High prices, but youre getting some of the best designed and built cutlery and kitchen gear you can find, with a knife selection that makes Cutco seem reasonable (but beats them to a pulp when it comes to styling).If you love to daydream, or you cashed out your Tesla stocks, you owe it to yourself to go in and check out the goodies.

I love shopping WS. May not be the cheapest, but always excellent quality. Staff is so helpful too.

I want to give a personal shout out to Stacia (Anastacia). I had been looking for an espresso maker, but couldnt figure out which one to buy. After 45 minutes in the store, I was frustrated and about to walk out. Upon walking out Stacia mentioned she had the Breville and loved. After she explained everything, I knew was ready to make my purchase! What a great machine it is! Thank you Stacia!!!

Very poor customer service. I called to inquire about a product and the sales person could not have been more rude. It was clear they did not want to help me and their tone and attitude made it very clear. We had called Williams Sonoma directly and asked for a store that carried the product we were looking for. They referred us to this store. The sales person seemed personally offended that we asked for the product we were looking for and stated “I don’t know who told you we had that product!” Very glad this is not our usual store.

Friendly staff, great location, and all the things youd expect from a Williams-Sonoma mall location. Due to coronavirus, they continue to have stock issues. Best check the stock of items you want online before going to this location.

I really like Williams SonomaQuality is great. I ordered a blender to be delivered to store. After my 3rd visit to store to pick it up, it was discovered that theyd sold it. The gal was very nice, apologized and I took home the floor model. And a $15 gift card. I wasnt willing to go back a 4th time. I know things like this happen but it was still annoying. Thats why only 3 stars.

The customer service is excellent here at this location. They are both helpful and take their time with customers. I had gone in several time before Christmas and each time the service level was exceptional. My last visit we had asked an associate at the register to see if they had a certain item in stock that I had seen online. They were busy but she still had taken the time to go in the back to find the item. She found it for us and we were happy to see they had it. All the associates were all friendly and outgoing. Thank you associates at the Williams Sonoma in Fashion Valley Mall San Diego.

Horrible cookbook; takes too long and the taste was meh.

Maybe I stopped by at the wrong timing, but there was maybe 2 customers in the store and nobody was able to help me nor acknowledge me. One associate actually passed me as she was talking to someone on her walky about some drama that happened. I’m surprised I had this experience. Guess I will go elsewhere to find a nespresso machine.

The shiny appliances and welcoming smiles will have you feel like youre dreaming. Any kitchen aficionado, from novice to expert, knows that this store carries everything on your dream list. There is something for everyone here. We go as a family, especially around the Holidays. The quality and design are impeccable. The associates are very helpful, experts even about the products they carry. This store gets busy, so you might feel rushed or that the employees are being short with you. When youre in love with all things kitchen, you wont even notice. I love the baking pans, pantry items, spatulas and spoonulas, and the copper cookie cutters. They carry a Boos butcher block for which Im tempted to sell a kidney. Maybe not, but it is dreamy.

The place for cookware.

This is the store where I shop every time I need to buy a present for anyone I know that loves to cook and/or bake. They have a great selection of cookware, bakeware, and seasonal items, as well as pantry goods. Williams Sonoma is known for quality and cutting-edge must-have exclusives, so you dont mind paying extra.
