At first, I didnt really see anything that was worth taking a look at but one of the guys pulled up the website and found a few cars in my range that werent on the lot and someone else drove the car over onto the lot in literally 2 minutes for me to see. I felt like the prices were a tad high but they do offer a warranty on the cars. The gentlemen working there were alright. They didnt pressure me like stereotypical annoying car salesmen but it wasnt outstanding customer service. This car lot is worth checking out though if youre in the area.

The cars were decent priced, kind of over priced for the newer ones we looked at but we just needed a junky a to b car. We test drove it and the coolant was so empty and low you could smell it inside the car. We got back to the lot and showed them and it was caked on the sides and boiling, it hadnt been changed or filled in ages! They just said they would refill it. Who knows what it did to the engine, we asked them to flush the whole thing and they wouldnt. Shame we would have bought the car too.

Had a great buying experience at Carz. Had been to several other dealers, but Carz had well priced used cars without some of the restrictions or salvage title vehicles found at other dealers. Sales staff was straightforward about cars they were offering and gave me useful advice as to vehicles I might be interested in, in terms of reliability and future maintenance costs.

These people are highly unprofessional, they lie and over price their vehicles. I dont know why we visited considering we found nicer and newer cars for the same price. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My husband bought a truck here over a year ago it was not put in his name so we couldnt have the tags renewed. When we came to ask the car lot about it the denied it. We have never received a title for the truck even though it is paid off. To this day still trying to get it straightened out!Worst mistake ever buying a vehicle from here!
