Nice place to hang and smoke cigars. On our visit there was a man hard rolling cigars out front, a master at his craft I might add, great roll and great cigar. Only down side is a regular customer being allowed to act a fool.

I thought about giving this place 4 stars but I couldnt think of a reason to not give 5. That says a lot about a place cause I dont normally give 5 stars. Mostly be cause I want a reason. No reason necessary with five stars through. Its 5 stars.

Wonderful place with very friendly bartender, Renée. Super helpful with novice cigar smokers, helping them to decide which cigar to choose. With such a large selection, it can be quite overwhelming.

This establishment has a good selection of cigars, however, customer service was slacking. When I approached the bar and asked about a cigar the gentlemen told me “we have a plenty just go in their “. I selected a few cigars and proceeded to inquire about a beer. The gentlemen didn’t have time to tell me about the local beer. They never asked if I wanted another beer, or anything. The female behind the counter never acknowledged me, but engaged in conversation with the gentlemen next to me.If you are from out of town there is other establishments with better customer service.

My go to cigar bar when in gaslamp. Good cigars at a fair price. Sip a Stella on the side. Gentleman will cut and light the cigar for you. Nice place to hang out.

Rude bar tender/ cashier for the humidor. Stale inventory. Good tourist trap with decent environment for tourists otherwise a pass. Especially during COVID.

Great selection of cigars (especially Gurkhas) and appetizing choices for my wife too. Awesome selection of beers on draft. My personal favorite is the Belgian beer cooler. Definitely check that out. Chairs and couches encourage good posture, sophisticated, intelligent, and in depth conversations. Love this place. One of my favorite spots in town. Usually quiet with a mature atmosphere. This establishment hits it right on the money.

Great place to go have a drink and smoke a good cigar. They have a pretty good size humidor, the lounge area is small but its never crowded so you always find seats. We went there Friday night and it wasnt packed like other places in downtown.

Love this place as a stop between events or after dinner cocktails. The drinks are reasonable compared to any other place in downtown and the cigar collection is amazing. Always fresh new choices and great stogies that smell so good. Plus, if youre not into smoking or the smell the ventilation is so good that you wouldnt even mind being at a table next to someone who was smoking.

An awesome place in the Gaslamp to get your smoke on. They have some beers and wine to drink as you smoke something from their selection(some of which is made by them) which is kept in a humidor. The only reason this doesnt get a full 5 stars is because they dont serve bourbon, scotch, or anything hard. Other than that its a great establishment with service to match.

Love this place. Bartenders always refill in a timely manner. Interesting music. You never know who you will meet in here, including the occasional celeb. It doesnt get any better if you want a beer, a smoke and good company.

This was a laid back place. I did not want to visit a loud club while bar hopping. While I was not in the mor for a stick I did enjoy a local brew while here. The atmosphere was light and relaxing. The bar staff were courteous enough.

Real good service cold beer, good cigar selection.

Weve been waiting a long, long time for them to serve beer. With great expectations we went in to finally smoke and drink indoors but it was disappointing. One, they charge $8 for a beer. I can now get a cheaper beer at the ballpark. Two, if youre charging 8 bucks a beer have a bartender or two that dress nice and might even be cute. Lets face it, most smokers are guys...who do we want to see behind the bar? A friendly girl. Three, you have to pay for your cigar at one cash register then over to the bar to pay for your beers...what a joke. Four, if youre charging $8 a beer, then you better have one upscale, classy joint. The cigar making area at the front of the store looks like a homeless person lives there. As much as I like a smoke and a beer; I am not going back until some changes are made.

Place was nice but bartender was very rude. Blonde british Gordon Ramsey wannabe guy with the pixie haircut was drinking and smoking on the job and was wasted. He was very rude and impatient to all customers there. Everyone was upset with his service. We walked out after being ignored and then being snapped at once he finally came over to us. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Despite the business of downtown on a saturday night, the lounge offered a reprieve from the chaos. With a wide selection and a knowledgeable staff, one could spend much time enjoying the drinks and cigars well onto the night.

A reputable cigar lounge should not allow cigarette smokers.

Waste of time tourist trap. Service is mall level. Products are overpriced. Anyone can walk into a minimart and do better. Shame. I2 years ago Id buy 50 cigars a month for my purchasing crew from my boy Steve in Fashion Valley. I used to take my clients from New York downtown to watch the boys roll. The Gaslamp store isnt fit to groom dogs. Dirty shame.
