Worst experience ever they reached out to me saying that they had a certain vehicle I live in Riverside County I traveled all the way down there. Not only did a lie but they put up a fake website to just a trap you in.

I was brought up believing that you didn’t take your car to a dealership for servicing because they’d overcharge you. But Mossy Toyota is the BEST. Their staff is so professional and friendly and efficient. They have a great system in place. And the waiting room is big, clean, comfortable, and has WiFi. Oh, and the price is right, too. Finally, the guys at the car wash are fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Way to go!

Called on Monday to get work done. Told part was available and work would take 2.5 hours.Dropped off car Friday. Told part might be available and work would take 4.5 hours.After 5.5 hours, they told me they didnt have the part and didnt do any work.I guess taking one day off work for this wasnt enough.

The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting...makes you feel like you areon vacation in Hawaii.

And in another time them shuttle me to my work, round trip.Very professional.Maybe the only suggestion is that in other car services is included at no extra charge an exterior car wash.

Fast lane is not fast. I am sitting here, over 1.25 hours with an appointment for just an oil change. Contrary to the official Ford app, you need an appointment to wait.

Our transmission went out on our car while we were in San Diego California. They looked into it found out that it was under warranty got us a rental car and fixed everything. The service there is impeccable!

My rep, Tony Larkin was very straightforward and easy to talk to. Not pushy, very patient and thorough. I left with a print-out verifying all the specs and terms we had discussed.

Bought my 2018 F150 from mossy Ford. It was a great experience and in the end I went home with a fantastic truck at a great price. The staff didnt pressure me and was very helpful. Made it a fun experience. I have had a minor problem with my truck, they kept it to fix and gave me a brand new car as a rental for free with zero Hassel. All in all I would say when its time for a new vehicle, I will return to mossy Ford.

One of a few car dealers I feel good when I deal with them. I bought a 2015 pre-owned Mustang from them back in 2015, it was a great deal, purchasing process went smoothly. After that I kept maintaining my car through them whither its cover with the warranty or not. They always offered me good service, answered my questions is a great way, and offered me a shuttle whenever needed. If I were to buy a car again I will consider them on top of my options.

I need a oil change.I generally bring my own synthetic oil and filter and they change it for a reasonable price plus I can make an appointment so I can get in and out quickly.

DO NOT BUY FROM MOSSY FORD! I was supposed to receive the x plan because I have a family member who worked there when we bought my car. We had agreed on $19,100 but they ended up putting it at sticker price after I had got through finance. I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DO NOT WANT ANY EXTRAS and they somehow managed to sneak in a tire warranty, an extended warranty, and etching on my windows. So if you want them to put a sticker with some glue to get some numbers on your windows don’t worry it’s only $995. So now I’m stuck paying $32,800 for a car that’s not even worth that. These people are con artists and are only out for money, they aren’t looking to help anyone. They offered $500 for the difference of $5,745 difference in price. Which is a slap in the face. Your dealership is trash Mossy Ford. Please take your $500 and fall in a hole.

Very efficient Toyota repair center from drive-in aisles to speedy service reps to well-informed repair needs & costs to job well done w/ perfection. Customer-friendly waiting area w/ coffee, WiFi, tv, pleasant overhead music, & ample restrooms.Very attentive follow-up reports on repairs, if waiting at automotive center.

Youre better off shopping at a different family of dealerships. I realized once I branched out from Mossy that their staff are trained to be extra shady. Theres car salesman stereotypical shady, and then theres Mossy shady. They dont bother with following compliance or industry standards. They dont do a walk through of your trade-in with you, they expect you to hand over your key and claim theyll inspect while youre test driving. Then theyll take your vehicle registration and car key, holding hostage until youre so fed up with the lack of customer service and the condescending finance manager that you have to demand your things are returned. They dont want to let you think through your options, theyll talk to you like youre stupid for needing to, and try to convince you that they know whats best for you.Im writing this after having bought a car from Mossy Nissan in 2013, which lead to me having to file a BBB complaint because they had sold me a car they did not legally own and I couldnt get my new license plates until they paid their fees.Im now convinced all Mossy dealerships are not the kind of company you want having a large purchase.
